"Your excellency?" Rosalie, who always appears from out of the blue, curtsy as the decorum dictates for her, leaving the door open. Leading both doctors' Alphys and Doctor Crystal in with the recently hired work-study medical resident, who both Alphys and Crystal vouched for. After the unfortunate leak, I had to make sure everyone in on top secrets were vetted. Rosalie, for her part, to her regular position at Sans, left standing near Calibri bowing to the duchess and prince in turn and calling for an attendant to bring a chair for her.

"Your Majesty? Sorry for the interrupting, but you asked us to come to find you when we were done examining the human." Taking a moment to breathe a miracle, Alphys could say all that without stuttering was an accomplishment all its own. Both doctors curtsying, and the resident bowed in respect.

"As you asked us to give you a full report on the human's injuries. As well as how long it will take for her to recover from the injuries she sustained." Smolder, for his part, spoke up as he had from what the room could tell been taking notes of the incidents and had the medical chart in his hand.

"I also know that you wanted it brought to you immediately as we could." If there is one thing, Doctor Crystal is punctual and blunt as stone breaking a window.

"You asked that all three of us give you a full in-depth report on the lab work and the state of the human as of recently. We were able to get back the preliminary lab work that we sent for this human." Doctor crystal said it with her usual nearly nonchalant tone.

"That's one of the reasons it took us so long we had to make the staff ramp up a process that would typically take us a few days. As well as we half-finished report from what our technicians and the guards posted at the Glittering Falls security center were able to gather from the security cameras. That they were able to glean from the security cameras." Alphys seems to sputter. She can barely be understood even if you were used to it.

Doctor Crystal, on the other hand, was looking at Papyrus with a tilted chin in his direction. Considering not even a week ago, we were discussing the health of the patients and dismissed them. Papyrus without him realizing the conversation was of high importance.

"Would you prefer to speak about this privately or?" Giving this moment the gravitas, it needs, this is a state secret after all. Only those who needed to know, and my most trusted and top brass knew and were allowed to know about the reality that is required to break the barrier. Hence, it was understandable why Crystal was asking politely. After that, everything that happened. Especially with Doctor Drew, causing a wrench to the typical chain of operation with some of the most trusted within the royal guards and those within the staff of the castle doubting my actions. Considering the trouble, she and Alphys were in for their efforts in everything that happened? The constant show of respect and deference was more than expected.

However, San's could see out of the corner of his sockets Aunt Calibri looking at him with a raised brow. Calibri knew Sans well enough, that he didn't like the constant insistence of protocol but, after their actions and lack of hindsight and discretion. Making them adhere protocol to this extreme was light compared to what they have brought, by letting that idiot into a top-secret facility.

"No, no, no Prince Papyrus has been informed of all of this information; he knows the situation and what the goal is. Go ahead, if you, please give us both a full report." His tone losing his easy-going tone but instead replaced with a tinge of seriousness taking its place. Something Calibri hasn't seen since, just before leaving the castle, to put her full focus on leading the engineering division into creating the rail system. It made both Papyrus, and Calibri souls squeeze with both pride and slight sadness. Just the way he assumes a persona when addressing people who work directly for him. With barely any hesitation with an ease that made Papyrus shocked at the commanding tone and authority, he was commanding something he was unused and didn't expect from him.

"Well, there were lacerations all over her body. Fractures and broken cartilage in both her face and she has cracked her skull. ." Smolder, for his part, was as shy as when he was hired on has written a detailed incident of the report of the latest humans' injuries.

"We had to sedate her and put her down for at least a few more hours. When we were trying to examine her, she was still awake. While we were talking, I noticed her eyes were in slits trying to slyly listen to us, and her eyes were spinning in their sockets." Doctor Alphys explained in her rushed stammer speech.

"It's incredible the amount determination this human has shown, but there is a lot wrong here, and she needs to be thoroughly checked over. More so than the other humans prior, they were strong souls but not to this level, and I am fascinated by this human. Her spirit and power." Doctor Alphys getting that glint in her eyes Sans realizing that he might need to put his foot down about her experimentation.

