A/N: The final battle has begun. Shigaraki has let his quirks run rampant, and Deku has awakened the final vestige Yusuke Urameshi. How will this battle change the future of the world?

A blinding light bathed all of UA and from that light two figures landed on the ground shattering it under their feet. Izuku's right arm was bare the sleeve of his suit having been stripped from it by the force of his attack. Shigaraki turned around to face Izuku showing that his entire right arm was covered in a spiral of cuts as if the limb had been forced into a blender. Shigaraki hissed from the pain as he looked at his arm seeing that his regeneration wasn't working. "What is this?" He asked before looking around and not able to see Eraserhead anywhere. That means my quirk isn't erased so what's the problem? He thought to himself.

Izuku watched Shigaraki as he grabbed his right arm and with a grunt tore the limb from his body. Shigaraki's arm hit the ground with a splatter of blood as more blood pumped from the severed stump. Before his eyes Izuku watched as the stump stopped bleeding and from it a new arm grew. First the bones of the arm were regenerated before muscles, veins, and flesh coated them forming a brand new arm.

Shigaraki flexed his new arm before looking at Izuku. "You did something to me when you damaged that arm. Guess we've both got attacks that neither of us can afford to touch." Shigaraki said before slamming his hand on the ground making spires of stone shoot towards Izuku who dodged the attacks with ease. Izuku rushed towards Shigaraki and went for a vicious roundhouse that Shigaraki flew above before blasting another shot of decay at Izuku who countered with a Spirit wave bullet.

Izuku had expected their attacks to cancel each other out, but instead his bullet speared right through Shigaraki's attack and slammed into Shigaraki's stomach forcing the villain to cough up blood. Shigaraki clutched his gut as he glared at Izuku. The bullet hadn't been as damaging as his last attack, but Shigaraki could still feel his organs had been damaged. "You did it again!" He growled.

"Yusuke was right. The Spirit Wave doesn't do as much damage from afar. I'm going to have to stay close if I want to deal real damage. Izuku thought as he leapt up at Shigaraki as the black energy of Meliodas washed over his arm and formed a black blade that was then coated in the silver energy of Yusuke's power.

"Here he comes again with that power." Shigaraki thought as he put both his hands forward preparing a massive air cannon as his arms bulged with spring like limbs. "You won't over power this!" Shigaraki said as Izuku clenched his left hand in front of him and from his hand to Shigaraki's wrists chains of water seized Tomura's wrists and with a savage pull Izuku yanked Tomura towards him as he swung his sword.

Tomura's eyes widened as he watched Izuku's sword close in on him. "Rivet!" From Shigaraki's shoulder appeared a pair of screws that Izuku easily sliced through, but the delay in the strike from hitting the rivets was enough time for Shigaraki to break his watery bonds and slam his foot into Izuku's stomach sending the boy flying towards the ground, but at the last moment Izuku produced a pair of black wings and gave them a massive flap to pull him out of his deadfall right before hitting the ground.

Shigaraki panted as he stared down at Izuku. "That was too close." He said before grabbing onto the severed rivets and hurled them toward Izuku who easily dodged them, but what happened next was a surprise. It seemed that Shigaraki had infused the rivets with Overhual's quirk and as soon as they impacted the ground the quirk exploded like grenades creating an explosion of spikes that cut across Izuku's body that had only been able to dodge at the very last second.

Shigaraki laughed from the sky looking at Izuku who was pinned between innumerable spikes. "Now let me send you to your predecessors. Tell All Might I said hi." Shigaraki shouted as he aimed a double shot of his air cannon and decay quirk towards Izuku. "Die!" Tomura shouted as the shot fired. Izuku reacted as nine tails sprouted from his back destroying the cage of spikes around him before curling around Izuku like a tight cocoon. Shigaraki's attack slammed into Izuku's tails exploding against the shield.

