And sorry by the grammatical erros that I miss.

In this chapter, as you're going to see, Naruto is more Naruto and less Oliver, as in the chapter one. Hope you guys like it.

The day I went missing... was the day I died.

Five years in hell forged me into a weapon, which I use to honor a vow I made to my father, who sacrificed his life for mine. In his final moments, he told me the truth... that our family's wealth had been built on the suffering of others. That he failed our city, and that it was up to me to save it and right his wrongs.

But to do that without endangering the people closest to me, I have to be someone else. I have to be something else.

"Who's that? Where'd he come from?" Marcus Redmond, one of the men who was part of Starling City's elite, asked, while hiding behind his bodyguards.

The target of his question was a mysterious hooded man, who easily dodged and counter the security guards. His blows were quick and accurate, the hired men had no chance.

The security guard next to Redmond pulled out a pistol, but the hooded vigilante went faster and threw an arrow into his hand, knocking down the gun, and then the remaining guards.

Never in his whole life had Redmond seen something like this. An entire team of armed security guards defeated so easily by a man who used only a bow, some arrows, and martial arts, it was madness. Nothing human could do something like that.

"Please wait! Wait!" The corrupt rich man begged, but the Hood wouldn't listen. Picking up Redmond by the neck, the vigilante threw him over the air vent of the building, breaking the propeller's protective grille, which narrowly missed cutting off the man's head.

"Marcus Redmond, you failed this city." The thick, gloomy voice, similar to that of a demon, came out of the hood. His bloody red eyes, with a black slit in the middle, glowed brightly amid the darkness of the hood and were just another reason for everyone to believe that the Starling City vigilante was not human.

"Please! No, please, no! Don't hurt me, please!" Marcus begged, because his head was held above the broken propeller of the air outlet by the man in the green hoodie. This one, which, instead of complying with the request, further increased the strength in the neck it held.

"Cell phone, inside pocket, call your partner. Tell him to give those pensioners back their money. Do it now, or I swear I'll come back and kill you."

Releasing the man, the hooded jumped from above the air outlet, and promptly exited from there. He didn't stay to see if his orders would be obeyed. He didn't have to.

Queen Mansion

"Over the past 15 years, Mr. Redmond has withdrawn more than 30 million dollars from the plant's account." The reporter said, the sound of his voice coming out on TV from the Queen family home, with Walter, Thea and Moira watching him.

Naruto entered the room while buttoning his expensive suit. Seeing that his family's attention was stuck on the screen, which now mentioned the vigilante and showed the sketch he had given the police, commented, "This guy has been showing up a lot lately."

"The city used to be different. People used to feel safe." Moira commented, sitting in her leather chair.

"Oh, what's the matter, Mom? Afraid we're gonna be next?" Thea asked, her arms crossed over her chest.

"Do you have any questions about today?" Walter asked Naruto. "It's a simple proof-of-life declaration. Just read out a brief, prepared statement to the judge, and then your death-in-absentia judgment will be voided."

"All right, thank you Walter." Thanked Naruto, sincerely. Over the past few days he's started to know his new stepfather better, and the blond had no doubt that he was a good man.

"So, who is ready to be officially revived?" He asked Tommy to come into the room, smiling. "We hope you don't have to do this again."

Naruto laughed at his friend's joke and then asked Thea, "Are you going? You don't have to worry, it's not like the times Oliver had to go to court."

"And have I ever let you down?" She questioned her brother, giving a smile that was promptly reciprocated.

"Mr. Queen, how does it feel to be returning after five years on that island? "

"Mr. Queen. What happened to you there?"

"Mr. Queen. Mr. Queen."

As he climbed the courthouse's stairs, with the various reporters harassing him, Naruto could not stop the memories from coming to his head. The boat turning. Sara being carried away by the water. His father killing himself. Oliver...

This harassment only stopped the moment the judge asked him to give his statement.

"There was a storm. The boat went down." Naruto declared, all eyes of the court turned to him. Some with pity, others curious. On his face, a distant and lost look. "I was the only survivor. My father, Oliver, Sara and the crew didn't make it. I almost died, I... I thought that I had, because I spent so many days on that life raft before I saw the island. When I reached it, I knew… I knew that I was gonna have to live for them. And in those five years, it was that one thought that kept me going."

"Your Honor, we move to vitiate the death-in-absentia filed after Naruto's disappearance at sea aboard the Queen's Gambit five years ago." Oliver's lawyer stood up when Naruto had finished speaking. Looking back, the blond saw the sad look his family sent him, and that Thea wiped away a tear. "Unfortunately, we will not be requesting that the declaration of death filed for the petitioner's father and brother, Robert and Oliver Queen, be rescinded. The Queen family is only entitled to one miracle, I'm afraid."

"Now, onto the offices. Everyone is waiting to meet you there." Moira declared as they went down the stairs toward the exit.

