Chapter 115: Red Knight

Hey everyone I'm back with a new chapter. I am also happy to say that WinxStarDracoFire has made a Reading version of this story so please have a look. I'd also like to thank SuperHeroTimeFan for his new design for Chase. There are also some new characters coming in next chapter, lets see if you can figure out who some of them are. So now that Ansem was the school's new Science teacher Rumpelstiltskin was no longer a teacher but they found a new job for him.

Rumpelstiltskin was forced to clean up after the dragons and boy was he miserable.

"Ugh this is humiliating. Stupid Ansem the Wise, more like Ansem the Job Stealer." Rumpelstiltskin said shoveling hay when an engine roared causing him to slip and land right in the dragon droppings.

"Oh man, I am loving this right now." Brooke laughs.

"He's much more suited to this job than teaching." The female narrator laughs.

At the front of the school, Sora's old Gummi Ship landed.

"Wow Hayner, you're getting better." Phineas said as he, Ferb, Perry, Hayner, Pence and Olette walked out.

"Yeah thanks for the upgrades." Hayner said.

"Oh man I can't wait to see the look on their faces." Pence smiles.

In the Computer Room, Ansem was typing furiously as several computer screens were in front of him.

"So you really think you can replicate all the data that was in the computer at Twilight Town?" Sora asks.

"I created all that data. The files may be gone but I still have these." Ansem said pointing to his head before eating some Sea Salt Ice Cream. "Mmm been so long since I ate one of these."

"Wow everyone loves that ice cream." Brooke said.

"I want one of those." The male narrator said.

"What are you trying to do exactly?" Namine asks.

"Roxas says he and the Wonderland kids are going to bring a new ally to our side. I figure I should make sure this one is welcomed properly." Ansem said typing and an image of a Digivice appeared.

In the Student Rec Room, some of the Forever After Fighters were sitting around relaxing when someone snuck up behind Kitty.

"What's up Forever After Fighters?!" Hayner smiles grabbing Kitty surprising her.

"Hayner?!" Kitty smiles turning around.

"Hey Kitty, surprised?" Hayner asks.

"Yeah." Kitty smiles hugging him. "What are you guys doing here?"

"What do you think? We came to congratulate you guys." Olette smiles.

"O-Olette." Hooper gulps surprised by this.

"Pence." Blondie smiles as they hugged happy to see each other.

"Oh there you are Perry." Roxas said.

"Hey guys, the renovations to the Twilight Mansion are totally complete. You have your base back." Phineas said.

"Thanks guys, hey how do you know Perry by the way?" Roxas asks.

"He used to be our pet until we discovered he was an Agent working with Yen Sid in the battle against the darkness. We felt a little betrayed and hurt at first, but bygones be bygones and now we're good, right buddy?" Phineas asks as Perry chirps giving the thumbs up.

"Wait you worked for Yen Sid?" Sora asks.

"Yeah, when he couldn't find any keyblade wielders Yen Sid searched around for anyone who could help him keep the darkness from taking over. Perry's actually the reason Ferb and I joined up." Phineas said.

"Any amount of danger is worth the risk to stand alongside the ones you care about on the battlefield." Ferb said.

"Wow Ferb that was beautiful." Blondie said.

"So how did you guys get here anyhow?" Hopper asks.

"We took Sora's old Gummi Ship and Phineas and Ferb tricked it out for us." Pence smiles.

"Now we can visit you guys whenever we want." Olette smiles.

"That's awesome." Roxas said when his mirrorphone vibrated meaning he got an alert. "Oh wow, Kitty we got to go meet up with the others before we leave."

"Oh yeah you're right." Kitty remembered.

"Where are you guys going?" Hayner asks.

"We got to go to Wonderland to pick someone up, but while we're there Lizzie, Alistair, Maddie, Bunny, Courtly and I are gonna go see our families." Kitty said.

"Aw man already, but we just got here. I wanted to hear all about the Games." Hayner said.

"Well if you'd like maybe you could come with me, I guess." Kitty offers nervously surprising him.

"Me? Come with you to Wonderland to meet your mom?" Hayner blushes.

"Well, yeah I mean you and I have been spending a lot of time together. I think you would really like Wonderland." Kitty blushes.

"Uh sure." Hayner said.

As Kitty, Hayner and Roxas left to get the other Wonderland Kids, Pence was looking at all the footage Blondie recorded.

"Wow, this is beyond incredible." Pence said.

"Fiore a world full of interesting and fun people but extremely dangerous enemies." Blondie cringed.

"Yeah but I thought you were pretty cool. I mean when you helped fight against that Neppa guy and the mini dragons you were so cool." Pence said.

"I may be a reporter but sometimes you have to get off the sidelines and help your friends." Blondie nods.