Izuku was pressed into the ground from the force of the attack before he spread his tails like a lotus dispersing Shigaraki's attack and soared up towards him. Each tail at Izuku's back created a swirling silver Rasengan and then extended towards Shigaraki. "Hypertrophy, Multiplier." Shigaraki said as multiple large arms shot from his body along his sides and from his back to catch all of Izuku's tails and crushed them with his intense grip.

"My turn." He said as he pulled Izuku towards him and produced another fist. Izuku reared back with his own fist and slammed it into Shigaraki's. Once more silver energy exploded through Shigaraki's arm opening deep bleeding wounds on the limb. Shigaraki severed the damaged arm as he went for more attacks producing an incredible amount of them that swarmed Izuku.

"One touch that's all it will take!" Shigaraki thought as his arms swarmed around Izuku attacking from every possible angle. Izuku's eyes shifted around him for a moment before red steam burst from his body. "Fireworks Smash!" Izuku shouted as his steaming body and silver fists and feet exploded out from him in every direction. From on the ground Izuku truly looked like a red and silver firework as his fists tore through Shigaraki's attack obliterating each hand before it came into contact with him, but as each hand was destroyed another came to replace it. The swarm of limbs enclosed around Izuku and then slowly constricted. "I've done it that's it One for All is MINE!" Shigaraki shouted as he went for the final squeeze.

Within the sphere of limbs Izuku looked for a way out only to find no openings. "Fine then." He said before taking a deep breath his lungs swelling to capacity before belching forth a tide of white fire. Shigaraki's limbs turned to ash immediately under the spirit infused fire from Izuku's mouth. A hole was punched out of the sphere of limbs. Shigaraki severed all his multiplied arms to prevent the irreversible damage from reaching him as well as getting away from the line of fire and watched the flames wash across the ground scorching the earth as Tomura's arms regenerated.

"I was so clo-!" Shigaraki turned around to watch as his arms turned to ash around Izuku who shot forth at him.

"TOMURA!" Izuku shouted as he sped towards Shigaraki and reached his hand out to grasp him with a water chain.

"I won't fall for that again!" Shigaraki shouted as he jumped back, but that was what Izuku had expected. The threat of a water chain was only a feint his training with Nighteye having paid off as Shigaraki slammed and into a ball of condensed water Izuku had created behind him. Shigaraki looked around from within the sphere of water and activated his decay. The water around him began to be destroyed, but unlike when Shigaraki decayed the earth and the ground around him the rate of decay was like molasses. "What's happening?!" Shigaraki shouted confused as to how his decay could be taking this long to destroy something.

Izuku looked at Shigaraki with his hands out. "I've been thinking about your decay since I first saw it Tomura. It's always been on my mind and to that effect how to counter it. Your decay is so rapid even things that could last thousands of years would turn to dust, but water is even less prone to decay and as long as I can pull new water from the air I can keep you there. If you were still at your previous power this would be a permanent solution, but that's no longer the case." Izuku said clenching his fist. Shigaraki watched as Izuku's right hand exploded with color. "You're too dangerous to let live. If the world is going to be truly safe then you have to die." Izuku said resigned to what he had to do.

"NO you can't do this!" Shouted Shigaraki as he used the full force of his decay, but even then his power only sped up marginally. Izuku stared at Shigaraki before launching himself forward with three pairs of black wings. Shigaraki struggled with all his might against the prison Izuku had put him in all to no avail. Izuku's fist slammed into Shigaraki's head and he felt the sickening crunch of Shigaraki's skull as it shattered under the force of his punch. Blood splattered across the skyline and along Izuku's fist as the water sphere dropped the headless body of Tomura Shigaraki to the ground with a loud splat.

Within the spaces of One for All and All for One there was a sudden crack as the darkness around All for One broke apart and started to crumbling as more and more cracks of light pierced into the darkness. All for One looked up at the broken space he reigned over and then looked towards his brother.

"It seems your successor has triumphed Masao." All for One said as the increasing amount of light revealed his face. All for One the king of evil was shown to be a man with combed back black hair. His face was stern with piercing purple eyes. He was tall with broad shoulders and a frame to match. He was dressed in a black suit with red pinstripes. This was the face of Sosuke Shigaraki or as the world knows him; All for One.

