The next chapter of The Devil of UA: With The Sports Festival concluded, Izuku finds himself selecting his Hero Name and becoming an intern under a Pro as Aizawa reveals secrets of his past and for his disheveled appearance.
Izuku could handle Giant Robots and bottomless pits. Facing someone in a Fight was also something he could handle. He could even deal with his Mom's experimental cooking dishes.
The Media however, was something he could not handle.
"Izuku, is it true that you've accepted an internship under Death Arms?" A reporter asked jabbing a mic right into his face.
"Izuku! Can you confirm that you got your Quirk after being bit by a spider?" Another asked not giving him any room to breathe.
"Mr. Midoriya, do you deny the reports you were paid to drop out of the final round?" A female from a tabloid magazine said.
Izuku was shown surrounded by several Reporters, each of them giving him questions faster than he could process them. He had been going to school when they like a pack of Wolves had descended upon him after he got off the train.
"Could you let me through please?" He asked as the sounds of their cameras and phones going off was giving him a headache. "You're making me late for school." He pleaded with them but they weren't budging or giving him an inch. Apparently his performance had made him the talk of the Hero World.
"What's this I hear about you actually being a Gaijin and unfiled as a Citizen?"
"Some dispute that your walking stick is an illegal weapon to use, do you refute that?"
"C'mon take the Glasses off already! We all know you're not really blind and its just an act!" One said rather brashly and that was enough for Izuku.
"I'm out of here." He said and quickly darted past them and jumped over a bridge down to the sidewalk, it'd take a few extra minutes to get to school, but anything would be better than dealing with those hounds of hell who were trying to pursue him.
"Principal Nezu, you must let Katsuki back into UA." The blonde haired woman said to The Principal in his office.
Nezu looked on at the woman before him, The Mother of the now recently expelled Katsuki Bakugo. He could see where he got his expressions and hair from her side of the family. She had come into his office only minutes ago unannounced.
She was trying to talk him into letting Katsuki back into UA. To lift his suspension and let her son back into the school and resume being a Hero in Training. However Nezu wasn't going to have it.
"I'm sorry Mrs. Bakugo but my decision stands." He informed her
"Surely you are being overblown in your reaction, I mean, Boys will be Boys after all." Mitsuki Bakugo said to him. "Katsuki's always had a temper and I know he can be hard to approach at times but surely you can overlook that." She said to him
Nezu shook his head in disagreement. "Tell me, do Boys openly attack and threaten each other? Threaten to kill them? Show complete and utter disrespect and disregard for the rules set before them? Katsuki has had numerous offenses and complaints filed against him by Students as well as Teachers. And from what I've understand, this hasn't just started at UA. If it had maybe I'd be willing to take a chace at him being enrolled back after he goes through counseling. But its been happening for years it sounds like. Ever since he got his Quirk." He informed her. "And it appears that Midoriya was his favorite target to seek out."
He had immediately called Aldera Middle School after The Sports Festival and demanded to speak with The Principal and the Teachers of the two after what he had witnessed. Nezu considered himself a composed mouse but the anger in his words when he had spoke to them would put fear into the most hardened of villains. Demanding to them that they hand over to him all of Katsuki's incidents from his time there. Each and every one of them that had occured during his time at the school.
The Principal and Staff there would be lucky if they kept their jobs after he was done, it'd be a miracle if charges weren't pressed against them and they didn't wind up in jail once he was finished.
"Mrs. Mitsuki, I had hoped Bakugo would grow and mature in due time here. Yet not once did he ever show any signs of maturing, he believed that because of his Quirk, which he inherited from you and his Father's own Quirks combining, he was invincible and could do whatever he wanted to do. To put it plainly, he has all the markings of a Sociopath." He told her.
"Well, why isn't Midoriya being expelled as well?" Mitsuki protested a frown on her face. "He attack and broke Katsuki's wrists. It's not fair, He should be liable for being expelled as well for what he did." She said as Izuku was getting off scot free in her eyes. "In my mind he should also expelled for what he had done."
