Takes place after the events of episode 39.

Ever since Akira turned into Devilman in front of Miki, Miki has always adored him no matter what.

But this night.

This night would change all that.

"Akira?" Miki called out, looking for Akira, who was downstairs with Miki's father.

"Miki!"

Akira ran to her, and gave her a big hug.

He blushed as he did so.

"Miki's beauty, flaws, and basically everything about her makes me feel that special feeling…." Akira thought to himself, "But what is that special feeling?"

"Oh, Akira…" Miki sighed, and smiled.

"Oh, Miki!" Akira shouted, "There's this dance I wanted to go to, but I wanted to ask you something."

"Yes, Akira?" Miki answered, a slight blush on her face.

"Will…

Will you go to the dance with me?" He asked, stuttering in the process.

"Akira… of course." Miki replied, with a huge smile on her face.

The night of the dance arrived.

Akira wasn't really a huge fan of tuxedos, but he wore one just for Miki.

"You ready, Akira?" Miki shouted.

"Yeah! Come on down!" Akira shouted back.

Miki walked down the stairs, wearing a beautiful blue and white dress, with a blue headband and a white bow on it.

Akira was surprised, but amazingly blushing at the sight of Miki in her dress.

Mr. Makimura drove the two to the dance.

Akira would normally use his motorbike to travel to places, but he didn't want his tuxedo or Miki's dress all ruined this time.

"Have fun now!" Mr. Makimura shouted, before driving off.

Akira and Miki walked inside the school, where the dance was held, knowing the dance would start any minute.

The music then started to play.

Everyone danced and danced.

Everyone was having a good time.

"I'll be right back." Akira said, to Miki.

He then walked to the DJ, and requested the DJ to play slow, romantic music.

The DJ then put on a slow, romantic song.

Miki then noticed Akira walking back to her.

Akira brought out his hand.

"May I have this dance?" He asked.

Miki then put her soft, gentle hand onto Akira's.

He pulled her close, and started to dance slowly.

He twirled Miki around, and brought her back into his arms.

"This is my chance!" Akira thought to himself.

"Akira-"

Akira leaned in and kissed Miki. The moment that would change everything was here.

Miki blushed, but embraced the kiss and kissed Akira back.

Akira then pulled away, and smiled at Miki.

"I love you, Miki." He mumbled.

Miki had a huge smile on her face.

"I love you too, Akira." Miki replied.

After the dance, Miki and Akira got in the car, where Miki's father was waiting in.

She laid her head on Akira's shoulder, smiling from the experience she had tonight.

Akira gently squeezed Miki's hand, never letting go of it.

Bonus:

After the two came home with Miki's father, Akira noticed Miki fell asleep.

He picked her up, and carried her upstairs to her room.

Mr. and Mrs. Makimura noticed this and smiled.

Akira sat Miki down on the bed, and laid down next to her, pulling her close.

"Miki, you are my angel, and I love you very much. I will never leave you." He whispered softly.

He then kissed her forehead, and fell asleep, knowing he would wake up with Miki in his arms.
