As most of my friends already know, I'm an avid player of the MMORPG known as Rift. Rift has some of the deepest lore in any game I've ever seen, and said lore is a rather large part of why I enjoy the game so much.

That being said, This story will be direct transcriptions of books and other sources of lore scattered throughout the game. Keep in mind, there will be no significance to the order of the chapters or books. It's only the order that I transcribe them in.

Once I reach the end of what books I already have, a daunting 37 as of the publishing of this story, I will upload as I get new books in the game, or uncover more lore.

With all that being said, I present to you, the first chapter of The Lore of Telara.