"Izuku only did that because Katsuki blatantly attacked him after their match had ended as it happened too fast for anyone to react or intervene and while this is a mark against him but Izuku is hardly the person to go and attack others except for in self defense. While I do not agree with or endorse his actions, he had every right to defend himself from Katsuki's attack." Nezu stated to her. "If Bakugo had not let his ego and temper get the better of him and attacked, none of this would have happen and you know that. The moment he moved to attack Midoriya he decided what he was going to do and no one else. He is going to have to live with the consequences of what he's done." He said with a harsh frown to her. "Mrs. Mitsuki, your son has all the makings of a Villain and I will not tolerate having such a person in UA. Not so long as I'm here." He said to her standing his ground
"Now then, I believe we are done here. Would you please leave as I have much work to do." Nezu stated to her as the subject was finished. Mrs. Bakugo attempted to say something, to try and counter with a retort but found herself unable to say one before turning around and exiting his office.
"Finally," Izuku said as he had made it to UA. He had been running the whole time to make it to the safety of the school. Hopefully that would be the last he'd have to deal with the media as they weren't allowed on school grounds. He stashed his raincoat in his locker as he got ready to go to class.
"Pardon me Izuku," A voice said and he recognized it as Tenya's as the glasses wearing Student walked past him.
"Tenya." He said but was paid no attention to. "Are you okay?" He asked him as he could tell that his heartbeat was irregular and was on edge.
"I'm fine." Tenya replied with a smile and he picked up his heartbeat increasing.
"What's gotten into you?" Izuku asked him "During our match at The Sports Festival you were sloppy and making all sorts of mistakes." He told him as he knew that there was no way he should have beaten him so easily. Tenya was too good to make errors like that.
"It does not concern you Izuku." Tenya replied and there was an edge to his voice now. "Now if you don't mind we should head to class." Tenya said and departed. Izuku stood there as he heard him leave as he was hiding something. He maybe blind but he could tell by his posture and his words that something was bothering him.
He made his way to Class and came in, at the others were assembled as there was now nineteen students in Class 1-A. Given what had happened at The Sports Festival there was now an odd number in the class. He quietly went to his desk and took his seat.
The nineteen students sat there, it was much quieter now that Katsuki was gone.
The door opened and in stepped their teacher.
"Mr. Aizawa, its good you're doing better." Momo said as he was now no longer clad head to toe in bandages as he was back to his usual baggy looking self a perpetually tired look on his face.
"The old lady went overboard as I didn't need all those bandages and wrappings she gave me." He told them as he had a scar below his eye now. "Now then, I'm sure you're all anxious to start but I've got a couple announcements to make first." He told them as he stood in front of the classroom.
"We have a new student in our class. Since due to what happened at The Sports Festival which I'm not going into, there has been transfers going on as due to performances some are being moved to different classes as well as promoted to The Hero Class. We got a new one as well so get your butt in here already." He stated telling the person outside to get in
The door opened and in stepped a boy with black hair and unique elbows.
"Hi! I'm Sero Hanta!" He said with a chipper smile as he was Class 1-A's newest student. He was recognized from having to run laps at the Sports Festival and it was a surprise that Vlad King wasn't still chasing and yelling after him. "My Quirk is Tape: Which allows me to produce a tape like substance from my Elbows." He said explaining his Quirk to his new classmates.
"Well at least it's not that Yuki girl." Mina said as she was glad it wasn't that snow haired creep who'd be in there class.
"That girl?" Sento said in response "She got promoted to The Hero Course as she's now in Class 1-B. Vlad King was insisting on her being in his class." He informed the others
"Take your seat and shut up all of you." Aizawa told his class as Sero took his seat, in the desk where Katsuki used to sit at as he was no longer there. "Now then, I have a few more announcements today. First of all, its time for you to decide your Hero names."
A loud chorus of cries and excitement filled the room in response.
"Will you all quit yapping for two seconds!" Aizawa said his eyes flashing in annoyance. "I hope you've given some thought into what your hero name is as a name can make or break you."
"Because if you didn't," A voice said as the door room opened up and a busty woman was shown entering the room. "There'll be hell to pay!" Midnight said having her cat o'nine tails whip with her as always. "Its time first years for you to decide what your Hero Name is going to be. For every All Might, there's ten Captain Kites and no one's going to take a Hero who calls themselves that seriously." She said as she flaunted her shapely figure. "You're a Hero not some cheap toy product so think it over carefully before you decide what you want to be called. Now then, who wants to be first?" She asked and Yuga Aoyama stepped up.
Midnight was critical of the intial names, claiming that they were too long or they sounded like movie names she told Yuga and Mina. It was then that Tsuyu raised her hand.
"I've got a name, I think its pretty good ribbit." She told them and stepped up to the class.
"Since I'm with a water based type Quirk, call me Froppy." She said and held up the name she had written.
