Chapter 1

Everyone knows Ash Ketchum, the boy whose dream is to become a Pokemon Master with his Pikachu by his side. He has traveled around 7 regions, and he has a lot of travel companions by his side. Now let's go back to 5 years ago when the story begins.

It sure is a hard thing to say goodbye, Ash Ketchum knows that. But he still bids farewell to his travel companions, Brock and Misty as they are heading back to their respective gyms after the Johto League. He feels proud that he won the Johto League with the help of his Charizard and Pikachu, though Charizard has to go back to Charisific Valley to train.

Ash and Pikachu are walking on the road towards Pallet Town, until they hear someone crying, the two of them are both curious as they head towards the sound, then they see a blonde haired girl weeping at the tree, she is wearing a white dress and she has emerald eyes, Ash seems like he is falling in love with the girl, but he shakes out the feelings and asks, "Hey, are you okay?"

The girl then looks at him and she doesn't know why, she finds the boy attractive, Ash asks, "What are you doing in the woods?"

The girl says, "I am lost..." But as Pikachu is approaching her, she is jumped scared and Ash asks, "Are you afraid of Pokemon?"

The girl says, "Of course not! I like Pokemon, and I can touch them if I want to." But then she curls up and then says, "Even though I say that, I still can't do it...I don't know why...I really want to make friends and touch them...but I always fail..."

Ash nods and says, "I am sorry to hear that...um..."

"My name is Lillie. Lillie Aether." Lillie says.

"I am Ash, Ash Ketchum. And this is my partner Pikachu." Pikachu greets the girl and then they feel like the rain is coming. "This is not the place for us to stay longer since it is going to rain. Let's go."

Ash suddenly grabs Lillie as they run, Lillie is blushing at her actions as they find a cave and hide. But unknown to them, the cave they found also rested a Legendary Pokemon that has been injured in there. Arceus was there as she was being targeted by Team Rocket. She wanted to punish them, but with her injuries she can't do anything. Then she notices two people getting near as she decides to watch.

Ash asks, "How long can't you touch Pokemon?"

Lillie frowns, "I don't know...somehow I lost my memories. But I know that I was visiting my mother's office...and then I came out and I couldn't touch Pokemon if I want to..."

Ash says, "I see...it must be hard for you, right?" Lillie nods. Ash says, "My dream is to become a Pokemon Master. I want to be the very best like no one ever was. I want to be friends with every Pokemon as well."

Lillie giggles a little at how Ash is enthusiastic. Then she asks, "So Ash, from the looks of it, you must be a great trainer, right?"

Ash says, "I don't know if I get to the great, but I knew that I have traveled Kanto, Johto and Orange Island, with the Champions of the last two regions."

"That's amazing..." Lillie says. "I am not a trainer yet, so I am a little jealous."

"Don't worry, I am sure you will be one if you just don't give up until the very end." Ash says.

Lillie smiles at him and says, "Thank you... So can you tell us about the stories of your journey?"

Ash nods as he starts to tell her everything. But at the same time, Arceus is listening and she realizes that the boy is the Rainbow Hero as well as the Chosen one that listed in the Prophecy that calmed down the trio birds with Lugia. Not only that, she also recognizes the boy as the same one that saved her life from the silver water.

After a few hours of talking, Lillie is amazed at how Ash has been through, she says, "I am really jealous that you did a lot of things..."

"It is nothing to be jealous of. I am just doing what is right. As I said, Pokemon are friends, no matter strong or weak, they all play a part in this world." Ash says.

Just then, they suddenly feel a presence and then they decide to check it out from the cave, and then they find Arceus lying on the ground. Lillie gasps, "No way...it is Arceus..."

"Arceus?" Ash asks in confusion.

"I read it from the book, she is the one that creates the whole world, along with Mew, they are the creators of all Pokemon." Lillie says.

"No way...but she is injured." Ash says. "It is a good thing that I have some Full Restores and some Full Heals."

Then he starts to take care of Arceus. "Please be fine..." Ash says in a worry as he sprays the medicine on the Pokemon. Lillie wants to help out, but her fear of Pokemon causing her to stop.

After finishing healing, Ash can hear the Pokemon say, "Why?"

"Huh?" Ash is confused as the voice says, "Why did you want to heal me..."

Ash says, "Because you are a Pokemon as well, and I can't leave a Pokemon alone. Whether you are god or not."

Arceus smiles at the boy and then she slowly gets back up. She says, "Ash Ketchum...thank you for saving me."

Ash asks, "Wait, how did you know my name?"

Arceus chuckles a little and says, "We have met before. You may not remember, but in the future you would cross time to the past to save me. And I am really grateful for that."

"Wait, I cross time? What do you mean?" Ash asks.

"I can't tell you anything, or else the time will be in chaos." Arceus says. "I heard everything of your deeds and I have made up my mind."

Then she turns to Lillie, "Lillie Aether, right? I want you to stand in front of me."

Lillie nods as she does so, then Arceus glows white and Lillie also does the same, she starts to remember how she was almost being captured by an Ultra Beast and how an artificial Pokemon saved her from it. After she recovers, Arceus says, "Now Lillie, I made you embrace your fear, so you don't need to worry about it anymore."

Lillie looks at her hand and then she tries touching Pikachu, and then she did it. "I did it...I am not afraid anymore... Thank you, Arceus."

"It is a pleasure. As for you, Ash. After hearing how you helped Lugia and Celebi, as well as Latias and Latios, I have decided that I am going to travel with you."

"Wait, you want to be my Pokemon? How can I do it? You are a god and I am just a nobody whose dream is to become the Pokemon Master." Ash says.

"You don't need to worry, Ash." Arceus says, "I will help you and Lillie with the training to become the best, but in return, I want you to do me a favor."

This causes the two teens to look at each other, Ash asks, "What is it?"

Arceus then shows them the images, first is Team Rocket, then Team Magma, Aqua, Galactic, Plasma, Flare and eventually Skull. Arceus says, "They are ambitious groups that will try to use Pokemon as tools to rule the world. I want you guys to help me stop them. As for how, I will teach you, how is that sound?"

Ash and Lillie nod at each other and then Ash says, "We accept."

Arceus smiles as she gives him a Master Ball, Ash uses it to capture her and then sends her out. Arceus also uses her powers to make the storm stop, she says, "Now I guess you should go back to your parents, right? Since they must be worried."

The two of them nod as they all head towards Pallet Town together with Arceus following them invisibly.

Now this is the first chapter, the reason I want to write this story is because I am inspired by another person's fanfic and I decide to remake it into my version. I hope you like it and I'll see you in the next chapter.
