Sorry if there are some errors, I've been in the groove and haven't stopped to re-read much of anything. Let me know what you guys think, any requests, or anything. I got some interesting requests I just read over, so I might be doing some one-shots soon.

Also, there is a new poll on my page that you can vote on. Allison's fate still hasn't been written so you can vote on that also!

I never had been in a town that had celebrated Halloween, except for when kids were involved, so showing up to school was interesting. Toilet paper covered every visible surface, papers were floating everywhere, and I swear I just walked by a guy wiping raw egg out of his hair. Walking through the walls was hard, people were running and throwing things at each other. I ducked as a ball of something flew right over me, then almost ran into Scott who was grinning so hard it had to hurt with how sharp his cheekbones are. I raised my eyebrows at Issac in question and he shrugged "He is the hot girl, whatever that means,"

"Did he happen to be talking with Stiles before that?" he nodded "Well then you probably will never understand what went on," I told him, he laughed and we parted ways. I walked into class just as "Son of a bitch!" came from inside the coach's office. He came bursting in "Mischief Night, Devil's Night. I don't care what you call it. You little punks are evil. You think it's funny every Halloween my house gets egged? A man's house is supposed to be his castle. Mine's a frickin' omelet. Oh, this? We're gonna do this again? I don't think so." He slammed the box down and smashed it with his foot. We all heard glass breaking and the coach kneeled to read the card "Happy Birthday." he sighed "Love, Greenberg." Poor Greenberg.

Cops were swarming all over the halls when I got out of class, and I couldn't figure out what was going on until Stiles blew passed without looking at me and presumably talking to almost the whole packā€¦..and the twins? Lydia grabbed me as she walked by looking grim. "...And no one knows how he woke up from anesthesia," Stile rambled. I looked at Lydia questioningly.

"William Barrow is out," She told me like I had any idea of who that was and what was going on.

Stiles continues "Just that when they opened him up, they found a tumor full of live flies, which in any other circumstance would be all kinds of awesome," Lydia froze mid-step which caused me to stumble.

"Did you say flies?" she asked. Allison looked at her in concern, asking if she was okay. "All day I have been hearing this sound. It's like This buzzing, exactly like the sound of flies," she groaned. As we walked by the history classroom I could hear Kira say she couldn't make friends for some reason, I would have gone in but whoever William Barrow was sounded like a big deal.

"Hey you guys, I can't get a hold of Scott. Lydia why don't we go and try to find them. The rest of you...maybe see if you can find anything else out?" Stiles asked us after we had almost reached the library. He began speed walking to the entrance of the school.

I threw my hands up in the air "Because that totally wouldn't be easier for the sheriff's nosey son that they all know!" I called after them. I huffed, turning around to see Issac smirking at me "What?"

"Those two have been spending an awful lot of time together," he replied smugly leaning against a locker.

"Good for them?"

"Are you jealous Ari?"

I was baffled "of course not, good for them. Didn't he save her from a bear trap a few days ago?"

"Yeah, just thought it might be getting to you now,"

I flicked my hair over my shoulder "Stiles has been in love with her for a very long time now Iz. I stopped trying to compete a while ago. Now the more interesting news would be why the hell the twins are here,"

"Oh them? They wanna join the pack" He told me like it was no big deal, he obviously could tell I was going to blow up since he held his hands out in surrender "We said no obviously!" I nodded relieved.

"Hey we're searching the basement, Barrow may still be in school," Scott called to us, trailed closely by the twins. I turned around annoyedly at Isaac.

"You were saying?" I asked through clenched teeth, and he grinned guiltily.

"Everyone, smell this. It was Barrows" Scott told everyone gathered around him, he held up what looked to be a crumpled hospital gown.

I crinkled my nose "Uh...yeah I'm going to skip out on this bonding activity, I don't have a supernatural sense of smell," I told them before walking away. At least now would be a good time to find Kira. I stopped by the history room, only her dad was there.

"Can I help you, Miss Celeste?" He asked

"Sorry Mr. Yokumura, I was looking to see if Kira wanted to have lunch with me," I told him.

He got a huge smile on his face "Ah well she is probably hiding in the library. I have been meaning to ask if you wanted to come over to dinner tonight. To thank you for helping Kira when they coyote attacked, I already asked Scott,"

"Normally I would love to, but I already have plans tonight," I told him smiling "Raincheck though," The fire alarm went off. Mr. Yokumura bolted up to his feet in surprise.

"I have to check the locker room for stragglers," he told me.

"I'll see if Kira is in the library and I'll be right out!" I told him.

"A teacher will go check, you should go now," he said.