There was silence in the room before cheers were heard as the class chanted and repeated the name. Tsuyu smiled a happy look on her face in response. She looked on over at Izuku who was clapping for her a smile on his face and she smiled as well.
Izuku seated in his chair as others went ahead thought about what he was going to take as his Hero Name. Beforehand, he had thought about calling himself Deku, since it had also meant anything can be done despite what Katsuki had claimed. But he wanted to distance himself away from his past. He remembered what others had been calling him at The Sports Festival as he jot it down. How he had been without fear no matter what he was facing.
"Izuku, do you care to share what you want to be called?" Midnight asked as he was the last one left.
Izuku stood up from his chair and walked over to the front of the class. "I've given this some thought, originally I had something else in mind but I've got something else that I think suits me." He said before lifting the paper up.
"Daredevil, my Hero Name is Daredevil." He proclaimed to the class. "That's what I want to be known as when I graduate and become a Hero." He told everyone as he revealed it to them all
His classmates murmured at what he had chosen thinking it over.
"Ohho!" Midnight exclaimed. "A nice strong name, filled with reckless abandoment and tells people that you are without fear!" She said rubbing her hands as she felt tingly all over. "That's an excellent name young man." She told Izuku and his classmates cheered as well.
"Now then, now that that's over with." Aizawa said after it was done and Midnight had left to Kaminari's dismay. "I have one more announcement to make. It is time for Internships. You all are going to be studying and learning under The Pros for the next coming week. They each had been watching you either in attendance or on TV, some of you have more people interested in you than others based on performances during the Festival but the important thing is to pick one who you think best suits you and will learn the most under." He explained to the class.
"So we each get to pick our own choice of who we want to intern? No matter whom it maybe or where they are at?" Tenya asked him.
"Bingo."
Tenya nodded his head and his glasses shimmered. He knew just where he wanted to go now, the perfect place for him to go.
Soon the class had ended and the students left to go to their next room.
"Shinsho, I'd like a second of your time." Aizawa's voice called out to Hitoshi stopping him from leaving. He stayed in the class while the others
"Shinsho, you're interning under me." Aizawa told him. "You're going to be learning under me for your internship." He stated to Hitoshi who looked on at him.
"Do I have a choice in the matter?" Hitoshi dryly asked him as he could tell that this wasn't optional.
"No, you don't." Aizawa replied with a smirk.
Shortly after Lunch, Izuku was walking down the corridor with All Might as he looked on at him.
"Young Midoriya, I have an important announcement for you that I need to make." All Might said to him.
"What is it?" Izuku asked him and All Might stopped walking.
"You're going to be interning underneath one of my old mentors and friends. Gran Torino." All Might said to him. "He specifally requested that you learn under him during your internship. I trained under him when I was at UA and now he wants to train you as well after seeing your performance in The Sports Festival. And Midoriya, he knows about One for All." He informed him.
"So he knows that I have it?" Izuku asked and All Might nodded his head confirming it.
"Yes, of the handful of people who know that you do, he's one of them. And he'll be able to help you control it better, I'm afraid I've done all I can for now with you. Its underneath him that you should be fully able to learn how to harness your Quirk. He was a good friend of my predecessor as well." All Might stated to him before his voice turned grave. "However, do not take this or his current frail state lightly. Those who underestimated him just because he's old now are in for a world of hurt. Believe me, I know firsthand what happens when you dismiss him." He said as his body was shaking. "The year of training I gave you when we first met will seem like Child's Play compared to what he has in store for you this coming week."
Izuku could hear his bones rattling. Was All Might scared? What kind of monster was this Gran Torino to make All Might, The Symbol of Peace shaking in fear?
All Might steadied himself taking a deep breath. "Anyway, next week you'll be training under him for your internship. And also, the adjustments you asked for your costume has been completed. I must say, I'm surprised at the color scheme you picked." All Might said as Izuku was donning a new outfit replacing his old one.
"Alright, I'll see you later."
All Might watched him go before reverting back to his skinny form and let out a sigh.
There was another reason Gran was wanting to mentor Izuku as well, he had told him about The USJ Attack and the Outfits that some of them had been wearing. They were of a villain organization that Gran Torino had fought against in his youth but had thought to had been destroyed but apparently had gone underground in hiding. If they were in fact who Gran thought they were, then Izuku would need to know just who it was he was dealing with and the danger they possessed.
