Ruby Rose's eyes fluttered open. She was laying on the ground, her weapon, Crescent Rose nowhere to be seen. She rose up off the ground slowly, careful not to aggravate her dizzy mind . Looking around, Ruby tried to identify where she was. It was some building. Old and rundown, the floor littered with holes, both big and wide.

The room she was in reminded her of a warehouse. But she saw a chalkboard at the front of the room, a podium right in front of it. She was in a school, and from the looks of it, an elementary school. Ruby immediately wanted to groan. She had enough of school with Beacon. It was so boring.

As she walked across the room, her feet bumped into something warm and soft. She looked down and saw her half sister, Yang. Bending down, she shook the blonds shoulders, rousing her from her slumber. Yang groaned in annoyance.

"Ngh...five more minutes dad…" She mumbled quietly. Ruby rolled her eyes at her elder sibling. Getting tired of waiting, she grabbed a handful of her blond locks, and pulled with moderate force. Yang's eyes shot open, blood red from her anger.

"Get your fucking hands off my hair!" She screamed. Ruby chuckled at her sister. Yang's hair was always a sure fire way to piss her off. Always overprotective of it. When the brawler saw her sister chuckle, she took a calming breath and her eyes returned to their normal lilac. Giving her a glare, she stood up to her feet.

"Not cool Rubes." She glared at her. Ruby stopped chuckling and hugged her sister. Giving a sigh, Yang hugged her back. "So, do you know where we are?" She asked the shorted girl. Ruby shook her head as they seperated.

"No, I woke up just before you. Do you remember what happened" Yang put a hand to her head and scratched in thought. She remembered that her and the rest of Team RWBY were lounging around in their dorm room. It was right after classes, and they were simply bored out of their minds. And then, in the distance, there was some sort of rumbling noise. The noise got closer to the point of it being right outside their door. After a few moments of silence, a huge earthquake shook the entire academy.

Without any warning, a hole had opened up in the floor, forcing them all to plummet down into the darkness below. The last thing she remembered was weiss trying to use her semblances to make glyphs to stop their fall. But some unknown force destroyed them, and Weiss fell unconscious, her hand letting go of her weapon in the process.

"Besides falling through some gaping hole, not much." Yang inwardly chuckled at the innuendo. Ruby, being the naive girl she was, failed to notice the inappropriate pun. Ruby looked around the room, and spotted a note on the door.

"Hey Yang, look!" Ruby pointed to the paper. The reaper walked over to the wooden door and pulled off the note. She looked at it with surprise. The note didn't have any tape on it, and the door wasn't sticky at all. How was the paper kept on the door without anything attached to it.

Deciding to ignore it, she read the note out loud. "When you awake, head to the auditorium." The sisters widened their eyes. Does this mean what it thought it meant?

"Does this mean someone kidnapped us? I'll kill 'em!" She threatened like she usually did. With the temper of a firecracker, this certainly ticked her off. "I bet it was Torchwick. That bastard was probably waiting for the chance to get back at us." She started to storm out of the classroom, intending to take her anger out of their kidnappers.

"Yang wait up!" Ruby rushed up to her sister, now walking side by side. "By the way, you cursed like three times. You owe the swear jar when we get back." Yang cursed once more in frustration. "Make that four."

"Arghaaa!"

As the sisters walked down deeper into the corridor, Ruby began to feel worried. Whether it was the feeling of the air, or the eeriness of the silence, she couldn't decide. The building they resided in made her think of that horror movie she saw with her friends earlier that week. Dark, and unsettling. Just like how it was now.

Yang was also beginning to feel unsettled with how quiet it was. The rundown floor had her concerned that it would collapse, throwing in them to a no doubt steep fall. But she still pressed on, determined to get to the bottom of why they were here.

Finally after walking through several hallways, they made it to a wide double door that had a sign on it. 'Welcome Ruby and Yang. Please enter here' Ruby and Yang looked at each other and nodded. With a violent pull, the door was swung open. But they were not expecting what they saw on the other side.

"Yang? Ruby?" An older man's voice spoke their names uncertainty. Qrow Branwen stood in the large room. Ruby smiled in elation at seeing her uncle. "Uncle Qrow!" She screamed as she ran up to her drunk uncle with her speed semblance. She tackled him in a hug. The drunk old crow chuckled at her affection.

"Hey squirt." He rustled her hair playfully. Yang walked over to her family. She was happy to see her uncle, but she needed to know something. "Uncle Qrow." She spoke to get his attention.

