I Am A Sinner

I am a sinner

With nothing but blood on my hands

Something that you can't see

I am a sinner

With a heavy heart

Doing what is right but yet so wrong

After I slaughtered my clan

In cold but honorable blood

And gave Jesus's life away

For forty pieces of silver

For that I am a sinner

And for with a heavy heart

As I watched a wise man die

In front of me upon a cross

Had me overcome with so much grieve

That I couldn't and didn't dare speak

And for that I am a sinner

Because God was too good to me

And look at me now just look at me

Look how God is shaming me making me

Feel like the lowest of the low

The lowest on the bottom rung

And I wouldn't blame him not in the slightest

Because I said it once before and I'll say it again

I am nothing but a sinner