"Well good to know you're more than just a pretty face." Pence said causing Blondie to blush slightly.

"You think I'm pretty?" Blondie asks.

"Uh well yeah I mean—" Pence stutters causing Blondie to giggle.

"Wanna help me with my next Mirrorcast?" Blondie asks.

"I'd love to." Pence nods as they both walked outside.

By the TV, Olette and Hopper were talking.

"I got to say I was kind of worried seeing you all fight." Olette said.

"The others maybe, but I didn't do much." Hopper said.

"You were there weren't you?" Olette asks.

"Well yeah." Hopper nods.

"Then that's enough it showed your friends who were fighting that you were there to support you. Sometimes just being there for people is enough." Olette said.

"Like how you guys are here for us." Hopper realized.

Smiling Olette bops him on the nose causing Hopper to blush making her giggle.

Coming through a portal, Roxas, Lizzie, Maddie, Alistair, Bunny, Kitty, Courtly and Hayner arrived in front of the Queen of Hearts castle.

"Whoa." Hayner said blown away. "You guys live here?"

"No just me, this is my Mother and Aunt's castle." Lizzie smiles.

"Dang." Hayner said as they walked to the front where two card soldiers were standing guard.

"I am here to see my mother." Lizzie said.

"Of course your majesty." One said when the other card soldier noticed Roxas and Alistair and gasps.

"It's you guys!" He gasps pointing at them.

"Uh yeah." Alistair said.

"You're the guys from the new painting." He said getting their attention.

"Painting? What painting?" Roxas asks.

Walking into the castle, everyone saw a large painting of Roxas, Alistair and Alice facing the Jabberwocky.

"That's new." Alistair said.

"Wow is that what happened when you guys slayed it?" Courtly asks.

"More or less but I don't remember us looking like that." Alistair said.

"I think it's very heroic." Bunny giggles causing Alistair to rub the back of his head.

"There they are!" The main door opens to revel the Queen of Hearts. "Lizzie!"

"Mother!" Lizzie smiles running over and hugging her.

"There's my young queen." Queen of Hearts smiles.

"I missed you." Lizzie smiles.

"What about me?" The White Queen asks walking in.

"How could I forget you Auntie?" Lizzie said giving her a hug too.

Maddie smiles when suddenly a cart was pushed behind her and a large hat was placed on her head. Turning around she saw the Mad Hatter smiling. "Dad!"

"Maddie." He laughs.

"Whistle, cradle, up top, down sideways, shake and to the moon!" Maddie and Mad Hatter said doing their favorite handshake before she gave her dad back his hat but he elbowed it causing it land right on Roxas's head.

"Hey Mr. Hatter good to see you again." Roxas smiles.

"Roxas, hey still able to pull off the big hats I see." Mad Hatter laughs taking it off and putting it back on his head.

"Wow, so where's your mom?" Hayner asks when the Cheshire Cat appears behind Hayner and leans in.

"Turn around." She whispers startling him causing Hayner and Kitty to turn around.

"Hi mom." Kitty smiles.

"I saw you during the Hide and Seek, you were sneaky and clever." Cheshire Cat grins.

"Thanks mom." Kitty smiles hugging her before letting go. "Mom, there's someone I want you to meet. Mom this is Hayner."

"Nice to meet you." Hayner said a little nervously causing the Cheshire Cat to narrow her eyes.

"There's my Keyblade warrior." Alice said as she and the White Rabbit came in.

"Dad." Bunny smiles.

"Hey Mom, did you watch the games?" Alistair asks.

"I did, you were amazing against Gajeel." Alice said.

"You may have lost, but you proved to all of us how strong you've gotten." The White Rabbit said.

"Courtly, long time no see." Courtly turns to see Chase walking in but his outfit was different. He was wearing a black vest with metal shoulder pads, a red shirt under, black pants and a red sword strapped to his hip.

"Chase, the red knight." Courtly smiles walking up to him. "Been a long time."

"Yeah not since you left me in charge of Wonderland High." Chase said causing Courtly to cringe.

"Listen Chase, I just want to say even though I put you in charge for the wrong reasons you did a very good job taking over Wonderland High and…I'm happy to have you back by my side." Courtly smiles.

"Me too." Chase smiles when suddenly multiple clocks went off.

"What's going on?" Hayner asks startled.

"Tea time!" Everyone from Wonderland said.

"Roxas?" Hayner asks looking to him.

"I've learned to just go along with the madness, it's a lot more fun that way." Roxas shrugs as a giant table full of tea and sweets came out for all of them.

As all of them sat down Roxas sat next to the Queen of Hearts and Lizzie.

"Hi your majesty." Roxas smiles.

"Roxas, always a pleasure." Queen of Hearts smiled.

