AN: Hope everyone is staying safe during this quarantine. I wanted to create a new fic, so what better way to do that in writing a Bendy one!

I have nothing else to add much other than I hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think.

Disclaimer: I do not own any Bendy Characters. They belong to The Meatly.

Tom remembered everything like it was yesterday. Everyday was he constantly haunted of the mere fact that he felt partially responsible for his best friend, Allison's, death. The small fight they had, having been more severe than their usual disagreements, had sent him away in sheer aggravation. It was probably one of the biggest mistakes he ever could've made, and if he could change the past, would he easily return to her instead of leaving her to fend for herself.

He knew she couldn't take the ink demon on her own.

The monster had stolen her from him and kept her imprisoned in his lair for weeks. Tom had no idea Allison had been taken at that time until he came to the realization that he needed to apologize for his behavior towards her that day. When he returned home, she was nowhere to be found and when she didn't return back about an hour or so later, Tom knew what happened and immediately ran to her rescue. If he died saving her from the ink demon, then so be it! He would do anything to protect those he cares about, whether it was Allison or not.

As stealthy as he was, and careful not to come into any contact with ink, Tom made it to the ink demon's domain and instantly found Allison lying unconscious in the throne chair. Luckily Bendy was not present at the time, so the wolf proceeded to aid his dearest friend. Falling to his knees, he pulled her to him and held her close while lightly tapping the palm of his glove against her cheek. She had a few scratches and bruises that covered her, including a few tears of her clothing, which made it an indicator to Tom that there was some type of struggle Allison had with the ink demon.

He was surprised she wasn't dead, but he didn't care; At least she was still alive and he had to get out of there before they were noticed. Cradling her up in his arms, the wolf took one long final look at that graceful face and was insistent on getting them back home.

Where they belong...

Together...

Just the two of them...

However, the sudden heavy breathing above them made him instantly freeze where we was. Glaring up, Tom noticed that the ink demon had just returned and was now above them in that monstrous form of his. Oh geez, why did he have to be here at this exact moment in time? Tom did not want to deal with any trouble right now.

Seeing Tom stealing his prisoner infuriated Bendy. Snarling, he immediately roared at the trespasser. Tom took no hesitation and ran to escape before Bendy jumped down from his post and roared as he began chasing after them.

Tom was fortunate enough to find a small tunnel in the wall that would prove to be a shortcut and escape Bendy. If he had been a second slower, he and Allison would have easily had their bodies chomped in half. With the ink demon's booming roar echoing throughout the tunnel, Tom held onto Allison close until they reached the end...

She looked so unlike herself by the time they arrived home. Tom gently placed her atop the bed and inspected her wounds. Poor thing. What had that monster done to her? If Tom hadn't been so angry and walked away that day, none of this would have happened and she would be alright. Now that he had returned to her, they now could be happy together, just the two of them, and avoid the danger that lurked within the studio as they isolated themselves here to begin a life together.

A life that would've been great...and promised...

If Allison hadn't fallen pregnant.

Tom was beyond furious by this result. He knew this wasn't his child, and if it were, there would be no way to prove since he and Allison never combined their ink to create new life that wasn't from the ink machine. The mere fact that the ink demon had at some point decided to mate with Allison during a point from her imprisonment only made Tom all-the-more angry. This was something he had done to provoke the wolf, for Tom knew that the ink demon easily sensed the love he and Allison had for each other.

It was true what they say...

The ink demon does take whatever he wants.

Allison was just as upset as Tom was, but tried her best to remain optimistic about the situation. She was against killing a life that was to become a part of her, and informed him that the baby, or whatever was to come, would have good in them so long as it was kept away from evil. Tom still wasn't convinced and insisted that Allison either terminate the pregnancy or abandon the child to the lost ones. Allison, of course, refused both suggestions.

Tom got over the fact of being angry with Allison and vowed to protect her, and her only, at all costs. Whatever happens to the monstrosity growing inside her didn't matter to him whether it died or not. Though he secretly kept his irritation hidden from Allison, Tom made sure to keep her secure in their hideout and away from the ink demon as much as possible.

No doubt Bendy was searching for them that day they escaped. He actually had been lurking more often around the studio now then he ever did before, trying to sense their location and whereabouts. A few butcher gang clones had been immediately slaughtered from time to time, but when Tom had to roam the studio in search for important items and soup, he could tell by the aftermath that this was a dire warning specifically for him since a bone would always be present with the bodies.

Tom ignored the death threats, but did take the bones though cause those he sure didn't mind in having.

Everyday would he return home to Allison, and she would always greet him with a loving embrace and peck on the snout. Trying his best to ignore her growing condition, Tom would always been content in her acts of affection. She would always have soup ready for him, fix his arm whenever it malfunctioned, and stroked his back appreciatively.

Allison knew that Tom was doing everything he could to ignore the baby as well. She knew he was disappointed this was something he couldn't have with her, but she knew that he probably was acting like he didn't care. Once the child was here, she already knew he would love them as he would his own.

