Chapter 1 Homeless and Ex-Lovers.

The three brothers are standing still in shock. They haven't moved from the front garden of thirteen-twenty-nine Prescott Street. They had just been shunned by two of Phoebe's daughters P.J the eldest and Peyton the youngest. They had shielded the manor from the three with a powerful spell. While George was shocked, he was no way as near as shocked and hurt as Wyatt and Chris. The manor wasn't just a house that belonged to cousins. It was a house that was passed down through generations of Halliwell witches. It was the house, Piper raised the older the boys, it was the place the boy's spent their childhood in. Where they had birthdays parties, Thanksgiving and Christmas were held for all the family there. Wyatt and Chris' Wiccanings were performed in the attic by the infamous grams.

"Orb us in, Chris," Wyatt ordered.

"I don't think it's going to work," George said.

"I wasn't asking, I'm telling," Wyatt snapped.

"Snapping isn't going to help, just wait here," Chris sighed before attempting to orb into the attic, the Whitelighter-Witch is devoured in white and blue orbs of light. He ascends from the ground but is thrown back prevented on entering his former home.

"Whatever boundary, protection spell is strong, we'll need a spell or potion to break it," George says.

"We'll head back to the apartment, to work on a plan," Chris determined, he then orbed himself and his brothers back over to his and Bianca's trashed apartment.

It only took a few seconds for the boys to manifest in the trashed apartment. Bianca originally suggested that they used magic to repair most of the damages. But on further inspection, they found that the Dark Magic used was too strong. It would cost a fortune to repair what was destroyed.

"Back so soon," Bianca said.

"Yeah with not so much good news," George added. George would have liked to have sat down on the couch but all that remains of the couch is ash.

"What went wrong?" Bianca asks.

"P.J and Peyton have sealed the manor off from us," Chris answered grimly.

"THEY DID WHAT!" Bianca shouted.

"Shunned us basically for banishing the traitor," Wyatt replied.

"Did they let you speak at all?" Bianca asks.

"Not much they pretty much-declared war against us and closed the door right in front of us," Chris answers.

"They acted as if we vanquished her, she was corrupted what were we do? Tell her off and send her to her room without supper. We had to think fast, we didn't have a lot of options, we had to stop the Order from getting George and save Elijah who they wanted to use as a trading bargain," Wyatt says.

"All logic and common sense fly out of the window when it comes to siblings and loved ones," Bianca pointed out.

"By war do you think, they meant no invites to family outings, BBQs and holidays or we will crush using any means," George spoke-up, he hoped that P.J and Peyton were the overdramatic relatives, that quickly cooled down and came to their senses.

"Second is most likely," Wyatt responds.

"This place isn't exactly people friendly any more, they did more than trash the place, every piece of furniture has been destroyed, the glass in the windows have been smashed. Doors have been either broken into hundreds of different pieces or rendered to ash. We can't use any of basic appliances," Bianca brought up.

"Lovely, any magical hostels close around here," Chris says in an irritated tone.

"What about the Mitchells? Your cousins maybe they have room," George suggested.

"Nah, their house is a three bedroomed and tiny. The twins still have to share a room, they have been saving for the past few years to move to a bigger place beside, we don't where we stand with them," Chris replies, "They're your cousins to remember,"

"I'll let them decide if that is relevant, we have a war to fight," George says.

"Has Elijah's condition improved at all?" Wyatt questioned.

"Yeah, he left about half an hour after you guys, went to see the girls," Bianca answered.

"You let him leave!" Wyatt snapped.

"I wasn't about to keep some mortal hostage the danger's passed, he's entitled to go home," Bianca snapped back.

"Alright, if he lives outside San Francisco, he has to catch a bus, train or plane. We'll track him down," George said not particularly fond of the dynamic between Wyatt and Bianca.

"We'll cast a small spell at Magic School to find him and you can go to him. While we handle our current lack of home problem," Chris spoke up.

"We have to return what we borrowed anyway," Bianca says.

"Miss Bone won't be happy to see us again, especially after we froze her," George pointed out.

"She can go and get screwed beside, I have an idea that will really get under her skin," Chris replies.

The four soon left the destroyed apartment for Magic School through orbing. Once they arrived there in an empty classroom, they used a small locator spell to track Elijah down and then Chris orbed Wyatt over there with a flick of his fingers. Wyatt appeared in the place he least expected a closed down nightclub which was once owned by his late mother. But she sold it a few months prior to her death.

"Elijah," Wyatt said, his voice showing how hesitant and nervous he was. Wyatt could tell from the back of Elijah that the mortal was still wearing the clothes, he had been wearing when he was kidnapped. He could tell by how dirty the clothes are.

"I wasn't sure if you would come," Elijah replied slowly turning around to face Wyatt.

"I thought you would be at some train station, bus stop or airport," Wyatt confessed.

"Train station or bus stop, reasonable. But I don't think airports let people board a plane without a passport," Elijah responds, his voice cold.

"Fair, look I know things are a bit comp..." Wyatt starts.

"How long were we together?" Elijah asks.

"Seven years," Wyatt answered.

"Seven years, so seven birthdays, seven Thanksgivings, seven Easters, seven Christmases. Over a thousand days, we spent together vanished and I wake up in a new life," Elijah says, his voice low yet filled with anger.

"I know it must be difficult," Wyatt started to speak again.

"Do you Wyatt? Do you really because there are no words to describe how difficult this is. I have millions of different memories in my head of the past seven years. Millions with you, laughing and fighting with you. Going to your family events introducing you to my parents. And I have another million memories with a husband living as a bloody bank manager in some townhouse. Laughing, fighting and making love with him too. And my head is killing me fighting both sets of memories, it's like I've been asleep and I suddenly just wake up," Elijah interrupted his gaze never drifting from Wyatt.

"I did all of this because I love you," Wyatt says. Elijah just scoffed.

"You cast that spell because you love me! Wyatt if you love someone you don't cast that kind of spell against their will. You talk to them you discuss things, you communicate with them. That's what loved ones do," Elijah shouted.

"There wasn't time to talk, I had to make a split-second decision to save your life," Wyatt shouted back.

"YES MY LIFE! My life Wyatt Matthew Halliwell and no one gets to determine what I do with my life but me. You had no right to cast that spell, you didn't even talk to me about it. I never knew a spell-like that was possible," Elijah snaps.

"You were almost killed ten times. TEN TIMES, you were almost put six feet under, Elijah, call me selfish call me a coward but I would have rather you forgotten me, all that we had. Or hate me instead of loving me and being dead. As long as I had magic or I'm a Halliwell the demons and warlocks are never gonna stop, you would always be in danger," Wyatt snapped back. He never wanted to have this conversation, with Elijah.

"I married you because I knew the consequences, I didn't care that you are the Twice Blessed. Wait, what did you mean as long as you had magic? You told me that binding or stripping your powers was a big no?" Elijah asked.

"When I went to save you, I was tricked something happened, everything is fuzzy the point is I lost my powers for good and any magical gene/trait. I'm mortal forever," Wyatt answered.

"This is all too much, I have to get home to a husband, who must think that I've been kidnapped held hostage or have been murdered. When I get there I have to figure out if what I felt from him is true, if I actually do love him because right now I have no idea and it sucks," Elijah responds before walking around Wyatt over to the exit.
