"Wait, wait, wait, wait; you're telling me that you were or rather are the overseer of the Grail Wars and you didn't step into thing until just now?" Shiro asked
"Yes, things seem so bad until Medea captured Jeanne" Strange said
"Who?" Shiro asked
"Caster caught Ruler, please keep up" Strange said
"And how long have you been in Fuyuki?" Shiro asked
"How long have you been blind?" Strange said
"Seriously, that long?"
"Yes, I took over from the previous overseer, the father of the local parish" Strange said right towards the end when I knew things weren't exactly on the...level I believe is the right term for it" Strange said
"Ugh, my head's starting to spin" Shiro said leaning over
"Can't have that now" Strange said straightening Shiro up and slapping his forehead, "There feel better?"
"A bit" Shiro said
"Good" Strange smiled before taking one of Shiro's hair and examining it "HEY!"
"Oh sorry I just need a hair from you" Strange said "Yep, okay no real magical damage well beside the blindness" he said before he smiled "Ah there's breakfast"
"Crazy old guy" Shiro said
"I may be a 'Crazy old guy' but I'm the 'Crazy old guy who saved your ass from Caster" Strange said Now I believe your friends are waking up" he said
'Who is this guy?' Shiro asked
Soon everyone was awake and around a large table filled with various breakfast foods from bacon and eggs, to miso soup and smoked salmon and bonito fillets even toast and crumpets
"So you're the overseer and the Sorcerer Supreme?" Rin asked
"What's so important about the rank of Sorcerer Supreme?" Ayako asked
"They're considered to be the best magic users in the multiverse" Illya said eating some egg, only to have Shiro clean off her cheeks
"The Multiverse, I thought that was only a theory or completely science fiction" Issei said
"It is real, and we are one of the many worlds in of it, think of it as a spider's web and each world is a drop of dew on that have gathered on the spider's thread, and each world is different from the others, while some may be similar to one another, they are still different" Strange said
"So did you see it?" Sakura said
"Yes, but it was too late" Strange said taking a piece of toast
"How late?" Rin asked
"She had just captured Berserker when I became aware of her plans, and I had been trying to9 stop her while also trying to strengthen the seal on the grail" Strange said
"Why?" Shinji asked
"Because there's something in there, isn't there?" Shiro asked "Something that is using the grail as a way to breach into our world" he said looking at Strange
"There is, but I don't know what or who it is, but its jamming me, making it so I can indentify it" Strange said
"So something's been screwing with the war for years?" Rin asked
"Possibly" Strange said "But I don't know how long it's been going on for. I'm curious Shiro, where did you learn about this?"
"In the Matou's 'training room' I was going there to rescue Sakura from the Matous when suddenly what I could only describe as a snake of slime that called itself Venom" Shiro said
"Venom, huh I was wondering where he'd gone" Strange said
"You know about him?" Sakura asked
"Yes, but he' snot a magical creature, but rather an Alien symbiote." Strange said frowning
"Wait this thing was in the worm pit, how did it survive?" Shinji asked
"It ate the crest worms, heck it was thanks to him that the worms were removed from Sakura's body"
"He did that?" Rin asked
"But how?" Sakura asked
"You don't want to know" Shiro said
"But a bigger question is how are we going to fight Caster and eight other servants, I mean it would take all of us just to try and even destroy Berserker" Issei said "Not that we should do that" he quickly added
"Don't worry that little problem will be fixed after breakfast" Strange said
"What?" they all asked
"Now that I have everything, my plan is coming into fruition" Caster said from her sanctuary inside the temple
"Problem is your don't know where it is" Archer said "After all Saber destroyed the grail in the previous war and it hasn't been seen since" he said
"That is true" Saber said
"Also The Matou patriarch had a fragment of it and placed it in his adopted granddaughter" Assassin said
"Sakura?" Rider asked
"So he was planning to turn the girl into a grail?" Ruler asked
"It appears so, that means the girl must be linked to the grail" Caster said
"If it wasn't removed with the crest worms in her body" Archer said
"What do you mean?" Rider asked
"Something removed it from her, but I don't know what" Archer said
"You seem to know things a lot of others don't" Caster said
"I am also clueless as to how I know these things when I am" Archer admitted to himself
After breakfast the teenagers followed Strange into a large cavern like room
"What is this place?" Shiro asked
"A special place, this is where I summoned Ruler to try and keep things under control" Strange said
"So how do we summon our new servants?" Rin asked
"Well first you must find out what classes which your servants will be from" Strange said as a circular chess board appeared with eight different chess pieces "Stand around the table please"
