Just a drabble that I wrote about my favorite couple.

I don't own The Greatest Showman.

Inspiration

No ideas were coming to him. None. P. T. had no clue what to paint. It wasn't like he was a true artist. Just a pastime that he picked up on the Railway. An older man had taught him how to paint. Now with his cheap paints and paper in front of him, P. T. was out of ideas.

"Are you hungry, dear?" Charity asked, coming into the room.

Even though she was six months pregnant with their first child, P. T. thought that she was the most beautiful thing on Earth. P. T. stood up from his chair and gave Charity a kiss. He bent down to give his wife's stomach a kiss.

"Not much," said P. T.

When he stepped away from his wife, there was something about her that gave P. T. an idea. She seemed to be glowing in the light. In that blue dress and her hands poised on her back. Charity was beautiful. Angelic even.

"Stay there. Don't move," P. T. ordered, running to his desk.

For two hours, he painted his beautiful wife. Charity was an amazing model. Not only was she pretty, but she was very patient. She let her husband draw her without question.

As soon as P. T. finished, he showed the completed painting to her. Charity gasped and covered her mouth with her hands. It was beautiful. She was lovely. Charity never knew that her husband was such an artist.

"Do you like it?" P. T. wondered, eyes hopeful.

Charity grinned. "I love it."
