Toadette seems to be holding a flea collar for Yoshi because there's too many fleas on him.

"You have a pretty grim flea problem here, Yoshi." Toadette told him.

She then puts it on Yoshi, and examines his work critically.

"That's not strong enough." Toadette said.

She then puts more flea collars on him. At another part of the ledge, Mario turns his head, and is surprised to see Yoshi hopping with not only a collar on his neck, but around his saddle, his snout, his tongue, his legs, and two around his torso.