"Wait should we really be bringing these two into the grail war?" Shinji asked indicating Ayako and Issei
"They are already involved whether we like it or not" Strange said "Now circle around the table please" he asked as everyone stood around the table making it glow a golden colour, the eight figures on the table were pointing in before changing into different colours and spinning around until they faced each one of the teenagers
"So who has what?" Ayako asked as Strange took a moment to look at the pieces
"I'll tell you, Illya the berserker, Sakura the Rider, Rin the Archer, Shinji the Assassin, Issei the Caster, Ritsuka the Shielder, Ayako the Lancer and finally Shiro the Saber" Strange said
"Next we should use a catalyst to summon the heroes into this world" Rin said
"Agreed, and I have selected three for each class for you to pick from" Strange said as the cavernous room turned into one like that of a library with the chess table glowing blue "Select your catalyst and table it onto the table and I will help you summon them" he said
"Alright, Shiro you first" Illya said
"Why me?" Shiro asked
"Just do it" Rin said
"So what do I have to choose from?" Shiro asked
"The sash from the Saber of Minds, the sunglasses of the Saber of Blood and the helm of the Saber of Knighthood" Strange said as Shiro moved his hands over the items until he picked up the sash and handed it to Strange who nodded before placing it on the table making three rings appear spinning before it became a bright flash summoning a woman wearing a dark purple strapless dress with a butterfly design on the skirt and matching thigh high boots with a white 'X' on each boot and opera gloves
"Tell me, are you worthy of being my master?" the Saber asked
"I hope I am" Shiro said
"Very well" the Saber said "I accept you as my master" she said as a kindness radiated from her blue eyes
"Next one please" Strange said
"That would be me" Rin said
"Very well, step up and select your catalyst" Strange said as Rin looked at them all
"What are they?" Rin asked
"The armguard from the Archer of the Hawk, a totem from the archer of Empathy, and a bullet from the Archer of Punishment" Strange said making Rin looked at them before picking up the glove and place it on the table
"Here goes nothing" Rin said as the golden rings appeared spinning around the armguard before the flash happened making the Archer servant appear, he wore a black sleeveless top with a purple arrow pointing down, purple and silver shade, he had a chainmail sleeve and a two fingered glove on the opposing arm, he's outfit was finished by matching pants and combat
"Hello, I am the Archer you have selected as your servant, but tell me young one" the Archer said aiming at Rin "Do you think you're worthy to be my master?" he smirked
"What do you think" Rin replied
"Ooh, Plucky...I think we're going to get along well" the Archer said smirking
"Same here" Rin said "Sakura, your turn"
"Okay" Sakura said nervous
"Don't be nervous, step up and select your catalyst" Strange said as Sakura nodded slowly and looked at them
"The music from the Rider of the Stars, the chain from the Rider of Vengeance and the feather from the Rider of the Sky" Strange said making Sakura have her hand hover over the chain, but she was shaking from the sheer thought of having a servant powered vengeance, closing her eyes she was nervous when her hand moved over to the tape and she looked up
"This one" Sakura said placing it on the table causing the three rings to shoot up and spin generating a light before a flash appear
"Thanks I was looking for that" the Rider said as he adjusted his long red coat which sat over what appeared to be a royal blue uniform with a golden symbol on the chest taking the tape and putting in the player, "So I'm guessing you're my new master, sweet"
"Hello" Sakura said
"I think we're going to get along swell" the Rider said slapping her arm in a friendly matter making Shinji and Rin glare at the servant "Sorry about that"
"Don't be, it's okay" Sakura said
"Say, do you like music?" the Rider asked
"A little" Sakura said
"I think I'll take my shot next" Ayako said
"step up and select your catalyst, only know you will not be able to turn back" Strange said as Ayako walked up to the Lancer section
"I accept these terms" Ayako said
"The crescent from the Lancer of the Moon, the playing card from the Lancer of Thieves and necklace from the Lancer of Tides" Strange said
"Well then, let's stack the deck and see what cards are dealt" Ayako said picking up the playing card and flicking it onto the table spinning up the three rings enough that a flash was created summoning Ayako's servant
"Bonjour mi petit, are you worthy be my master, well Cherie?" the Lancer asked
"I think I am, I don't know I've never done this before" Ayako said
"Very well, Lancer and you are going to be getting famously Cherie" Lancer said showing the ace of hearts to Ayako who blush
"My turn" Illya said determined
"step up and select your catalyst" Strange said "But be warned these berserkers are not like the one you previously had"
"I understand" Illya nodded
"Saber, I want you to be ready in case anything happens" Shiro said gripping his cane