"Uh, Mom, that was, uh...a little bit heavier than I was expecting it to be. " Naruto declared, still a little troubled by the memories of his time on the island. "Can we do that tomorrow? Please? "

"Of course, darling." The Queen matriarch replied, receiving a thank you from her son. Kissing him on the cheek, she and Walter left, leaving Naruto, Thea and Tommy.

"When you came back, you were dying to go to the company." Thea commented, and Tommy agreed.

"I didn't have my head in place, Speedy." Naruto said finally reaching the foot of the stairs, where he bumped into Laurel. "Hi."

"Naru, hi." She hugged him, and after greeting Thea and Tommy, asked, "What brings you here? Let me guess, back to the world of the living?"

"Exactly. What are you doing here? Let me guess, your job?" The blond said, and they both laughed. Thea rolled her eyes watching the scene, while Tommy kept quiet. This "Let me guess" thing was a silly joke they've been making, since they were kids, a kind of inside joke. None of them remembered when it had begun, but to them, it never lost its fun.

"Actually, it's the prosecutor's job." Johanna commented, she who was next to Laurel and a young blonde.

"Hi, Jo." The blonde greeted, having been introduced to each other a few days ago. She was Laurel's best friend at college, and also a partner at CNRI. The other girl he didn't know, so he introduced himself. "Hi, Naruto Queen."

"Emily Nocenti." She introduced herself in a simple way.

"Naruto has been my friend since we were child, and recently returned after being on an island for five years." Laurel explained to the young woman and, looking at the clock, found that it was time to leave. "Sorry I can't stay and talk to you anymore, we're in a bit of a hurry. But we'll talk later?"

She came out saying goodbye to the blonde with a kiss on his face. She was a lot more caring since they both got it right.

"Apparently five years on an island wasn't enough to separate the two of you." Thea declared sarcastically, causing Naruto to smile, while Tommy still remained silent.

"Oh, that's cute. You're still jealous of both of us. Don't worry, sis. This big brother still loves you." Naruto said in an overly affectionate voice as he wrapped her in a big hug, causing the young woman to turn her eyes to her brother's antics, and insist on being released.

Laughing, the blonde put her down, and the three of them left the courtroom. There at the entrance Martin Somers, was interviewed by several reporters, claimed not to know what he had done to be prosecuted by Laurel, and that he was an honest businessman. When he left, the reporters saw Naruto and again went after him trying to get answers about the island.

"Cynical bastard." The now oldest Queen son growled mentally.

Quickly getting into the car with his little sister, Naruto saw that Dig was still outside and threatened a reporter. With a Machiavellian smile at his face, the blonde once again saw the opportunity to play with his bodyguard. Giving the order to his driver, the car quickly tore up, causing Diggle to fall behind, and Naruto and Thea to laugh.

"This happens to you a lot, doesn't it?" Tommy asked the bodyguard, who watched in disbelief as the car went missing on the avenue.

Glades - Hood Hideout.

Naruto, all sweaty, fervently climbed the rope hanging from the ceiling of his hideout. After leaving his sister at home, the blonde decided to start training, so that in the night, the vigilante could hunt down his target.

Martin Somers. Laurel's targeted the worst of Starling City, so it's no surprise his name is on my father's list.

The heir Queen now trained using two short swords, one in each hand. He moved between several iron bars, hitting them with the blades. The training Slade had taught him.

The city's police and the D.A. can't stop him, or won't. Laurel thinks she's the only one willing to bring him to justice. She's wrong.

"You, listen up!" Martin Somers, apparently quite angry, shouted at his doormats. "The longer this goes on, the more likely the media is gonna crucify me. You shut this trial down, do you understand me?"

He had barely finished his sentence when the lights went out. Several high-pitched noises were heard, followed by the sound of people in pain. When the lights came on again, all his guards were lying on the ground.

"What is this...?" He thought before losing consciousness.

As he woke up, Somers was able to see the figure in front of him. All green and hooded, the blood-red eyes of Starling's newest vigilante stared angrily at him.

When Martin heard the rumors of a man in a green hoodie who was attacking the rich, armed with only a bow and arrow, he scoffed. Who in their right mind would fear a crazy robin hood costume?

He couldn't be more wrong. The figure of the man in front of him, who he now perceived to be upside down, was terrifying. The hood prevented the sight of the face, leaving the sight only those dark eyes.

"Martin Somers, you've failed this city." The vigilante's demonic voice reached his ears, causing Somers to cringe, frightened. An arrow passed close to his face, going through his tux. He knew what that was. A warning. Next time, the hooded guy probably wouldn't miss. "You will confess to killing Victor Nocenti. I'm not going to give a second warning."

The archer shot another arrow, but it grazed the corrupt rich man in the face, causing him to scream in pain and close his eyes through the pain. When he opened them again, the hooded demon was gone.