"So it does Sosuke." The first user of One for All said as he looked at his older brother. Sosuke didn't seem all that upset to him, but then again he'd never really been able to tell what his older brother had been thinking even when they were younger.

"Tell me Masao was it really so bad to be my younger brother? So bad that you had to kill yourself?" Sosuke asked as Masao looked at him.

"When did you find out?" He asked as Sosuke shook his head.

"I've always known I just didn't want to believe it, but now here at the end I have no choice, but to accept the fact that my brother, my flesh and blood would rather take his life then live by my side. It's a heavy cross to bear." Sosuke said as he looked up into the blinding light that was steadily erasing his existence.

Masao looked at him and rubbed his head. "It wasn't bad all the time Sosuke, but if it's a choice between living and watching you destroy yourself and the world, or die and hope that you chose a different path then I'll choose the latter every single time. I had hoped my death would be a wakeup call for you. Something to tear you from the path of darkness, but I see my death was in vain. I'm sorry Sosuke. I'm sorry that the idea I had wasn't good enough to save you!" Masao shouted tears streaming down his face as Sosuke laughed.

"Crybaby." All for One said as his connection to One for All was severed.

In his cell All for One awoke and sat up straighter. "Yet another thing you took from me All Might. My ability to cry." All for One whispered.

Izuku drifted slowly to the ground before collapsing into the rubble and dust. His entire body hurt as he lay there against the cold stone. He couldn't move even if he wanted to that last punch had taken all he had and then some. He heard footsteps behind him before he was jerked up by the back of his collar. He looked up into the crimson eyes of Katsuki Bakugou. "Hey there Kacchan." Izuku said with a hoarse voice before Katsuki frowned.

"Get off your ass Izuku you're still working!" Katsuki shouted letting Izuku drop and fall to the ground. "Stand up and show the world you won loser. It's the least you can do you lazy bastard." Katsuki shouted as Todoroki looked at him.

"Don't you think that's asking a lot from him?" Todoroki asked as he heard Izuku scraping to get off the ground.

"No…its fine Todoroki Katsuki's right. I can't lay down on the job." Izuku said as he stood up shakily. His legs were wobbling slightly making his entire frame shake, but even so Izuku fought tooth and nail to stand proudly. From around the school people started to appear having been drawn by the bright light at the start of Izuku's fight with Tomura. They all looked towards the green haired young man in the center with his fist raised high to the sun.

In the reigning silence clapping could be heard everyone looked around for the source of the applause only to see an injured Eraserhead with his forehead bandaged clapping slowly soon being joined by Aoyama who had regained consciousness some time earlier as well as Monoma. More and more people started clapping until the entire school grounds resounded with applause.

Izuku looked around at everyone as they clapped and smiled before pumping his fist in the air again to numerous cheers.

Once the remaining villains had been dealt with UA was put into lockdown as the pro heroes arrived to help. Shigaraki's body was taken into custody along with the remaining league of villains members. Izuku had lost consciousness soon after and was taken to Recovery Girl's first aid station. Of course the press had a field day with UA for allowing this to happen, but thanks to Endeavor and Nighteye who were able to make the people see the true skill of UA students. The press had to back off some. With Mirio, and Suneater along with class A having rescued civilians and even captured several villains the school was saved from a fatal blow to its reputation.

UA is currently closed for renovations, but that doesn't mean that the students were free from their classes. Several other hero schools welcomed the wayward students into their halls until the school could be rebuilt.

Izuku opened his eyes as he looked around the infirmary he was being kept in. He sat up slowly and looked around. "What's going on?" He asked before something flopped onto his chest and began pounding him over and over again. Izuku looked down to see Eri sitting in his lap and hitting him in the chest with her tiny fists as she cried. "Eri?" Izuku asked before her crimson eyes looked up at him full of tears.

"You scared me! I was so worried about you Izuku! You didn't come back and I-I-." Izuku clasped Eri to his chest and stroked her hair.

