Toad said, "I love you, Toadette, and I know that today is our 1 year anniversary of when I asked you right on the stage right in the same place we are right now! And I know you're the prettiest mushie girl I have ever met! I remember the first time I met you...but I will cut to it..."

Toad then reached something out of his tuxedo and it was a small box that revealed a wedding ring. He then got down on one knee and asked Toadette if he wants to marry her.

"Toadette?" Toad asked.

"Yes, Toad?" Toadette replied back.

"Will you marry me?" Toad asked again.