Queen Mansion

"I hired you to protect my son." Moira severely told Diggle as he walked from side to side, evidencing her nervousness at not knowing where her son was. "Now, I'm not a professional bodyguard, but it seems to me that the first requirement would be managing to stay next to the man you're hired to protect. "

"With all due respect, ma'am. I never had a client who didn't want my protection." Dig revealed, still frustrated by the disappearances of the Queen heir. If this was some kind of joke for the blond, the bodyguard wasn't finding it funny.

"I hired you. That makes me your client." She declared it in a rather severe way. "Now where do you think my son is going on these chaperone-less excursions?"

"Ma'am, I truly do not know." Sighed Diggle. Being a rich young man's bodyguard was becoming too tiring for him.

"And he truly doesn't." Naruto said with a big grin, entering the room, with a bag in his hand. Dig stared at him, causing his smile to grow. Irritating his new bodyguard was becoming fun.

"Then perhaps you'd like to share with me, you know, where it is you run off to." Moira said frustrated. Before the Gambit, she knew everything that was going on in her son's head. But now that he had returned, she could not.

"Of course. I went to meet an old friend from college." The blond answered, sitting on the couch. It was a blatant lie, but that was the best he could think of for now. It wasn't like he could tell them that he spent his night jumping between buildings while wearing a green hoodie.

"I get it. So, the next time you meet your friend, take Mr. Diggle." Moira asked, staring at her son's blue eyes. "It's not safe, you've already been kidnapped once. There's a hooded psychopath out there attacking the richest. I've already lost you once, and I'm not going to lose you again."

"All right, I'll be right back. I'm sorry, Mom." Naruto sighed, wistfully. He knew that carrying out his "mission" would not be easy, but seeing his worried mother made him sad. "I promise you next time, Dig will go with me."

Moira took a deep breath and thanked him, leaving the room. John looked at Naruto, and the blonde apologized:

"Sorry to give you so much grief. I have a habit of playing pranks on people sometimes." He declared, smiling blandly.

"I served three tours in Afghanistan, Mr. Queen. You don't even come close to my definition of 'grief'." Dig stood in front of his blond and stared at him. "But I tell you what... You ditch me one more time, no one will have to fire me."

And then he left, causing Naruto to massage his pore. He hoped he wouldn't have to use "that technique", but until his club was ready to provide him with an alibi, the young millionaire would have to be in two places at the same time.

His attention was diverted from his thoughts to Thea, who arrived in the room wearing an orange dress.

"Where are you going?" He asked, even though he knew the answer. His sister was very well groomed, it was obvious that she was going to leave. Well, this was what she thought, because Naruto Queen had an infallible weapons that would thwart Thea's plans in the blink of an eye.

"Somewhere loud and smoky." She answered smiling, crossing her arms. "And don't bother trying to stop any drug dealer, because I'm gonna go get drunk instead."

"Too bad, I had some plans for both of us today." He revealed it, ignoring the part where she said about getting drunk, and showed her the bag he brought with him. Thea took the bag, curious and opened it. Inside were several films he had lost in the last five years, and a lot of various candies, including her favorite.

"Trying to buy me with candies and movies? That's low, even for you." She replied by returning the bag to him, and leaving the room. However, instead of heading towards the door she went to the stairs.

"Where are you going?" The blond asked, with a fake expression of confusion.

"Change in my pajamas." Thea said simply, causing Naruto to do a victorious smile.

Queen Enterprises

"As you can see, Naruto, we've modernized quite a bit." Walter said as the Queen family, and the bodyguard, left the elevator, causing Naruto to give an impressed whistle.

Following his new stepfather and mother around the building, he said Hello to two female employees, who smiled and winked at him.

"Are you enjoying yourself?" Moira asked with a small laugh.

"Yes, I am." The blond smiled as he entered Walter's office, Diggle stopping at the door to watch them. Everything seemed like the last time he and Oliver was there, except for some furniture that seemed to be upgraded.

"I remember when your father used to bring you and Oliver here when you were just boys. Oliver was always excited and you so calm, observing your father doing his job." Walter commented, leaving his briefcase in an armchair.

"I wanted to learn everything that I can, so one day I could assume Queen Consolidated." Naruto said, while enjoying the view of Starling City, through the window.

"Queen Consolidated's success of late is a result of its targeted diversification. We have been making impressive inroads in cutting-edge fields like bio-tech and clean energy." Walter reveled to his stepson, who was still admiring the view.

"Impressive. You had done an excellent job, Walter." Naruto praised, and Walter thanked. The young man then turned his attention to the secretary outside the office and asked. "Excuse me, Can I get some cold water, please?"

"Sweetheart, Walter and I have something to discuss with you. Come, please sit." Moira asked to her son, who promptly attend the request.

"The company's about to break ground on a new site for the Applied Sciences division, and we would like to honor your father by dedicating the building in his name." Walter explained, making the blond nod in approval.