He looked at her while swinging his arm back and forth while Ruby held on to it. "Hey there kiddo. I guess you are wondering where we are too, right?" Yang nodded. "I wish I knew. I woke up in this classroom of sorts not too long ago. A note on the door told me to head over to the auditorium."

"Same here. Ruby woke me up and we found a note as well." This is troubling to them. They were in an unknown location with no recollection on how they got here. Wait, there was that earthquake that opened that hole they fell through. "Did you happen to feel an earthquake and fall through a hole?"

Qrow looked at his niece surprised. "So that happened to you as well. This is very strange." He stopped swinging his younger niece and looked at them more seriesly. The bird-like huntsman was worried. Could it be Salem? Did she somehow find the location of the Fall Maiden?

Alright runts, we need to find-" The drunk didn't finish his sentence as the door Ruby and Yang walked through a few moments opened up again.

"Hello?" A girl's voice called out from the hallway. Blake Belladonna and Weiss Schnee walked into the auditorium. The other teammates of team RWBY. Ruby called out to them excited.

"Weiss, Blake!" She ran to her friends and gave them a hug. Weiss immediately tried to escape the death grip. "Ruby, release me this instant!" The pale huntress in training struggled in vain to push the red hooded girl's away. Blake and Yang giggled at Weiss's struggle. Having enough of the distractions, Qrow tried to get their attention.

Hey girls, pay attention. We need to find-" He was interrupted again as four different voices came from the hallway. "Now what?" he growled in annoyance at being interrupted again. Team NPR walked into the room, looking confused. Jaun Arc, the leader of the team was not with them for some reason.

"You guys are here too? Have you seen Jaune?" Pyrrha Nikkos asked team RWBY. Ren and Nora were by her side, looking just as confused. Ruby shook her head, letting go of Weiss, much to her relief. Before Qrow could get their attention, several more people came through the door. The Teachers of Beacon Academy came into the room.

Peter Port, Batholomew Oobleck, Glynda Goodwitch, and the Headmaster of Beacon himself, Ozpin. "Children, I see you are here as well." Ozpin spoke to them in his usual calm tone. Qrow looked relieved to see him. Glynda, with her stern expression, stood ahead.

"Qrow, where are we?" The headmistress demanded. The drunk shrugged his shoulders, eliciting the annoyed response he was expecting. "I woke up in one of the rooms like you I'm guessing. So far, these runts are the only ones I have encountered." He explained to the woman.

He pulled out his flask and took a heavy chug from it, ignoring the look of disgust from Glynda. "Have you seen anyone else?" Ozpin shook his head.

"We have not. After falling through the hole that had opened in the floor, we woke up in separate rooms." Qrow raised an eyebrow. He woke up in a room by himself. Was there a reason they were all separated?

"Do you think it was her?" He asked him quietly. Ozpin looked troubled at the question.

"I don't believe so. I would have noticed if she infiltrated the school. But if it was one of her pawns…" Qrow looked at the headmaster concerned. If the queen had a mole in their ranks, they could be in serious danger.

"Do you at least recognize where we are?" Glynda spoke in the same tone they were using. He shook his head. Glynda's frown deepened.

"Well, if it isn't Red and the snot nosed brats." An arrogant tone cut through their conversation. Ruby gasped as who she saw enter the room. Roman Torchwick, most wanted criminal in Vale.

"ROMAN TORCHWICK?!" She yelled in shock. Team RWBY and NPR instinctively reached for their weapons only to remember that they were gone. The professors looked ready to defend their students the moment the mob boss made a move to attack. A girl walked from behind Roman. She was very short, her high heels clicked loudly with every step.

Yang recognized her as the one she fought on the train during the breach. The way she was played with and defeated easily by the acrobatic fighter flashed in her mind. The brawler growled at her as she clenched her fist. Seeing Yang glare at her, the short woman Neo stuck out her tongue playfully.

With a cry of rage, Yang leaped forward, her right fist cocked back ready to sock the smaller girl. Right when she was almost in striking distance, she was held in place by Glynda's telekinesis. She turned to her professor and yelled,

"What are you doing?! These two are responsible for the breach!" Glynda glared at her violent student.

"I am well aware of that, Miss Xiao-long. But I am stopping you from making a foolish choice." Ozpin walked to her side and nodded his head.

"Miss Glynda is correct. I believe we should ask these two why they are here before resorting to violence." The headmaster of Beacon turned to the notorious criminal, "Well Mister Torchwick, can you please explain why you have brought us here?" Ozin asked carefully.