"I'm hoping I'm wrong Midoriya," All Might said shaking his head. "I've got a bad feeling about this upcoming week." He mentioned as he thought about his meeting he had had with a friend of his on the Police Force named Naomasa discussing Nomu the beast from The USJ Incident.
"If an alliance is being forged between who I think is really running The League of Villains and The Hand, we're in big trouble." He mused to himself
The figure stood on the rooftop of the building looking on over the city, staring out a far off look in his eyes. He paid no attention to anything
One foot was over the edge and only leaning slightly more over would send his body over the roof. Sending him down to the street hundreds of feet below where his life would end in a bloody mess. He wondered if anyone would care or react to seeing his corpse splattered all across the ground. He had heard the news reports about his methods and ways, what they were calling him.
There was other less grandeur ways to take his life. Take a knife and slit his throat or his wrists and have him bleed out. Put a pistol underneath his jaw and pull the trigger sending the bullet ramming past his jaw and skull and directly into his brain. Or if he wanted a spectacle he could hang himself with a rope and leave his body for the crows to peck at until their bellies were full.
Once he had been a promising Hero in Training, now he was a broken shell of a person. He had little to live for, not since he had lost everyone he knew and loved on that fateful day.
The Incident in Gifu, where he had lost it all. He still remembered the blood on the bodies and the lifeless open eyes. The blow hitting his face shattering his nose. Being the only survivor of that day.
His body shook as his leg hovered over the edge before he brought it back, stopping himself from doing it.
"No," Stain said as he stepped back. "Not yet. Not till I'm done. I still have much more to do." He stated his eyes hardening.
"I'll will purge this wretched society of the scum that plagues it," He said as he vowed to carry on. "Every day, every minute there it becomes more and more decay. The False Heroes can't do it, I'm the only one who can." Stain said as he then leapt off the roof to another building and went on.
Izuku sat the suitcase that had his new outfit down and reaching undid the locks on it and opened it up. He could make out the image and shape of it as he nodded. Reaching down he touched the fabric and material that it was made from and pulled it out and began to take off his school clothes and began to dress in it.
The outfit fitted him fine, it was lightweight easily able for him to move in but made of a sturdy material that could withstand blunt trauma and able to stand up to over four hundred degrees of heat he was told. Mei Hatsume herself apparently had heard about what he was wanting and had taken it and made touches of her own work to it.
He put on the full body outfit that covered him from head to toe in dark green and black and tied the holster that came with it to his left pant leg as that would be where he'd be placing his Walking Stick when he made it into a Billy Club. Izuku put on the boots and fingerless gauntlets as well as he tested moving about as the costume moved as though it was a part of his skin as it wasn't bulky or hindering him in anyway. He had been told that the fabric was the same kevlar material that army forces would use. Able to withstand trauma and force but not cutting any of his speed or ability to move.
He put the helmet part of the outfit which had a pair of devil horns sticking out of it on over his head and then reached down picking up the face mask placed it on over his damaged eyes. Red lenses were on the eyeholes of it making his eyes look like they were on fire.
Most notably on it, on the front of the outfit that he now wore was a pair of D's, intertwined with each other.
"Daredevil," Izuku said as he stood in the room as he announced himself. He then pulled out his Billy Club from the holster and did a series of attacks with it before turning it into two batons.
"The Hero without Fear."
The days went past by and it was time for them to begin their Internships under The Hero Agency. All of Class 1-A was at the train station that would take them to where they would be doing their interns at as Aizawa was shown giving them last minute advice before they departed.
Tenya got ready to step inside the train that would take him to Hosu as he recalled his last meeting with his brother.
"I cannot help accept this!" He blurted out to his brother tears forming down his face. "I cannot take your name!"
"Tenya, my time is over." Tensei lying on the bed said to his sibling a strained smile on his face. "It is up to you now to carry on our family's legacy." He said before coughing. "I know you will make us all proud."
"Don't speak of such things! You're going to get better! Don't believe a word those fools are saying!" Tenya shouted at him his body shaking. He refused to believe that his brother would be crippled and his career was over.
"Ingenium, that's your name now." Tensei said as he brought his hands up over his chest. "I'm looking forward to seeing your name in the papers." He said before he drifted off to sleep.
Tenya got ready to go when a hand tugged on his sleeve and he turned to see Izuku. "What is it?" He asked him.
"Are you okay?" Izuku questioned him. The news had broken out of what had happened to his older Brother. "We're here for us to talk to you if you want to."