"I think it's a wonderful idea." The blond answered, very happy. Robert was a man with a lot of sins, but he was a great father and died so Naruto and Oliver could live.

"And we'd like to make an announcement at the dedication that you will be taking a leadership position in the company." Moira announced, causing Naruto sigh and scratch his head.

"Look, Mom. You know it was always been my dream to become the CEO of this company." The Heir Queen said, causing his mother and Walter to look at him. "However, I just returned and I don't feel prepared to take the lead of a multibillion-dollar company. In fact, I have other plans and I want you two to hear that.

"And what kind of plans would be?" Moira asked, curious. She was very surprised by Naruto denying the leadership of Queen Consolidated. As he said himself before, it has always been his dream. That island sure had made some changes at him.

"I want to open a nightclub." The blonde responded in a simply way, revealing for the first time to his family, his new goal. "And most importantly, I want to open a free medical clinic, a recreation center, and a homeless shelter on Glades."

Naruto's plan caused Moira and Walter to look at him, very surprised. It wasn't a bad idea, it was amazing by the way. But why would he do that? What he could win about this? While both of them was thinking about, Dig didn't seem surprised at all. The prodigal son returns and tries to save home, it was not something so unusual.

"That's a good plan, honey. But I confess I am curious to know your reasons to want do that." Moira confessed, while still astonished.

"Ever since I return, I've observed that people on Glades are abandoned." Naruto explained seriously, his arms crossed over his chest. "A lot of them don't have a place, food to eat, or jobs to support their families. Because of this, they make bad choices and thanks to It, they commit crimes."

Observing that his mother, stepfather and even Dig was listening him, Naruto continued his speech:

"I want to show those people that they haven't be forgotten. I want to give them more than just one way to live. I want to offer them choices they're not used to gain."

The three adults in the room were commoved by the young Billionaire's speech. Never in life, had they listened such a passionate speech. Even the secretary, who arrived with a jar of water on a tray, was amazed.

Thanking the girl, the blonde served himself, and then faced his mother and stepfather.

"So, what do you think? Managing those projects would also give me some experience to take the leadership of company one day." Complemented Naruto.

"I loved it!" Declared Moira, giving a proud smile to her son. It was a great and impressive idea, and she would do everything to support it. It didn't matter for her If "that person" wouldn't be happy about.

"I must say that I'm impressed, Naruto." Walter praised, causing his stepson to smile. "Queen Consolidated will provide everything you need to your projects. We can start arranging it immediately if you want. Do you have any urgent demand that we need to know?"

"Thank you, Walter. And yes, I have some demands." Naruto replied, glad by the fact of his ideas were approved. "I want to honor Oliver giving his name to the clinic. And also, I have someone in mind to manage it, beside me."

"Oh! And who would that person be?" Moira asked curious but never get an answer, besides a smile from her son.

"So, what do you think about it?" Asked Naruto on the cellphone, a smile crossing his face. Talking to "her" again, after those years made him extremely happy. "It would take a while to get everything in order. A lot of bureaucracy, you know…"

"Well, that's an ambitious project, even for you. But I would be a fool if I recuse." She answered with a laugh. "Work in a medical clinic in Starling City, for Naruto Queen in person? That guarantees me a great dental plan. "

The blonde laughed at his friend's jokes, and then went on to say:

"If you want, I can assure your travel immediately. So you could adapt to the city before the work begun." Yes, he was very excited about his new projects for the Glades.

"Easy there, Whiskers." The girl answered, laughing at the young Queen's fright. "I have a lot of things to solve before. We don't live exactly next to each other, you remember? As soon as I've fixed everything here, I'll let you know."

"All right, take care of it as soon as possible. I'll be waiting for your call. See you later." They both said goodbye, and then Naruto turned off his cell phone, sighing happily.

"It's an interesting project, sir." Diggle commented, beside him, both sitting in the back seat of the car, waiting for the driver to arrive. "So many noble ideas, when had you return from exile less than a week ago? Maybe after five years alone, you're not as messed up in the head as you have every right to be."

Diggle's words were a trigger for certain memories to return.

Flashback ON

The noise of the seagulls was loud. They surrounded the life raft, trapped in the sand of the beach.

"Hey, get away! "Oliver cried, running towards the dinghy, in order to scare away the birds. It surrounded the body of Robert Queen, who had his head covered by a life jacket.

By the time he got close, the smell hit Oliver's nose, causing him to fall to his knees, nauseous.

"Oliver. He can't stay like this. We have to bury him." Naruto said, woken up a little ago by his brother's screams. This was the first time they had spoken with each other in days, since they arrived on the island. As soon as the raft washed onto the shore, both began to work, with Oliver setting up a small shelter and Naruto looking for water and food.