"So, you gonna share with me when you had that put in?" Roxas asks pointing to the painting.

"Well Roxas everyone in Wonderland loves my trophy of the Jabberwocky's head and quite a few people wanted to know the story of how you three slayed our greatest monster." Queen of Hearts said.

"Since I was there when it happened I used the best of my abilites to describe the battle and a painter turned it into that." The White Queen said.

"I like it." Alistair said.

"Yeah, never had someone do a painting of me before. I guess that's a good way of knowing you guys like me." Roxas said causing everyone to laugh.

"So Hayner how long have you and Kitty been seeing each other?" Cheshire Cat asks.

"About a few weeks little over a month." Hayner said.

"I see." She narrows her eyes causing Kitty to gulp.

'Kitty tries to impress her mom by pulling pranks so maybe if I tried I can get her attention.' Hayner thought as he looked around the room and table before getting an idea.

"Mrs. Cheshire, I know I didn't make the best first impression but I wanted to give you something." Hayner said getting their attention as he handed her a cupcake.

"Where did you get it from? The table?" She said not impressed before taking a bite, but when she did suddenly everyone heard a loud popping noise as a mini fireworks show went off in her motuh causing her to swallow tea to put it out making everyone laugh.

"Gotcha! I put exploding pop rocks in that cake." Hayner said.

The Cheshire Cat turns to him and a smirk appears on her face before she burst into laughter.

"Oh my fairy godmother I can't remember the last time someone was able to prank me like that!" She laughs.

"Hayner how did you know my love pranks?" Kitty asks.

"Well I just thought of you, you always like causing trouble so I thought she does too." Hayner said.

"I do, very much. I like you Hayner." Cheshire Cat smiles.

Smiling Kitty was so happy, her mother was liking the boy in her life.

"Now this is one fun tea party." Brooke said.

"So Chase, you really want to join the Forever After Fighters?" Bunny asks sipping her tea.

"I do, you guys are amazing and I want to do what you guys do. Help people and see other worlds." Chase said.

"Trust me Chase, it's so much more." Kitty said.

"Being a Forever After Fighter, it's amazing. By doing this we do things we never thought we could do." Alistair said.

"It can make a better person." Courtly smiles.

"And sometimes, it can lead to something amazing." Lizzie said looking to Roxas and saw the Wayfinder she made him was in his jacket pocket and smiles which her mother notices.

"Wow, I can't wait to get started." Chase said blown away.

"Hold on, I want to have a word with Roxas and my daughter before anyone leaves." Queen of Hearts said standing up. "Would you mind walking with me?"

"Sure." Roxas said as he and Lizzie stood up and they walked out of the room.

"Hey Maddie, I want to show you kids something." Mad Hatter said reaching into his hat and pulled out a poster.

When it unrolled everyone saw a poster ad for the Wonderland Haberdashery with the Forever After Fighter's logo and a stick of Sea Salt Ice Cream.

"Sea Salt Ice Cream, the Forever After Fighter's Food of choice." The Mad Hatter said.

"No way." Maddie smiles.

"We're the face of Sea Salt Ice Cream?" Courtly smiles.

"I can't stop selling them. I had to buy a second freezer so we could keep up." Mad Hatter said.

"All that for an ice cream flavor?" Chase said confused.

Meanwhile, in the Queen of Hearts garden, Roxas and Lizzie were watching as she whacked a croquet ball through a hoop.

"Good shot." Roxas said.

"She taught me everything I know." Lizzie said holding a croquet mallet.

"Roxas you ever play?" Queen of Hearts asks.

"Uh no I don't think so." Roxas said as she gestured for him to walk over and hands him a mallet.

"Here give it a try." Queen of Hearts said.

Holding a croquet mallet, Roxas lines it up against the ball before whacking it causing it to roll towards the hoop but at the last second it rolls to the side causing it to miss by an inch.

"Aw man almost had it." Roxas groans.

"You missed! Off with your head!" The Queen of Hearts said but Roxas wasn't fazed. "Hmm most panic when I do that."

"Sorry Queen of Hearts, Lizzie has said that to me so many times I'm basically immune to it. Plus I know you don't mean it." Roxas smirks causing her to smile.

"I like you Roxas." Queen of Hearts said. "Listen I'm sorry about how I reacted during the Magic Games."

"It's not a problem you were just worried about Lizzie. I understand." Roxas said.

"Roxas and all my friends made sure I was okay." Lizzie said.

"I know, but sometimes I worry. You're my daughter it's my job to." Queen of Hearts said.

"I know, but I can take care of myself." Lizzie said.

"Don't worry your majesty, Lizzie's a great Forever After Fighter I'm lucky to have her on my team." Roxas smiles.

"I know and I know you'll take good care of my Lizzie." Queen of Hearts said causing Lizzie's eyes to widen.