"I'm faster than any teacher!" I called over my shoulder, already running to the library. I didn't hear anyone when going through the doors, I figured I would check anyway. I glanced down the rows until I saw Kira sitting on the floor, listening to music while reading. "Kira?" I said and waved in her eye line to get her attention. She looked surprised and pulled out her earbuds, and was even more surprised by the alarm "Man how loud were you playing that?" I asked her while smiling. I helped her up and got a chill down my spine. I looked around but didn't see anything. "Let's go before your dad sends a search party," I joked.

"Sorry if he sent you to find me," she said bashfully, wincing as we passed below a particularly loud alarm.

I smiled at her and walked a little faster, still nervous about whatever I was feeling "No problem, I was already looking for you. Couldn't find you in the cafeteria,"

"You wanted to have lunch with me?" she asked stopping short.

I nudged her along, wanting to get to where everyone else was "Yeah, I kept meaning to after you sat down with us, but today was the first day I felt like I had time," She had a huge smile and finally matched my pace to get to the front of the building. Her father hugged her tight as soon as he saw her and smiled at me again.

"Deputy Parrish?" I called out as I walked into an almost empty police station. I suddenly couldn't breathe when I didn't see anyone behind the desk. I felt my chest rising and falling quickly trying to get oxygen. Deputy Jordan Parrish stood up from behind the desk and I gasped, able to breathe again. My hand went over my heart as if I could physically stop the racing.

He looked surprised and then a look of realization came over him "Oh I am so sorry Arielle, your a little early," He sputtered "I just dropped a file, I didn't realize it would scare you so bad not to see anyone out here. They are all looking for Barrow," he tried to explain.

I waved his worry away as I focused on my breath "I didn't realize that I would be so scared to come back here," I finally told him.

"It probably doesn't help that you came here to finalize Matt's case," he said, placing his hand on my shoulder comfortingly. I smiled weakly and let him guide me to the back room and guided me to a chair "You ready to put this all behind you?"

I nodded grimly "I don't think I'll ever be over it, but I'll be more than happy not to speak to a lawyer for a while,"

He smiled at that and placed a file in front of me, next to a box that was already there "I just need one signature from you and you can take this box," he said reassuredly.

I was confused about the box but was so happy to sign the paperwork that stated the case was closed and I would not come back later and try to fight the court for more settlement money down the road. I hadn't wanted anything from the ordeal, but the hospital bills had been expensive and I didn't want my parents to suffer. I signed it and handed it back to him. He hesitated and then gave me the box. "These are your things that were found at his house, the pictures are all copies. Unfortunately, the originals will have to stay in evidence for 10 years before they can be destroyed,"

He watched me closely as I opened the box shakily. There were pictures of me, at least 200, and some personal items such as a pair of my underwear, a bracelet I thought I lost, and some notes that we had passed in class. I felt bile rise in my throat and I pushed the box away, "I don't want any of it Jordan," I told him and I backed away "I want it burned," He looked at me closely and nodded. I felt uncomfortable with myself suddenly. I had been so glad to put this behind me, but seeing everything in that box made me feel unsure about everything all over again.

I could feel Jordan's eyes on me, full of understanding "I know you probably don't feel like being touched, but if you need a hug to tide you over until you see your mom, I'm here," I rushed into his open arms, and I bawled.

After a few minutes, I stepped back, embarrassed when I saw the giant wet spot on his uniform. He smiled tentatively and I smiled back "Thank you for going through the whole trial with me," I told him "You were amazing, and helped my family through so much. They would love to make you dinner sometime," I told him.

"I will let you know," he told me reassuringly "Don't worry, I will get rid of the box. Let me walk you to your car," I nodded, so relieved to be leaving the police station.

The power went out. I froze holding onto Jordan's wrist so tightly that it must have hurt. The backup generator turned on and the lights began to flash. I started to hyperventilate and sway on my feet, not having any control of my body. I was thrown back to that night, running from Matt, my arms useless, hearing my friends yelling, feeling my collarbone re-break slowly and painfully.

"Arielle. Arielle!" I heard my name being called, I was disoriented. I was on the ground gasping for air, my hands clutched over my ears. Jordan cautiously reached for my hand, massaging it for a second to unfreeze it and did it for the other one "Close your eyes, Arielle, okay?" He asked me calmly "I'm going to walk you out of here, slowly. Then I'm going to drive you home. Do you understand?" I nodded, my eyes clenched tight. He helped me up slowly and didn't remove my hand from his until I felt fresh air hit me. I gasped for breath again, then slumped over into him exhausted. He moved my seemingly boneless body into his police car. As soon as the door closed I was out.
