Webby fell backwards onto the bedroom floor.

She moved her arms up and down, making the same motions with her legs. The duckling's eyes were closed as the ends of her beak reached up high.

"Come on, Violet! Come join me!" Webby exclaimed.

Violet raised her eyebrow. "I believe I'm good, Webbigail. You keep making your, uhh..."

"Carpet angels!"

"Right." A thud hit the floor. "Louis, what are you doing there?"

"Louis, huh? I like that." Louie stretched his arms then put his phone in his hoodie. "Nothin', just making a carpet star."

"Why not a carpet angel like Webbigail is doing?"

"Eh, too much work."

"Louie doesn't like doing much." Lena added, causing Violet to turn around and down at another spot.

"I didn't see you there. Uh, what shape are you supposed to be making?"

"I'm just T-posing."

"What for?"

"So I can be powerful enough where Aunt Magica can't get me." Lena replied in a monotone manner.

"Nobody spoke after that. Violet's eyes darted around, blinking a few times in the process. Then finally, she looked at her one last time.

"Right," Violet broke the ice, "I'll just leave you guys be."

She left the room, closing the door slowly and quietly. The raven then put her back against the wall. Violet then slid down to the floor. She stared at the wall in front of her, her eyes being unable to stay still as they vibrated.

"Dear God, dads, how did I become friends with them again?"