The traumatic situations that both Queen heirs had experienced in last days had left them in shock. Sara had died in front of they. Their father had killed a man, and then killed himself. All those fact caused them to not talk, just try to survive.

Tired of seeing his brother throwing up, Naruto decided to do this by himself. Lifting Robert's body over his shoulder, Naruto called Oliver. As long that body still there, neither of them could think straight.

Flashback OFF

Mansion Queen - Naruto's Room

"Attorney for shipping magnate, Martin Somers has confirmed his client has no intention of testifying, maintaining his innocence in the wrongful death of Victor Nocenti. Nocenti's body was found four weeks ago. We'll keep you updated as more information becomes available." The newscaster announced as Naruto was watching. With his short off, all his scars were showing.

"Wait, how did you get those?" Thea's voice was heard next to the door, and she hurriedly ran near to her brother.

"Don't I taught you about knocking before entering?" The blond questioned, a little frustrated. He didn't want Thea to see his scars.

"No, wait a minute." She said, opening his shirt quickly. In normal situations, the young woman would have blushed at seeing her brother's defined muscles, but she was very shocked about the scars over his chest, back and arms. "Mom said you didn't have any scars."

"I asked her to lie, Thea." The blond sighed. He was very stupid thinking that Thea wouldn't find out about all the physical marks he had earned in the last five years. "I didn't want you to become worried."

"What happened to you there, Naru?" Thea asked him, still astonished. "Ever since you came back, you've been different. You try to act as if everything is okay, but I know you. You're not okay."

Naruto sighed deeply. He didn't want to lie, especially to his little sister. But for now, he couldn't tell the truth to anyone.

"Look, sis. I swear I'll tell you someday, but I'm not ready yet. It has been five rough years, and still very difficult to talk about it. "He said, hoping it would buy him some time. He really wasn't ready to talk to his sister about what happened in the island or about his nocturnal activities.

"Do you have a second?" She asked, getting a curious sight of the blond, who nodded.

Queen's Mansion Graves

"Sometimes, when I felt... Whatever... I'd come here." Thea reveled, showing his brother the three gravestones on the lawn. "About a month after the funerals, Mom stopped going out. Pretty soon, she stopped talking altogether. The house got so quiet, so I'd come here. To talk to you. "

Naruto observed his gravestone. It was in the middle of Robert and Oliver's, and it caused strangeness in him. He was alive, and the real graves of his father and brother were in Lian Yu, which no one else knew.

Thinking about it, was very sad. He knew where the bodies were, but his family had to pay their respect to some empty coffins.

Seeing his grief face of her brother, Thea continued:

"I mean, stupid stuff. How was had my day, the friendships I had made." Her said, a tear rolling down her face. "But sometimes, I'd ask you, beg you, to find your way home to me. I was thinking how would be if you never had been on that boat, how you'd help me and Mom get through this difficult time. Everything you'd say to comfort me."

Naruto pulled Thea for a hug and so kissed her forehead. Yeh, it was terrible for her to lose Oliver and her father, but losing Naruto destroyed her. She and the blonde were always inseparable, and she lost him just because a little fight that he had with Laurel.

"I'm sorry, Speedy." Apologize Naruto, still hugging her. "I can't imagine how difficulty was to you and Mom."

"I'm not telling this to make you guilty." She said, drying her tears. "I'm glad you're back. And even though you're not like you was before, I know you're trying for me and Mom, and I love you for it. But Naru, you can't keep hiding your bad feelings deep in you. "

Seeing that her brother was looking at her, she continued:

"You don't have to hide your pain to protect Mom and me." Thea said. "Start opening up. That's the only way you're going to feel better. You gotta let me in. You gotta let someone in."

"It's so strange…" Naruto said after a few minutes in silence hugging his sister. She looked at him curious. "My baby sister giving me life advices. The world is not the same that it was.

Thea punched him in the arm, giving him a little smile. The blonde kissed her forehead again, causing her to blush.

"Thank you." He said. "I love you."

"I love you too." Thea answered. She hadn't felt relaxed in a long time.

Laurel's Apartment

It's was already late night when Laurel heard a knock on her door, making a feeling of suspicious grow in her. Earlier in that day, her father was at CNRI and placed a police escort on her, Jo and Emily, due to the dangerous course that Nocenti's investigation was going. And Somers being attacked by the vigilante had only made things worse.

Slowly she got up and went toward the door. She was still in her pajamas and she thanked God for her fox slippers muffling the sound of her footsteps. Carefully she looked into the peephole, and when she saw who it was, opened the door.

"Hey, how's it going?" Greeted Naruto, so he saw what she was wearing. It was a white pyjamas, full of fox designs on his logo, and matching fox slippers. It was the pajamas he had given her years ago. "Oh, God! Do you still have it?"

She laughed, giving some space to him enter in her apartment.

"It's not like I'm not happy to see you…" Said Laurel closing the door behind her. "But why are you here so late?"