Roman's eyebrow arched, "You think I am the one that brought you here? No, I woke up here just like all of you." Neo nodded, showing her agreement with her partner's statement. The students of Beacon looked at him in disbelief. Ruby, being the most naive, seemed to believe him.

"You didn't bring us here?" She asked the question on everybody's mind.

"That is what I would like to know as well." A feminine voice spoke from behind the partners in crime. Cinder Fall and her two teammates, Emerald Sustrai and Mercury Black stood by the entrance. Roman and Neo tensed at seeing their boss while the students and staff were confused at seeing the new exchange students from Haven academy.

"Cinder? You are here too?" The agent of Salem smirked at Ruby and walked further into the room with her partners. Mercury and Emerald chuckled behind her, finding Roman and Neo's anxious faces to be amusing. "So if Roman didn't bring us here, who did" Rub asked once more.

Then, all of the sudden, the ground shook violently, causing everyone to stumble. The teacher's were surprised that the building didn't collapse from all the abuse. Neo clung to Roman jacket to stop herself from falling, Roman himself nearly tripping over her high heels. The shaking stopped, the lights in the auditorium turning off.

Now everyone was on guard, ready for a sneak attack. An, unsettling laughter echoed throughout the room, making the spines of the students tingle. The stages lights flipped on, gaining the attention of everyone present.

"Hahahahaha...HAHAHAHAHA!" The laughter suddenly stopped as a dark figure appeared on the stage. It was hard to make out their appearance, the ominous lighting preventing them from seeing more than a red trench coat.

"Show yourself!" Weiss demanded, Yang getting into her brawler stance beside her. The laughter continued for a few more seconds before stopping, the rest of the lights coming on at the same time. Now, they could properly see the mystery figure. The first thought of everyone of him was: Very tall.

He easily towered over Roman, the tallest person in the room. His hair was long, not as long as most of the girls, but messier and longer than most men. There was no shirt under his coat, showing his well developed chest and abbs. There was some sort of writing on his chest, the letters A and K across his chiseled chest.

His Golden eyes made his chocolate hair stand out, a strange unnatural smile spread across his face. It was unsettling to the majority, making them sweat slightly in fear. Cinder and her faction were wary of this unknown man's appearance. Emerald was getting ready to use her illusion semblance to back up Cinder if need be. Then the man spoke.

"Oh, TEAM JNRP, Professors of Beacon, Roman Torchwick, Neo, and the rest," Team RWBY and Cinder's group twitched in annoyance. He knew the rest, and had the gall to not even mention them? "We meet face to face at last. How have you been?" Ozpin opened his mouth, but the tall man cut him off. "Oh don't answer that. I could care less." He had a quick laugh at his joke, ignoring the looks of annoyance of team RWBY.

"Hey, who are you?!" Weiss demanded again, now glaring at him. He floated down to her, his gaze now focused on her alone.

"And what are you supposed to be? A living snowman? HAHAH," He quickly laughed," I'm just kidding, I know who you are Weiss." The Heiress eyes widened.

"Wh-Who are you?! How do you know my name?!" She slightly stuttered at the unexpected occurrence. The floating trench coat wearing individual put his hands in his pockets.

"Oh, I know lots of things. LOT'S OF THINGS…" His turned demonic, his eyes showing a bunch of different images that made Ozpin and his inner circle shudder. A picture of Salem and the brother gods made Ozpin's breath hitch. "But before we go any further, I notice that we are missing a few people. Let's fix that," He snapped his fingers and a bright flash blinded all the occupants.

After regaining his sight, Ozpin looked to see his ex wife, the queen of Grimm. She spotted Ozpin across from her, immediately putting her on edge. Willow Schnee, and her son Whitley were standing next to Weiss. Winter caught her younger sister's gaze and gave her a brief smile.

Adam Tartrus looked around the room and spotted his old partner Blake and tried to reach for his sword, only to find it missing from its sheath. Blake refused to meet his gaze, looking to the side, making Adam growl.

"Good, I have everyone for now. Everyone, can I have your attention." He didn't make it sound like a request, so everyone turned to gaze upon their strange host. "I am sure you are wondering why you are here.." Adam stepped forward, his hatred shown in his body posture. Turning to Sienna, he gave his high leader a nod. She nodded back and walked closer to him.

"Why am I Here? I have duties in the White Fang to attend." James Ironwood and his specialist, Winter Schnee glared at the villians and moved to attack the enemies of humanity.

