ok, I know that I told everyone I would never write anything for this fandom again, but changed my mind and again, here I am, with a new story.
Once again, I'm using the storyline of "Saving Daddy" because I disliked the way the series ended and decide do do my own ending. I know much of you dislike my idea, but, who cares? I'm writing for myself and because its fan fiction, I'm entitled to write what I want.

A SAY OF SUMMER
As the last weekend of summer approach, the Covey family decide to go for a picnic at the park, to celebrate; celebrate Dr. Covey's recovery, Lara Jean going to UNC, Margot's back to Scotland and Kitty's good report cards. They even brought Peter together, as Lara Jean wanted to spend much time with him.
Sure, after the schame, the family had gone to Korea o a recovering trip, but since they are back, Lara Jean wanted to spend much time as possible with Peter.

"Can Josh go too?" Asked Kitty, as the three girls prepared the picnic basket.
"No" said Margot quickly
"Why not?" The younger sister asked " we're going as friends"
"Because it will be awkward since we're not dating anymore, besides, Peter is a bit annoying near Josh" Margot said
"Hey, Pete isn't annoying" Lara Jean defend her boyfriend
"He's a bit" agreed Margot, but when Lara Jean was about to reply, Dr. Covey appear on the kitchen, already ready to the strolling.
"Hey there my princesses, let's go, everything settled?" He asked
" Everything settled, Daddy! " they said
"So what are we waiting for? Let's go!" The doctor smiled excited and they left to the park.

Peter was already there when they arrived, the sky was blue and the park wasn't full, but not too empty, it was perfect for a picnic.
"Hello Covey family, Lara Jean, you look awesome!" Peter kissed her.
"Hey Pete, thanks for coming" the girl smiled back
"You're welcome. Dr. Covey, are you fine?"
"I'm fine Peter, thanks!" The old doctor said happily
"We're all fine, just sad that you get annoyed around Josh" Kitty said in a hurry and Lara Jean blushed.
"Kitty!" Dr. Covey scold her
" Hey, i'm not annoyed Kid, Josh who is annoying" Peter correct her "now let's eat? I'm starving!" He said and the family were happy for changing the subject.

They chose the perfect place to have lunch, place the towel on the floor and get together to eat, the picnic basket were full of delicious treats, both Korean and american and they talked about their plans for the future, when suddenly, Margot spot a woman looking at them.
"You lost something?" The older Song Girl asked angry and the woman ashamed, goes away
"What was that Margot?" The father asked " why you asked that to the poor woman? "
"Don't know Daddy, i was trying to protect us, i think" she said.
"Don't do it anymore, ok, we are safe, no need to be protected." He said and turn his attention to Peter " Pete, what you plan for the university? "
"No idea... Probably i will join Lara Jean at UNC, but don't know yet." He said and asked Lara Jean what she thought, meanwhile, the girl told her boyfriend, she would love his company at UNC, she also wanted Peter to follow his dream, or something.
Margot on the other hand, planned to go back as soon as possible to home, but to some festivity. And for everyone surprise, Kitty said she was having a crush at some colleague at school.
With that, with laugh and fun, the Covey family spend they last weekend of Summer and the best day they ever had that year.