"Yes master" Saber said placing a hand on her blade
"A piece of the cape from the Berserker of Thunder, the blood of the Berserker of Rage and the mask from the Berserkers of Claws" Strange said nervously
"This one" Illya said picking up the cape and gingerly placing on the table making the three rings appear, only this time they gave off electricity before the flash happened creating thunder, revealing someone dressed as a Viking holding a hammer
"Tell me young one, did you summon me?" the Berserker said
"I did" Illya said standing her ground
"Interesting, I think you and I will be an good pair" he said getting down to her level and smiled ruffling her hair up
"Hey" Illya said before trying to neaten it up
"I guess it's my turn" Issei said
"Very well, step up and select your catalyst" Strange said
"Caster class huh, I hope they won't be like the other Caster" Issei said
"The headdress from the Caster of Scarlet, the crown from the Caster of Storm and the Dagger from the Caster of Mischief" Strange said
"I think this one will do" he said picking up the headdress and placed it on the table making the three rings appeared spinning to generate the flash summon the new Caster, who wore a red leather jacket, black leggings, red high heeled boots
"Tell me, are you my summoner?" the Caster asked
"I am" Issei said adjusting his glasses
"Very well" the Caster nodding slightly
"I'll go next" Ritsuka said as he walked up
"step up and select your catalyst" Strange said
"Okay, so I take it these are" Ritsuka said
"Yes, the shards from the shields from the Shielder of the North, the Shielder of Liberty and the Shielder of Mimicry" Strange said
"Okay let's try this one" he said picking up the red and black shard before placing it on the table making the three rings appear and start spinning before it flashed revealing the Shielder Ritsuka chose who wore a red uniform with the white outline of a star on his chest with two crossbelts underneath it, also wore a belt with several pouches on it
"Greeting comrade, tell me, are you worthy to be my master in this conflict?" he asked
"I am" Ritsuka said "I commanded another Shielder before"
"Wonderful, we must have drink soon" the Shielder said smiling before he walked over to Ritsuka
"And lucky last is me" Shinji said
"then by all means step up and select your catalyst" Strange said making Shinji look at the three selections for the Assassin class
"These look interesting indeed" Shinji said smiling
"The blade from the Assassin of Winter, the bandana of the Assassin of Red, and the mask of that assassin" Strange said
"Okay then" Shinji said picking up the mask
"I must warn you about that one" Strange said
"I think I'll be fine" Shinji said placing the mask on the table making the three rings for the last time before a bright flash happened
"Well shit, he placed me in this two bit Daredevil crossover fanfiction right at the end" the Assassin said
"I was worried about this" Strange groaned
"Oh don't worry Benny boy its part of my special thingamajig" the Assassin "Okay so you summoned me, good for you and the only reason you did summon me is because you were the only named character that was interacted with the main hero, I mean are you worthy to be my master"
"I think you answered that" Shinji said
"Glad to help" the Assassin said
"Now that all of the servants have been summoned, I suggest that you take some time to get to know them before we start the fight against Caster, or her real identity Medea" Strange said
"From the Greek myths?" Rin asked
"Yes" Strange said as he opened a portal up "I believe your guardian will be relieve that you'll be there when she arrived"
"What will you be doing?" Shiro asked
"I need to look into things' Strange said before he walked up the stairs as the teenagers and their servants made their way through the portal. Once the portal was closed Strange revealed an eye like amulet which started to emanate a green light making Strange see flashes of several images: Caster destroying the temple, the archers duelling in the city, Ritsuka's previous shielder wearing new armour while standing under the moonlight, two more servants showing up on the beach somewhere, Shiro holding a scabbard and finally a figure who looked like a mix of Daredevil and Rin's previous Archer standing in front of a shadow holding his weapons which was a double bladed staff before he saw a white haired woman wearing a set of lingerie that would be worn on one's wedding night
'Are you ready to play a game of servants?' a voice asked shocking Strange at who was that was
"Are you okay my master?" a new Ruler class servant said, one who resembled a human panther
"I'm fine, but I am nervous about the future" Strange said as he lined up to two sets of the servant figurines on a square chess board "And sadly it's her turn to move" Strange said

G'day Guys Grizz here so that was a thing and now there are two teams of servants with the second team of servants being a group of Marvel heroes as their servants while we did get a bit of an info dump from Dr Strange and the hints of the multiverse and something happening with Archer and hints about what is coming up