"Well, after my baby sister gave me a life advice, I thought I needed someone's help." The blond answered, observing her apartment and recognizing that nothing had changed. "Wow. This place hasn't changed in five years."

"I haven't really had time to redecorate." She answered sitting next to him, and noting that the blonde had a bag in hands. "What's in the bag?"

"Well, I wanted someone to listen to me and give me advice." He said with a little laugh and taking a pot of ice cream out of the bag. "So I thought we could have ice cream in the meantime, like the old days."

Laurel smiled at him, and then went to the kitchen to pick up the spoons. Both sitting on each other's side, having ice cream together, it was just like the old days. Their proximity was great, making it seem that the last five years that Naruto was not present hadn't ever exist.

Their closeness reminded Laurel of the fight they both had before the blonde went away, and then she realized that they hadn't really talked about it yet. She wondered if she should talk about that now, or just leave things as they were. Deciding that it was not the best time to talk about, she asked:

"So, what happened?" Laurel questioned, while degusting her ice cream. "Did you and Thea fight?"

"No, no. It's the opposite, actually." He denied and Laurel wasn't surprised. Naruto and Thea fighting was very impossible, the two brothers were extremely close. "She said I should stop trying to protect her and mom about what happened to me on that island."

"She's not wrong." Revealed Laurel, placing the bowl in which she had ice cream a little on the coffee table. "But we understand that it can be difficult for you, so why don't you start opening up with simpler things?"

"All right." Said the blond, who had also finished his ice cream. "You know, ever since I got back, I've been watching how terrible this city had been treating Glade's residents. Therefore, I decided to create a free medical clinic and a homeless shelter to help those people.

Laurel was surprised to discover her best friend's new plans. She had known Naruto for many years, and the blonde was too far from a spoiled rich man. But this whole medical clinic and homeless shelter thing, she never would have thought of him as the manager of all this.

"That's amazing, Naru." She said impressed, causing him to smile slightly. "You have no idea how beneficial this kind of project is. With CNRI I've helped so many people who couldn't afford a lawyer."

"Yes, I heard. I researched about CNRI this morning." Revealed the blond, still smiling. "You and Jo have done an incredible job."

"Have you researched about CNRI? Why?" She asked curiously, with a slight blush on her cheeks for being complimented.

"Because I'm going to ask Walter for the Queen Corporation to invest at it, making it possible for you to help even more people." Responded Naruto making her look at him in amazeable. But before she could say anything, the boy asked, "Did you hear that?"

"What?" Asked Laurel, while looking around.

"There's someone on the fire escape." He answered after a few seconds, picking up a butter knife, on top of the coffee table and getting up. Upon hearing the sound of the nearest steps, Naruto grabbed Laurel by the arm, pulling her into the lobby.

The door of the house was broke suddenly, and a man in black entered the house. Behind him, was a beautiful woman with white hair and tight leather clothing, who was showing her hot body.

In order to protect Laurel, the blonde took her to her room. But it was also ineffective when another man in black came through the bedroom window, holding a machine gun.

Returning from the same path that they had gone, Naruto and his friend narrowly escaped the shots, but another problem was just ahead of them. The white-haired woman was standing there, with two karambit knives in her hands. There was no doubt for him, it was Chien Na Wei, current leader of the Chinese Triad.

There was just one though at Naruto's head: "Shit!"

Chien smiled when she noticed that Naruto and Laurel were surrounded. But her smile gone, when she recognized him.

Soon as one of his henchmen was going to shoot them both, Diggle, who quickly entered the apartment, shot him in the back. Chien promptly got out of the way and the second member of Triad, did not have time to react as Dig shoot him too.

Chien attacked Dig, disarming him. Both began exchanging blows, but in disarmed combat, the bodyguard had no chance. He was quickly knocked down, and the white-haired woman immobilized him, preparing to pierce him with her blade.

Unfortunately for her, Naruto was attentive. He threw the butter knife he had picked up, hitting her in the killer's hand, causing the karambit to fly from her hand. Being unarmed, Chien gave a last look to Naruto, so quickly ran out of the house through a window.

Laurel ran into the arms of her blonde friend.

"Are you hurt? Are you hurt, Mr. Queen?" Diggle asked, his adrenaline still high because the fight. Naruto denied it. "That's why it's good idea to have a bodyguard."

He promptly withdrew from the house in order to see if there were any more threats. Holding Laurel's face, which trembled, the blond asked:

"Are you okay?" He questioned and she confirmed, hugging him stronger.

The bodies were already being removed from the apartment when Quentin Lance, went under the stab.

"Daddy!" Laurel called, running to hug him.

"Oh, Thank God. Thank God. Are you all right?" Lance asked and she confirmed it, so ask about the cops that were supposed to protect her.

"I went outside to ask for a light, and they were both dead in the squad car. " Diggle revealed with some regret.