"I'm sorry Eri. I didn't mean to worry you." He said as he held her close. As He held Eri recovery girl walked in and looked at the two and sighed.

"I tried to tell her you needed your rest, but she wanted to stay with you until you woke up." She said as she walked over to him. "How are you feeling?" Recovery Girl asked. Izuku rolled his arms and twisted gently side to side.

"Just a little sore if I'm honest." He said as Recovery Girl gave him an exam.

"Well there's no permanent damage, mostly your body is just exhausted. I'd say another day of bedrest and you'll be good to go." Recovery girl pulled up a chair before sitting in it. "Now since I know you'll want to know I'll tell you what happened after you lost consciousness. The battle took place two days ago and you've been unconscious since then." Recovery Girl told him before going into her explanation. "First of all there were no civilian casualties which are a miracle. The students were the biggest reason for that. Without the students prioritizing the civilians there's no way that would have happened. That's not to say there were no casualties. Several heroes were killed in the line of duty."

At this Izuku dropped his head. "I should have been her-!" Recovery Girl smacked Izuku on the head with her cane.

"Don't you dare finish that sentence! No hero can save everyone and don't think less of yourself for not being able to do it." She said as Izuku rubbed his head.

"Sorry." Izuku said as Recovery Girl gave a nod.

"Good, now all the League of Villains members were captured and taken into custody as was Shigaraki's body." Izuku's eyes darkened at that as he remembered the feeling of Shigaraki's skull being destroyed by his fist. "I'm not going to tell you to not feel bad about it Izuku mostly because I know it wouldn't help. Still you did what you had to do. This may not help, but you did the right thing." She said petting his shoulder as Izuku nodded.

"I know." He said solemnly. "I don't regret my choice, but I do wish it didn't have to come to that." He said as Recovery Girl nodded.

"That's good to hear." She said before delivering the rest of her news about the school and its students. As Recovery Girl went to leave and opened the door all of Class A fell inward. The older woman shook her head and clucked her tongue. "Fine you all have five minutes Izuku needs his rest." She said tapping her watch before leaving. Class A rushed to Izuku.

"Midoriya are you ok you've been unconscious for two days!" Mineta shouted.

"You were a real man Midoriya taking on the big boss all on your own! Well done!" Kirishima shouted before pulling Bakugou forward and Izuku's eyes nearly fell out of his head as he looked at both of Katsuki's arms.

"Kacchan w-what happened?!" He asked shocked. Katsuki hissed before pointing a finger at Izuku.

"Look I'm not here for you Izuku I'm here to thank the shrimp!" He shouted before looking at Eri. "Thanks for you know, healing my arm." He grumbled before storming out.

"Oh come on man you don't have to be embarrassed!" Kirishima said rushing after him. Izuku looked at Eri with a raised brow. Eri stroked her hair as she looked at Izuku.

"H-he's your friend I-I didn't want you to see him hurt so I tried to use my quirk and it worked. Mr. Aizawa walked me through it kind of and was there to make sure I didn't overdo it." She said with a smile as Izuku grinned.

"Good job Eri well done!" He shouted happily hugging the little girl.

Class A watched the sweet scene before Todoroki stepped forward with an envelope. "My old man wanted me to give this to you. I have no idea what it is. I told him to not be lazy and just do it himself, but he insisted." Todoroki said as Izuku took the letter and ripped it open. For the third time Izuku felt his heart nearly stop. His hands began to shake vigorously.

"What is it Deku?" Ochaco asked as Izuku tried to speak, but his stutter was in overdrive making his words an unintelligible mess, seeing this Izuku turned the letter around so they could read it.

"WHAT!" They shouted after reading the letter. Midoriya you are to come to Kamino Ward in three days for the Hero Billboard Rankings. Izuku couldn't believe it. He'd known that the hero rankings would be coming up soon, but he hadn't thought he'd be specifically invited. The only heroes who received invites were those who absolutely had to be there. Such as the heroes who would be receiving a top ten spot.

"Is this for real?" Izuku asked before passing out.