"I'm fine, and don't worry about my Brother." Tenya said to him with a false smile. "Good luck on your Internship Midoriya." He said before stepping onto the train. He took his seat and didn't pay any attention as the train began to depart a scowl forming on his face.
He would find this so called Punisher, and he would make him pay for what he had done.
Izuku said his goodbyes to Tsuyu, Shoto who was interning under his Father, Kirishima and the others before he got onto the train he was going on as gradually the class began to depart.
Hitoshi Shinsho later that day sat inside the Quarters that served as Aizawa's living room as he begun his internship under him.
His selected Hero name Mind Warp was met with mixed results from his fellow classmates. Although he had gotten along well with most, there was still some like Ojiro who looked at him with suspicsion.
"Sorry if I don't have much in the way of entertainment here." Shota said as he entered the room with a pot of tea and poured two cups. "Now then, do you wanna guess why I've decided to have you learn and intern under me instead of shipping you off with the rest so I can get some sleep?" He asked before taking a deep sip.
Hitoshi was quiet for a moment as he took his own sip. "I suppose you're going to tell me
"What you're going to be learning under from me is combat experience which I notice you have a distinct lack of." He told Hitoshi. "During this time we're going to strengthen your body and so you know how to throw a punch and fight as you're going to be in situations where you'll need to know how to fight." He stated to him.
"You rely too much on your Quirk." Aizawa said to him being blunt in his usual manner. "Keep relying on it so much and you'll find yourself in trouble. Look at what happened to your classmate Todoroki during his match at The Sports Festival." He said referring to how his body had nearly shut down from over using his Ice half.
"Its done me pretty well so far." Hitoshi countered.
"Yeah, but your luck sooner or later will run out." Aizawa responded to him. "All a person has to do to avoid it is to not speak up. You're good at trash talking which works well against brainless thugs who rob a Deli but others not so much. People will eventually learn how to counter your Quirk. That's all they gotta do and there are some who's Quirks leave them unable to speak so what are you going to do against them?" He asked pointing out the flaws to his Quirk. "Only a fool relies solely on his Quirk, and those that do wound up having this happen to them."
Aizawa reached up and started to lift up his shirt. Hitoshi's eyes widened in surprise before changing to shock at what he saw.
A scar, a full body scar was shown on Aizawa's abdomen and chest. Going all the way up his upper body. Hitoshi looked on at it seeing it disturbed at what he saw.
"That's why I wear such heavy and baggy clothing. You're only the third person to know that I have this scar." Aizawa said to him. "Its not a pretty sight is it?" He asked before dropping his shirt covering his upper body back up. "I got this scar when I was your age and had started my own internship." He told Shinsho. "My Quirk may cancel out other Quirks but its utterly useless against robots or those with Mutation Quirks and it means nothing if my foe is stronger and better trained then me. I learned that under my own Mentor, Mariko Yashida."
"Yashida?" Hitoshi replied and Aizawa nodded his head.
"Mariko was a Master Swordswomen who existed during All Might's time, as she had a Quirk that enabled her to turn any item she touched into a blade. Trained in Kenjutsu she was one of the most respected and feared Warriors of her time."
A woman clad in a ceremonial kimono is shown surrounded by several swordsmen, she held in her hand an Umbrella which then transformed into a sword. The assailants charged at her from all sides.
A swift motion was shown as she countered and with no effort she had disarmed or subdued her opposition and sheathed her sword.
"Her Hero Title was Scarlet Samurai. Because although swords run red with blood and death follows them, she upheld the ideals and beliefs of the Bushido Code. Honor, Loyalty, Discipline, Honesty, Courage, Benevolence, Respect and Justice. Mariko was not only one of the top Heroes, but she was also heir to a prestigious and powerful clan, The Yashida." Shota explained to Hitoshi. "When I began my intern underneath her when I was no older than you, she taught me her clan's fighting style. Passing it down to me as although I wasn't her blood, even after my internship I trained under her as she loved me like a Son."
Images were then shown of a teenaged Aizawa working with and training alongside Mariko, the two performing Katas and strikes as they trained and worked. "My fighting style that I ultilize and perform with I learned under her. She taught me the ways of her Clan's fighting methods which I used to combat Villains. That is how I learned how to fight and use my tools and weapons." Aizawa's voice stated to Hitoshi
A ceremonial dagger, wrapped in a sheath and tied with a bow around it was seen being presented to a kneeling Aizawa who took it and bowed his head with gradtitude to Mariko who looked down at him with a warm smile on her face.