"It's all right, darling." The detective said trying to relax her, and then turned to Dig and shook his hand. "Mr. Diggle, thank you. Feel free to run as many red lights in the city as you want."

"I was just doing my job, sir." Dig answered quietly

"No, your job is protecting him." Quentin said pointing to Naruto, and then face him: "It seems like whenever you or your brother were with one of my daughters, people die. You stay away from Laurel, or I swear the next time you disappear, it will be permanent."

"Daddy!" Laurel was exalted. Her father could be suffering whatever it is, but she would not tolerate him to blame Naruto.

"With all respect, Mr. Lance." Naruto said seriously. "The decision to make me stay away is not yours, but Laurel's. As long she wants me around, I will stay."

Quentin would answer, but Laurel's gaze made him stop. Taking a deep breath, he gave Naruto one last look before retiring.

Queen Mansion

"I'd say thank you, but I don't think that would be enough." Naruto told Diggle, extending an ice pack to the man, who promptly put her in the injured hand. "I'm glad my mother forced me to take you everywhere."

"As I told your cop friend, I was just doing my job." Dig showed himself, while squeezing the compress, in order to relieve the pain. "Besides, I'm the one who should thank you."

"What for?" The blonde questioned.

"The knife." Diggle replied, causing the blond to claim that it was just luck. "That was a kitchen knife. It wasn't even weighted properly, yet you threw it with accuracy across a 10-foot room."

"Exactly. Like I said, I just got lucky." Naruto replied while smiling, hoping that his bodyguard would accept the explanation and forget about it. But unfortunately for the boy, Diggle didn't forget.

"I'm not the kind of man you want to take for a fool, Mr. Queen. You understand me?" He said, staring his client. "And I think I'm just beginning to understand the kind of man you are."

"At moment Dig, I'm just a tired man." Naruto argued, saying goodnight.

"Good night, sir." The bodyguard responded, watching the figure of Naruto Queen disappearing.

Hood's Warehouse - Glades

I wanted to give Martin Somers the chance to confess and face a court's justice, but he chose to go after someone I care about instead.

He's still going to face justice. It'll just be a different kind.

Closing the outfit, Naruto promptly put the hood and his eyes turned red.

Starling City Docks – Somers's Office

"Triad bitch screwed up the hit on Lance." A flustered Martin declared to his security guard, while putting money on a suitcase. "Now, the Triad is gonna erase every ounce of evidence of their smuggling operation, including me. Except that's not gonna happen. Tell Wallace to get the boat ready. I'm leaving tonight."

"Wallace? Wallace, you copy? Wallace?" The security asked through the radio, but only a wheezing was heard, until a voice was present.

"Wallace isn't here. But I am." The demonic voice caused both men in the office to tremble with fear. It was the vigilante.

"We have to move now. Move!" Somers exclaimed, totally frightened.

"Sir, we've got six men up there." The security guard said, though he wasn't confident in their ability.

"It's not enough. Move!" Somers claimed, leaving with both men behind him.

The shooting noises echoed in the dark night, when it was ceased. One of the men who shot with a machine gun fell to the ground with an arrow in his chest. Courtesy of the vigilante.

The green suit camouflaged as he ran down the stairs, shooting his arrows at any security he saw, without missing once. The only evidence that there was anyone there was the arrows tossed and the blood-red eyes.

Looking down, he found Somers, who ran into a different warehouse.

"Somers." The vigilante growled, immediately beginning to pursue the man.

Inside, countless boxes met randomly, and Martin thought he was finally safe. Fact that proved wrong, when an arrow trapped him in a wooden crate by his jacket.

"Oh, my God!" The corrupt businessman yelled, fearing for his life, as soon he saw the hooded man move forward. The red eyes with a slit in place of the iris staring at him.

"He won't help you!" The hooded man declared in a bestial way, shooting another arrow. "Tell me the truth about the murder of Victor Nocenti. Who ordered the Triad to kill him?"

"Me. It was me!" Somers confessed. "Nocenti said he was going to testify against me, so I hired the Triad to kill him."

In normal situations he wouldn't admit guilt so quickly, but the man in front of him was far scarier than he thought it was when he heard the rumors about the vigilante. Martin knew that if he didn't confess soon, things would be bad for him.

But then the hooded man felt a presence behind him, and quickly turned. China White was standing there.

"Move away from him." She said in Chinese and, to her surprise, received the answer in her native language.

"Make me." The vigilante said, causing her to attack him.

Taking quick blows with his karambit knife, China White thought she had an advantage in combat, as the vigilante only deflected and defended the blows, using his bow. It was a mistake.

Defending a high kick from her, the hooded man gave her a low, causing her to fall to the ground.

"This is the police. Drop your weapons." The voice of a policeofficer being increased by the megaphone came to hear from both, causing a run to each side.