"Hey, there is to be no fighting in my dimmenion." The man who had yet to introduce himself stopped them from moving by freezing them in place.

"I can't move!" Winter announced to her general, making him growl. "Release me at once!"

Now getting impatient, he took a deep breath and yelled, "ENOUGH!" His shout mellowed everyone. " JUST GIVE ME TIME TO EXPLAIN, AND YOU WILL KNOW WHY I BROUGHT YOU HERE!" The military specialist gulped, looking at her general for his orders.

"Stand down Schnee." With high reluctance, she relaxed her stance. Nodding in satisfaction, the floating man snapped his fingers and appeared on the ground in a flash.

"Alright, let's try this again. My name is Freak." A couple of his guests snickered at his introduction. Raising his brow, he asked what they found funny. "Something amuse you?"

Weiss gave him a haughty look and answered, "What kind of name is 'Freak'" She put a hand to her mouth and laughed mockingly. Blake glared at her teammate for her mockery. She hated it when people insulted the Fannus for their appearance, and Weiss was mocking someone's name.

"It was the name given to me. I don't remember what my birth name is, so I stuck with the one given to me from the past…" The man now named Freak put a hand to his chin and appeared deep in thought. Weiss stopped her laughter and looked down in shame at the glares from her friends and teachers. The Fannus in the room looked at the Schnee in disgust.

"Anyway, I have brought you all here for something important. Let me ask you a question though. How many of you have heard of the 'Multiverse Theory'?" Oobleck, James, Blake, and Ozpin raised their hands.

"Yes. It's a theory that a hypothetical group of universes, composed of everything that exists. Also known as 'parallel universes', or 'alternate universes'" The fast paced professor explained the theory to his colleagues. Freak clapped his hands, impressed with the green haired coffee fanatic.

"That is correct. Now, what if I were to tell you that the multiverse is indeed real." The Schnee specialist looked at him unimpressed.

"That is propostrus. The theory is just that, a theory." Weiss nodded in agreement with her sister. "General, please tell me you don't buy this fools nonsense." James stayed silent. Making eye contact with Ozpin, they discreetly nodded to each other.

"Can you prove you are telling the truth?" Winter looked at him stupefied. He was buying the fools talk?

"Yes, I agree. You expect us to believe that is possible?" Salem questioned the strange man. He laughed at her. Finding her inability to believe him funny.

Of course I am capable of doing so. In my dimmenion, I am practically a god. Even outshining the brother gods in terms of ability and strength." Salem glared at him, refusing to acknowledge that he is capable of doing such a feat. The mortals looked confused. Weren't the brother gods a myth.

"Don't treat me like a fool. The brother gods are the ones that cursed me with immortality, you are not able to do such a thing." His right eye twitched in annoyance. She refused to believe?

"I am nigh-omnipotent in my closed spaces. If you don't believe, why don't I kill you right now." Salem's eyes widened. The air suddenly got colder, making the other occupants shiver. A primal fear made her take a step back, now feeling unsure of her claims. "You can feel it can't you?" He asked her.

"Feel what?" she growled.

"The hatred in the air. The feeling of sheer dread, all past enemies paling in comparison. Not even the God of Darkness could elicit this response from you." She didn't respond to him, too busy dealing with the sudden change of atmosphere. Her servants were shocked at showing fear, Cinder having a hard time believing her mistress could be killed.

"Anyway, I brought you all here for something fun." He made a dramatic pause, "We are going to watch the Multiverse of Jaune Arc!" They stood quietly for a few moments, not sure if they had heard him correctly.

"Excuse me, but could you repeat that?" Roman asked rhetorically. Watch the multiverse? Was this guy for real?

"The Multiverse of Jaune Arc. That is why I brought you all here." The professors and students of Beacon were hard pressed to believe what they were hearing.

"You brought us here from Remnant to watch that clumsy dunce?" Weiss's arrogant tone brought everyone out of their disbelief. Jaune's teammates glared at the heiress, making her flinch. Her mother, sister and brother looked at her confused.

"So you brought us here just to watch a huntsman in training?" Peter asked Freak, trying to understand. He nodded at the portly professor.

"Yes. You see, I have been by myself for the past fifty years with nothing to do. I am incredibly bored, so I figured we could help each other out."

"Wait, you were alone? Ruby questioned him. Freak nodded his head in response. He gained some looks of sympathy from some of the heroes. Even Roman and Neo gave a look of pity. They knew what it was like to be alone.