"However, there was another. Mariko was not the only child in her family. She had a Brother, who sought to rule The Yashida."
The image changed to that of a tall man clad in steel plate silver armor with the emblem of Japan on it and a Katana strapped at his side. On top of his head he wore a Kabuto helmet
"Her stepbrother, Kenuichio Harada. Kenuichio desired nothing more than to rule The Yashida, believing that it was his right as he was Eldest. However, Kenuichio was an illegitimate born from an affair and thus could not claim the title of Clan Head."
Kenuichio was shown looking on, a look of anger on his face as he watched his sister training her pupil. "Like his sibling, he too had a Quirk. A powerful Quirk which enabled him to create an energy field, capable of slicing and could cut through anything with a mere swing of a sword. He took a Title for his name of well: That of, The Silver Samurai."
A katana was shown being covered in a field of tachyon energy and a swishing sound was seen and several people fell down having been slain by The Silver Samurai with no remorse or mercy shown.
"Mariko although she knew of his desire believed that things between them could be settled. But Kenuichio's lust for what he perceived as his was far greater than she had imagined. If he could not be bestowed it, then he would take it."
"On the eve of the ceremony where she would be installed as Clan Head, Kenuichio emerged in her home and attacked. He attacked his Sister, looking to cut her down. I was there that night when he did."
Flashes of combat were shown as the two battled in the home. Objects and furniture were knocked over as the battle raged on. Aizawa was shown having been awakened by the noise and watching with fear in his eyes as he saw his Master being overwhelmed by the attack.
"Mariko fought well," Aizawa's voice was heard. "But Kenichio's wrath and anger was too much for her to overcome as he bested her in combat shattering her sword."
Mariko's Sword was shown having been broken and she was on the floor her Brother standing over her his katana poised to deliver the killing blow.
"Just when it looked like he was about to kill her, I emerged from my hiding spot and attacked, throwing punches and kicks at him. Using everything I had learned to fight against him." Aizawa was shown throwing attacks at Kenuichio, fighting with everything he had to save his Master.
"However my efforts were in vain, although I had disabled his Quirk with my own, his strength was too much for me to overcome as he grabbed and threw me down to the floor and bringing his katana up delivered a slice across my abdomen nearly killing me giving me the full body scar that I now have."
A swishing sound is heard as a blade was swung and Aizawa's unconscious body hit the ground as Kenuichio looked down upon him with disgust on his face.
"When I finally woke up in a hospital, I had been in a coma for two weeks. Mariko was dead, and I was alone." Aizawa somberly said as he finished his tale.
Silence was all that was in the room afterwards
"Whatever happened to this, Silver Samurai?" Hitoshi finally asked after several moments.
"I do not know, the other clan members of the Yashida were all killed as well I discovered. I hunted him for years in Japan after I graduated from UA. but could never find him as all leads ended up cold." Aizawa responded to him. "That scar he gave me will always be a reminder of what I have lost." He told Hitoshi who was silent once more.
"Now you've seen what happens if you will face a foe who your Quirk won't be enough to defeat." Aizawa said to him. "So I am going to train you in my fighting style for this coming week to insure that you don't wind up suffering the same fate as I did." He said to his Intern "We shall begin tomorrow morning."
Izuku stepped off of the train having gotten off it and made his way to the apartment where Gran Torino was said to reside. Going on carrying his suitcase that contained his Hero outfit in one hand and his walking stick in the other he soon found the residence.
"Mr. Torino, I'm here. Its me, Izuku Midoriya." He said and knocked on the door. He got no answer as no one was coming to the door. He knocked again. "Are you there?" He asked before he reached to the door handle. It wasn't locked as the door opened up easily enough with a creaking sound.
"Mr. Torino?" Izuku asked as he then stepped inside. "I'm suppose to be your Intern for the coming week? All Might talked to me about you. Are you home?" He said as he walked forward.
As he walked he suddenly stopped as there was something in front of him now.
Izuku's radar sense could make out a body lying in the middle of the floor. But there was also something else there. One would think it was first a pool of blood he was lying in apparently dead. But then his nose picked up a scent. A scent that was coming from it.
It smelled like...Tomatoes?
"Why are you lying in a pile of ketchup?" Izuku asked as he realized what it was
The old man groaned and then popped right up off the ground an annoyed look on his face at his reaction as he had spoiled it.
"You really know how to take the fun out of things don't you?!" The old man grumbled.
A/N: That's it for this chapter. Review please
