"Oh, Darling! Can you get me some more honey?"

The pink-haired hybrid smirked as she heard her lover let out a sigh. Her eyes then lit up in glee when he walked in with a jar of the sweet delicacy she adored.

"I know you have a sweet tooth and all, Zero Two, but you should really cut back," said Hiro as he handed her the jar.

"Why would I ever want to stop eating sweets?" questioned Zero Two, opening the jar and scooping out a small amount of honey with her finger. She then put the honey in her mouth, letting out a moan of ecstasy once it touched her tongue.

Hiro crossed his arms over his chest. "Well for one thing, too many sweets can rot your teeth."

"My teeth are plenty strong, thank you very much."

"Too many sweets can also make you fat."

Zero Two smirked up at Hiro, confusing the boy. "Wouldn't me putting on some weight be a good thing?"

"…Wait, what?"

Setting her honey down, Zero Two stood and sauntered over to stand in front of Hiro, making him blush slightly. "Think about it, Darling. If I were to put some meat on my bones, it could all go to the right places. Don't you think I would be even sexier with wider hips or larger breasts?"

"Z-Zero Two…"

"Or…" continued the horned girl as she grabbed Hiro's hands and placed them on her rear. "Would you rather I get a bigger butt to make piloting Strelizia even more enjoyable?"

She held back a grin when Hiro's entire face became red. She then let go of his hands when he started to wriggle away.

"I…I need to go take cold shower," stated Hiro as he turned and stiffly made his way out of the room.

A couple of chuckles came from Zero Two as she made her way back to her honey and continued eating.

"I love you, Darling, but don't try to take my sweets away from me. You won't win."

I have not seen or read Darling in the Franxx. I'll probably read the manga first since I get the feeling it will be better written.