Climbing through the containers, the archer managed to circumvent the police, one of them being the exception.

"Freeze!" Lance ordered, with a pistol pointing at the vigilante. "You twitch and you're dead. Bow down, hands up."

The hooded, instead of doing what was told, threw one of the bolts that was in one of his arms, ripping the pistol out of the detective's hands and trapping it in a nearby container. When Quentin looked again the place where the archer was, was gone.

Approaching the container to retrieve his weapon, he noticed that a small device was charging her, flashing a green light. When he touched it, the recording of Somers' confession began to play, causing the Detective to sigh.

"You son of a bitch."

The other day - Queen Enterprises

Several people were gathered in front of the podium of the new Division of Applied Sciences of Queen Industrialists, waiting for it to be inaugurated.

Naruto was standing next to Moira and Thea, the three waiting for Walter to arrive. Meanwhile, in the crowd, Tommy and Laurel were talking.

The wait did not take long, Walter had arrived.

"Good afternoon. And thank you all for coming. Welcome to the future site of the Robert Queen Memorial Applied Sciences Center." He announced, causing people there to applaud. "Now, this is a building that will stand as a monument to the man whose company and vision are his greatest legacies. And who is better to talk about this man's legacy than his own son: Naruto Queen."

The blond stood up amid the applause, and shook Walter's hand on the podium.

"Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. As Walter said, welcome." He greeted him, receiving more applause. "My father Robert was a devoted man, to both his company and his family."

Everyone listened intently to Naruto's speech, and theorized what would happen. Many expected the blonde to announce that he would be taking over the company from now on, because it was the most logical thing.

Seeing that he had the attention, he continued:

"But he wasn't perfect. Like all of us, he had his faults. Every day when he woke up, he was in danger of commit mistakes in anything he did. But he always sought to learn from that, he sought to correct that, and that is why I am proud to say that I am his son." Another round of applause was heard, this being a little more enthusiastic. "I know everyone is here today, hoping I'll take my rightly stake in my family's company. But the truth is that's not going to happen."

Whispers were heard, but the blonde raise his hand asking them to calm down.

"Please wait until I finish talking. What I meant is that I will not take over this company today because I just got back and I don't feel ready." Naruto said as soon as everyone calmed down. "However, I would like to take this moment to announce that I will be founding several relief projects in the Glades, such as a free medical clinic that will take my brother's name, a homeless shelter that will receive and care for people who do not have a home, and a recreative center.

Sighs and exclamations of surprise were heard all over the place after this statement, but the young man was not yet finished.

"To all the residents of the Glades, who think they have been forgotten by the rich of this city, I declare that you are wrong. I will do my best to help you and the bad reputation that your neighborhood has will end soon. I can assure you. Thank you all and have a nice afternoon. "

Walter and Moira pulled a round of applause, which was promptly magnified by the spectators, although many were still somewhat stunned by the statements made there. And amid the applause, commentary, whispers and curious glances, Naruto Queen withdrew from the scene.

Mansion Queen - Naruto's Room

Sitting in his chair with his father's notebook in hand, Naruto scratched Martin Somers' name satisfied. The man was arrested the night before by Detective Lance.

Flashback ON

When he had finally managed to take his father's body to a place where he could finally bury it, Naruto sit on the floor. Watching Oliver straighten his father's legs, the blond saw a small notebook in the corpse's pocket and pulled him out.

Opening, he found that all the leaves were blank, and that there was a strange symbol on the cover.

"How are we going to bury him?" Oliver asked, in a melancholy voice.

Looking around, Naruto observed a handful of stones piled up there, with various sizes.

Queen Mansion - Tombs of Robert and Oliver

Naruto was kneeling, staring at his father's grave. Behind him, keeping his distance, two workers waited for heir Queen to show respect to his father and brother so they could tear down one of the tombstones.

"Hey, Dad. Hey, Oliver." The blond said, a sad expression on his face. "My return home has not been easy, but I have made a promise to both of you. And I never break my promises. I'm going to correct your mistakes, Dad. I'm going to save this town. And as for you Ollie, don't worry. I will take care of our family."

Rising, Naruto signaled to the men behind him to demolish his grave. Diggle, who was standing in front of the car waiting for him, asked:

"Will you be going tonight, sir?"

"Definitely." Naruto replied, a decided look on his face.

Flashback ON

"Ithink it's good." Naruto exclaimed, while placing the last stone on top of his father's body, which was now fully covered.

"What are we going to do now, Naruto?" Oliver asked, a lost look in his face. Now that their father was buried, they could both think more clearly. And they needed to know what they were going to do from then on.

"We will..." Naruto's sentence was interrupted by a whistle and impact noise. Then he realized that his shoulder hurt a lot, and that something was protruding out of him. Looking back, a figure in a green hoodie watched them.

"Naruto!" Oliver yelled when his brother fell, fainted by pain.