"Well I better go get the others." Roxas said walking inside.

"Mother, what did you mean by take care of me?" Lizzie asks narrowing her eyes.

"Oh nothing." Queen of Hearts giggles.

Back at Ever After High, Chase and Roxas were in Headmaster Grimm's office with Ansem as he walked up to Chase before reaching out.

"This is for you." Ansem said putting something in his hand.

Opening it, Chase saw it was a Digivice. "Whoa, really?"

"Ansem how were you able to make one so quickly?" Roxas asks.

"I created them, of course I know how to make them and I think I found the perfect Digimon partner for a soldier like you." Ansem smiles.

Looking to it Chase's Digivice glows and from it a little blue dragon in a military outfit and a rifle strapped to his back appeared.

"Are you my Digimon?" Chase asks.

"Sir yes sir! Commandramon ready for battle sir!" Commandramon saluting him.

"Whoa, a Soldier Digimon." Roxas said impressed.

"I thought it was a good choice." Ansem smirks.

"I look forward to battling alongside you soldier." Chase said saluting Commandramon back causing the military Digimon to smile before he went back into the Digivice.

"We look forward to having you here at our school Mr. Redford. Here is your schedule, I think you'll find your classes very interesting." Milton said handing Chase his schedule.

"Wow it's not as strict as Wonderland High." Chase said.

"Yeah well we have more than just one day." Roxas said.

"Speaking of, since you will be here for more than one day, we need to get you a room." Giles said.

"Unfortunately, there are no more extra rooms available, so you'll have to room with someone." Milton said.

"Cool, so who's my roommate?" Chase asks.

"Right there." Milton points to Roxas surprising them.

"Wow, looks like Roxas finally has a roommate." Brooke said.

Meanwhile, in space, Hayner, Pence and Olette flew back to Twilight Town, the three of them had smiles on their faces.

"So how was Wonderland?" Pence asks.

"Pretty wild and crazy. You guys would love it." Hayner said.

"I hope they come by and visit I wanna show them what the Mansion has to offer." Olette said when they heard a honking.

Looking forward they saw another ship heading towards them.

Panicking Hayner yanks the ship out of the way to avoid crashing.

Grabbing the commlink Hayner spoke into hey. "Hey watch where you're going! You almost killed us!"

"Sorry was watching the new Darkwing Duck Special." A male voice said.

"You were watching TV while flying?" Olette asks.

"I told you to turn that bloody show off Launchpad!" An elderly voice said. "Listen up, whoever this is. Move your jalopy out of my way! We're in a hurry!"

"What's the problem?" Pence asks when they heard multiple voices in the background.

"Come on I wanna meet the Forever After Fighters!" An excited little girl voice said.

"Webbigale calm down." An older female voice.

"Guys patience, Junior Woodchuck Rule—"

"Oh please don't start!"

"Shut up!"

"Alright that's enough!" A female voice yells quieting everyone down. "Hi sorry about that, I'm trying to find my annoying brother and a friend said he's at a world called Ever After High what direction is it in?"

"You're looking for Ever After High? Yeah keep going north you can't miss it." Hayner said.

"Thank you." She said before they flew off.

"Who were those guys?" Olette asks.

"I don't know." Hayner said.

"Sounded like a family on a road trip." Pence said as they made their way back to Twilight Town.

In Roxas's room, Chase was setting up his bed and hanging his old red knight armor up before looking to his hip where his digivice was.

"I look forward to fighting alongside you soldier." Chase smiles.

"So Chase, you ready to be a Forever After Fighter?" Roxas asks walking over.

"I'll do my best to show you didn't make a mistake choosing me." Chase said.

"Don't worry Chase, I'm your roommate not your boss." Roxas said telling him to calm down.

"Sorry, just a little nervous, I guess. Truth is I wanted to join shortly after you guys helped Courtly. It's amazing how much she's changed because of you guys." Chase said.

"Oh yeah, you were by her side since Wonderland High." Roxas recalls.

"Yep." Chase nods.

"I've always wondered, why did you stick by her for so long?" Roxas asks.

"Well I felt bad for her, no one in Wonderland wanted to hang out with her and I thought she deserved at least one friend plus…she's kind cute." Chase admits causing Roxas's eyes to widen.

"Chase you have a crush on Courtly?" Roxas asks as a soft blush appears on his face.

"A little." Chase nods.

"Wow." Roxas said.

"Well roomie, I hope you and I have lots of adventures together." Chase said holding out his hand.

"Thanks Chase." Roxas smiles shaking it.

"Hey can you answer one question? What the heck is this Sea Salt Ice Cream? Everywhere I look I see someone wanting one. Is it good?" Chase asks.

"Chase buddy you have no idea." Roxas chuckles.