Which was why she wanted to tell him something that she had been meaning to ask.

"Tom, I know that you are upset about this. You can't hide it from me, no matter how hard you try." she began, "But, promise me that if anything happens, you will do everything you can to protect my child."

Tom had kept his head turned away from her, trying to ignore that pleading smile that weakened him every time. He would not love a child that was a part of something evil! However, he had to remember that this was Allison's child he was thinking about as well. If kept away from the ink demon, lunatics like Sammy, and the ink itself, the child could be raised by him and Allison without any problems. He and Allison were once humans, so the fact that this child was part of that made this seem like it could be something that could end up working out in the end for Tom.

Turning back to Allison, he gently grabbed her hand and squeezed it lightly. By the look in his eyes, Allison grinned so wide that she let tears well in her eyes. She never felt so happy to feel his acceptance after trying to convince him for so many months, that finally, he would promise to do whatever it takes to protect the both of them.

The time came when Allison finally went into labor and with her frantic worrying and the immediate discomfort she was in, Tom was unsure of what he could do to ease her pain. Her hair was a mangled mess as she lay in bed, trying her best not to scream in agony of what her body was experiencing. Gripping the sheets for support, Allison continued to pant as each contraction hit harder than the last. Tom was supportive enough to sit at the bedside and hold her hand to wipe away the sweat from her head from time to time, but he had to eventually leave her to keep an eye out for any lurkers that could be outside their home.

And if the ink demon came, he would be ready for him.

An hour later was the most crucial since Allison was finally beginning to proceed in giving birth. Tom regretted leaving her alone in the room, but he had to stand guard. Her screams of misery grew more and more louder and Tom winced upon each one. No doubt ink creatures, and possibly the ink demon himself, would be able to hear them and quickly find their way down to the hideout. If they were discovered at any point, they would have to relocate into a new area as soon as possible.

Allison's screams finally came to an end before the shrill cries of a wailing baby took over. Eager to see the child, Tom dropped his axe and ran back inside.

Unbeknownst to him, a few lost ones slowly emerged from hiding behind large crates. Upon the sounds of the baby did they immediately know what was going on...

Tom slowly opened the door to the room, having been previously afraid of what he was to witness in the love of his life's arms. Upon seeing Allison alive and well with her glorious dark hair sprouted behind her, did he instantly look down to the bundle in her hold. The confident smile she had plastered on her lips eased Tom's concerns, but not before she asked him kindly.

"Would you like to meet him?"

It was a boy!

As Tom silently walked before the bed, Allison lovingly shushed her fussy newborn before giving a soft kiss to his head. Grinning widely, Allison gently shifted her son away from her chest so that Tom was able to get a good view of what he looked like.

Oh, thank goodness.

Tom had nothing to fear when he saw the child. All the time he spent worrying of how much he would look like his father were quickly relieved when his appearance was nearly identical to Allison's. Thankfully, and oddly enough, he showed no signs of being an ink creation other than having dark hair and his mother's skin. This child was very human on the outside, but lord knows what lurked on the inside.

"I named him Ben." Allison proudly stated. "Come Tom, hold our son."

Tom froze for a second upon his sweetheart's insistence to hold the small baby. He didn't know whether or not he should. What if the baby sensed he had not liked him, and secretly still doesn't trust him. His cries were something he still wasn't used to, having never been around babies when he was formerly human, and sort of scared him. However, Tom was a brave individual and wouldn't let a small baby make him act like a coward. After all, he was perfect; Just like his mum.

As he sat himself down at her bedside, Allison gently directed him in the right path to properly hold a baby. She giggled when he didn't understand and it took several attempts to adjust him properly until he finally got it right. Tom stiffened when Allison took no hesitation and placed the child in his arms. Tom let his ears sink back in fear when the newborn immediately began to fuss and wail once again.

"Tom," she giggled, "You're too stiff. Loosen up and just relax. He'll feel more comfortable that way. There's nothing to be afraid of."

Tom released his tension upon her reassurance. Taking a deep breath, he uplifted his spirit to enjoy and embrace this precious moment. Ben had eased his cries upon Tom's anxiousness fading away and returned back to sleep from all the crying he had been committing. Tom silently watched him doze off and couldn't help but gently stroke a finger across his son's cheek. When he slept, Tom definitely saw much Allison in him.

As Allison continued to watch them contently, her smile faded when the aura of the room immediately shifted to darkness and a figure stood before them. She gasped and reached for her sword at her bedside while Tom turned and quickly stood to his feet with Ben now wailing once again in his arms. Then, he silently scolded himself.

He had left the axe outside.

Bendy silently stood there, grinning, as the aura of his presence filled the room and ink continued to drip from his body. As much as he wanted to kill both Allison and Tom, his focus wasn't on them today. Instead, he was here for the unknown creature wriggling in the wolf's arms. Allison sneered at the ink demon and made sure he got the idea that if he were to take any step closer, he would regret it with this sword. Tom also was ready, despite not having any kind of weapon near him at the current moment.

