CHAPTER 1

Who's the new guy

In a white circular room with tall chairs around a platform in the middle, Organization XIII gathered. "I hear there is a potential somebody with a heart dark enough to join our ranks." stated Xemnas in a deep baritone voice.

Saix confirmed "Yes, it seems a boy has unusually high darkness in his heart for one so young."

"Most likely he never received any love." added Zexion

"What is curious is the kid not being a nobody already." remarked Luxord while he shuffled his cards.

"Maybe he just needs a little push" voiced Larxene

"Then why don't one of you go and collect him. Push him in the right direction. IX go and prepare a room for our new guest" Xemnas commanded with a sly smirk.

Two of the cloaked figures disappeared in black and purple voids.

"You do know children are a lot of work to deal with, right?" questioned III

"What's your point?" Xemnas glared at him

"My point is why are we about to deal with a snot nosed brat, when we can be working on other more important things?" Xaldin complained

"Do not question me about this. The child will need help and we will give it to him."

A boy lying in the woods, glanced around feeling a sudden emptiness, trying to remember what happened. Sitting up groaning from the stiffness of his joints. Noticing that he was in the woods alone and Harry realized that he can't feel anything. He knows he should be feeling fear or something right now but, nothing except emptiness came.

Harry got up to lean on a tree trying to remember anything. That's when it hit him. A life full of anger, pain, fear. Running away to escape it all. Falling into…. (Hey kid) ..huh Harry was pulled out of his thoughts, glancing around until he spotted a figure dressed in a black cloak with the hood covering their face to look like a void of darkness, silver outlining black boots, black gloves, and silver pull strings.

"What do you want?" Harry tried saying aggressively (key word tried) instead it came out in a monotone voice. Why can't I add emotion to what I'm saying. Why do I sound like a freakin robot? What is wrong with me!?

"Ah, you've lost your heart already." mumbled the cloaked figure

"What do you mean?" demanded Harry stepping forward.

"What's your name little one?" the figure ignored his question with one of their own.

"Um..err.. ...no that's not right it's...*Rxhyar " Rxhyar stammered

"Well then Rxhyar, follow me and i'll explain why you feel so empty" voiced the stranger in black, as they raised their hand a black and purple void opened up the figure gestured for Rxhyar to go first. Rxhyar glanced at the void than at them "Why should I go with you?"

"Well you don't have to come with me, but the answers you want are through here" they gestured to the void. Rxhar hesitated for only a second before going through the void. The figure smirked, following the boy with the void closing behind them and the only pair of eyes that witnessed this was a rat that skippered back to his home.

The void opened up somewhere in Castle oblivion. The boy fell out followed by the hooded figure. Saïx noticed them first. "Ah, good I thought that you would fail a simple mission of grabbing the boy."

"Wait, what does he mean?" Rxhyar picked himself up, turning to the hooded person "You were going to take me even if I said no! Weren't you?"

The figure shrugged then pulled off their hood to reveal Xigbar. "Nothing personal kid, just doing what the higher ups want."

Rxhyar huffed wishing to feel the frustration that he thought he should be feeling or something other than just emptiness. "Are you still going to tell me why I can't feel anything?!"

Xigbar laughed "Of course. We are not going to leave one of our own hanging."

"'One of your own' you mean you feel the same emptyness as me?"

"Yes we are all the same in the fact that we can't feel anything" Explained Saïx "Now follow me so we can change your...attire into something more fitting." With that he turned away without glancing back to check if they were following.

"Come on kid. All your questions will be answered in time, but Saïx is right- looking at the boys clothes in disgust -you need new clothes."

Rxhyar gets out of the changing room dressed like everyone else. "Seriously? What's with all the black, do none of you have any other clothes than the black cloaks and stuff?!"

Xigbar answered before Saïx could. "Look kid you know how some schools have uniforms- at Rxhyar's nod he continued -that's sort of like this. Now enough about the clothes! We need to introduce you to everyone else!"

"I guess I don't have a choice in all this." sighed Rxhyar as he moved to follow Xigbar.

"You're correct in that assumption, glad you are coming peacefully." Commented Saïx.

"Well look at that the newbie is a kid"

"What its name?"

"It's name is Rxhyar. You know its rude to talk about people while there in the same room!" he huffed out annoyed by being called an it like that, as if he was a animal.