"Why should we care." Came the surprising voice of Qrow. Everyone turned to the drunk. His annoyed look as he drank his alcohol made his family concerned. "I could care less about the Arc kid right now. Just send me back." He demanded to Freak. He narrowed his eyes at the twin of Raven.

"Come now. Surely we can cut a deal." He pondered for a few moments before he got an idea. "What if I can give you a reason to stay?"

Qrow tisked in annoyance, "There is nothing you can give." He replied grumpily.

"If you stay and watch the multiverse with me, I will bring Summer Rose to the closed spaces." Ruby, Yang, and Qrow froze at the mention of their names. Now he was glaring hatefully at Freak.

"Don't fuck with me bastard. Bringing back the dead is impossible" Yang looked at her uncle and then back to Freak. She had always wanted to see Summer again.

"Didn't we just go over this?" Freak asked him exaggeration, "I am a god in this dimension. I can do anything, even bring back the dead." Ruby looked at him pleadingly.

"Can you really do it? Can you bring my mother back to life?" Ozpin looked worried. The reason for the war between him and Salem was because she tried to trick the gods to revive him from death. He could not bear to see something like that happen again.

"Miss Rose please consider what you are asking. The dead are not meant to come back to life. Let her rest in peace." He repeated the same words the God Of Light said to Salem, making her snarl at the memory.

Ruby looked down in sadness, "But...I just want to see her again…" She looked close to tears. Freak approached her with a smile.

"If you promise to stay here and accompany me, I will bring your mother back to life right now." He stuck his hand out for a handshake. For the briefest of moments, a flame surrounded his right hand. "Do we have a Deal?" The last word echoed slightly, his voice taking a deep tone.

She looked at the hand. The deal sounded too good to be true. But...she wanted to believe. She wanted to talk to her mother, just one more time. With an ounce of hesitation, Ruby shook Freak's hand, signifying the deal had been made. With a giant smile, Freak floated, a giant grin on his face.

"hehehehe….hahahahaha...HAHAHAHAHAHA!" He laughed insanely as he brought his hand in a snapping motion. "One silver eyes huntress, COMING UP!" He snapped his fingers, and a brilliant bright flash engulfed the entire room.

Ruby slowly opened her eyes. Part of her was afraid it was a lie. But she wanted it to be true. And when she saw the white cape flutter with red hair, she was glad she made that decision.

"Ruby? Yang? Qrow?" Summer looked around confused. She was alive? With a cry of emotions, Ruby rang to her mother and brought her into a hug. While she was uncertain as to why she was alive, she hugged her daughter back regardless. Seeing Ruby's tears made her eyes water as well, and she motioned for Yang and Qrow to join her in the hug. They didn't hesitate.

While the four were deep in their emotions, Freak was starting to lose his patience. With a cough, he brought their attention to him. "Hello Summer Rose. How is it to have your flesh and blood back?" Summer opened her mouth to answer, but she was cut off, "Don't need to answer that. It was rhetorical. Allow me to catch you up to speed on what has been happening."

"So you brought me back to life so we would watch this 'multiverse' with you?" Freak nodded his head, glad that she understood. "Well, I will gladly stay and watch these alternate universes with you guys. It's the least I could do." Her family and old colleagues nodded in agreement. With a huff of annoyance, Salem and her allies agreed to as well. With luck, maybe they could find a chance to overtake Freak and kill Ozpin and his allies.

Seeing they were all in agreement, he snapped his fingers and dozens of chairs popped into existence alone with a flat screen covering the stage. "Now before we begin, I have realized that we are missing a few people." With a(nother) snap of his fingers, Jaune's family appeared, looking dazed.

"W-what's going on?" Jaune's mother Joan asked. Freak got their attention by speaking.

"I will explain, Joan. But let's do the jump cut so that the readers don't have to sit through another explanation"

"Wait wha-"

"Good, now we can begin. Freak conjured up a reclining chair and grabbed the remote he made with it.

"I am still confused as to what just happened." Sapphron commented to her father. He shrugged as he made himself comfortable in his chair, leaning it about halfway.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, and the Schnee's." A "Hey" from Weiss made him chuckle. "I present to you, the Multiverse of Jaune Arc. The first universe we will be watching is…'The Dance Of Tigers'" With a press of a button, the lights went out and the large screen started to countdown from ten.

"If you desire any refreshments or food, please just ask by pressing the button on the side of your chairs. My servants will bring you whatever it is you want."

"Alright, Let's get this show on the road!" Yang yelled in excitement. Freak just rolled his eyes. He snapped a glass of water in his hands and relaxed to watch the first universe.