Bendy tilted his head at them. He didn't understand why they were so angry? He was here to not cause trouble, so long as they gave him the bundle in Tom's arms that clearly was causing all that racket in the studio. Taking a step towards them, he stopped when he easily sensed something. Something in this room seemed to have a strong aroma, just like his. And that's when the ink demon remembered something. Turning his attention to Allison, he recalled what events had transpired when she had been his prisoner. And having come across both her and Tom before countless times, there was no way this powerful aspect was coming from them. Bendy knew he was the only powerful being in this studio, and the fact that he was sensing a fragment of himself made it evident that whatever was in Tom's arms had something to do with him.

And it was a part of him!

Eager to get a better view for himself, the ink demon was insistent to grab the baby from Tom, but Allison quickly sent her sword straight into him. Bendy stopped where he was and slowly turned his attention back to Allison, his grin never losing focus on her. Terrified, Allison knew she was going to regret making such a decision.

Bendy immediately reached for the sword lodged into him and removed it without a problem. Dropping the weapon to the ground, the ink demon now decided that it was time to stop pretending to be generous, and finish this his favorite way.

"Tom, take Ben and go!" Allison insisted as Bendy began to shake uncontrollably and start changing shape.

Tom shook his head and glared at her as Ben began to cry louder.

He was not leaving her!

"GO!"

Just as he was about to take off out the room, Bendy had transformed quick enough to angrily swipe at the wolf fleeing with his offspring. Tom was knocked to the ground, but luckily still had Ben in his arms. The baby continued to cry and the ink demon tried to run after them, but not before Allison got to her feet, and grabbing hold of her sword.

"You'll never get him."

Snarling, the ink demon roared angrily before sending her across the room with his massive hand. Allison groaned upon the harsh impact, and just as she was about to get back to her feet, Bendy threw a hand atop of her to prevent her from moving. Growling at the angel that was briefly his for those few weeks, the ink demon leaned closer and couldn't help but let his anger take over.

Tom knew Allison was gone.

The ink demon had taken her from him again...and this time...permanently.

Ben continued to cry in Tom's hold upon sensing the ink demon, but the wolf did his best to calm him down before they were discovered. They had fled and hid themselves inside his former office. Ben didn't seem to be suppressing his cries, and the last thing Tom wanted to deal with was to fight a clearly angry dad who wanted his child. The ink demon may be the true father of this child, but he was never going to get the chance to ever meet or have his son.

And that was final! Whether he liked it or not...

This was Tom's son now.

Tom was fortunate enough to have eased Ben's crying because the ink demon was now lurking outside their room. First, his footsteps could be heard creeping above their heads, but that quickly transitioned to them now sounding right outside the door. Ben quietly fussed in Tom's arms, but the gentle rocking seemed to continue helping his fear. The ink demon then stopped outside the door of their hideaway and tried his best to track them. Hoping he wouldn't come into the room, Tom anxiously waited for a decision while holding Ben close in one arm and a gent pipe in the other.

No longer sensing his son's presence, the ink demon had no interest in entering the room they were currently in and vanished. Relieved, Tom dropped his form of weapon and continued to properly hold the newborn in his arms. As soon as the ink demon had left, a coo could be heard coming from Ben as he kept his attention focused on Tom. Tom then looked down to get a good look at his new son, but something horrifying had prevented him from being happy.

The baby had unluckily gotten clawed across the eye by the ink demon when they had been knocked down. The wound wasn't terrible as expected, but it was alarming to see on a one-day aged baby. Luckily, he didn't lose his eye or go blind as a result, but Tom had to make sure he got that cleaned up and squared away.

There would be plenty of time for love and affection later. Right now, he needed to get himself and his son somewhere new and safe in the studio where the ink demon would never find them again...

Bendy returned back to his lair and continued to let the anger boil within his inky form. He was beyond angry that Boris duplicate had taken his child, a child he had no clue existed until he was able to pick up traces of himself lurking inside the newborn. He was even surprised that the steps he had taken with Allison resulted in an impregnation. Unbeknownst to him, it had more to do with Allison's former human self more than her inky one.

He tried to love. Maybe she wasn't the first, but he certainly did try. He had tried to display kindness with Susie's Alice, but one touch from him resulted in causing her to suffer from a grotesque deformation. However, when he had encountered Allison up close that day before he kidnapped her, nothing happened. It was as if she was the true Alice. And because of this, he knew she was the one.

The one to keep him from being lonely.

He wanted her to become a part of him, to give her power in this inky world, but apparently that didn't work out as planned. Now, she was dead because of him. Serves her right. She rejected his offer. She wanted to rebel against him. He was a monster!

And what of the child?

That pesky wolf had the only other ink being that could love and accept him for his monstrous ways in his custody. Wherever they had ran off to and hid like cowards, Bendy knew he would eventually find them. Whether he found the child first, or Tom, he couldn't wait until he saw that Boris once again.

So he could punish him by taking the only form of love he has left.

And slaughter him until nothing remained!

So until then...

The ink demon would always be watching.