"Alphys, you can't use her like a lab rat. You can't just experiment with her because of the anomalies you noticed on initial scans." Aunt Calibri, who for the most part, seemed to assess the report, was frowning at some of it. Sans noticed her behavior in his peripheral with a rise of a brow bone.

"Do I look like a mad scientist like you, your highness?" Her stutter sounded slightly pronounced, and she seemed annoyed with accusation.

"There were many inconsistencies for the basic test both for her soul, and her biological reading were rather odd as well. My colleague and I believe that further testing is beyond crucial, and honestly? We haven't seen anything like this in the other patient."

"We will be as gentle as possible, as well as the fact the moment we believe she can be cleared medically, we will allow you to speak with her" Doctor Crystal, for her part, said this with a cold and clinical detachment she was well-known for. Still, anyone could see there was an underlying movement of her eyebrow betraying her desire to laugh at Sans because his concern for this human was out of character for him.

"But for right now, we will need a lot of personnel at our disposal. if you don't want her moved to the heated heights lab and want her in the castle correct?"

"I don't want her moved. I rather Frisk be in the palace where she is comforted and actually behave a discussion and allow to be here in the castle." Sans looked at the doctor. The pupils had finally returned. The concept clear that he didn't want her waking up terrified and feeling like she was going to die, especially in the lab surround by monsters she hasn't met before, at least not in this reset. She was already under the belief. Sans hoped that he could make her realized she had nothing to fear. When she wakes up in a fluffy bed with the explanations at the ready, it made sense. However, still, there were questions on everyone's mind on the annoyance at being questioned on the decisions.

"I'm under the impression, according to Grillby's report? When she was at the bar, it was overheard by the staff and Grillby that she is under the wrong impression." Alphys shaking her head, looking at us. Taking a breath and continuing on.

"Grillby overheard a private conversation between Frisk speaking to Asriel. From what Grillby could gather of the plan, they were talking. Giving her caution to be careful from here on out. That he could only take her to the edge of Snowdin, to be wary of Undyne. Since she patrols Glittering Falls all alone and that Chara would find her in the Core's Labyrinth. That Asgore would meet her at the edge of Heated Heights. It's well-planned strategy mapped out or who would escort her and when. I would almost be proud of it if it didn't ruin us actually breaking the barrier and the fact her soul can't just waltz out of here anymore then she can." Alphys

"Now I entirely regret not informing Asgore and his family. I wasn't sure about whether I wanted to involve Asgore's family anymore in the capital's business. Considering they chose to live In The Ruins, one of the few who still live within the ruins, it felt wrong to have them know the secret, to have that knowledge, and challenge me on it. As well as the fact I was following the sage wisdom of the less who know, the lesser chance state secrets leak into the general population. But there nothing I can do now. I will be explaining the situation to all of them as soon as I can."

"Rosalie, you have them scheduled for tomorrow evening and have them accompany me for dinner, correct?" Sans said to Rosalie, questioning whether she had or not.

Rosalie, for her part, had already scheduled that in. She was nodding that he was correct. There's a reason she was Sans right hand. When it comes to knowing and anticipating him and to keep him on schedule. When he usually might not get up until late in the day or not keep up with the schedule to most of the underground. They, the population of the underground look to Rosalie like she was heaven sent. Since she had as much a part of keeping the kingdom running smoothly as everyone else, but her contribution was notable and worthy of a smile.

"I will alert them to these plans. From this forward, I will be more transparent. They should be more than agreeable. I'll ask later if there will be a dress code for dinner tomorrow." Rosalie, for her part, stated it rather softly for a banshee, but when she needs to be, she was soft-spoken as a whisper in the night.

"With the hope that the Dreemurrs can accept the secret in question and if that won't suffice? A tour around the facility would be enough to make them realize we haven't nor ever will hurt anyone."

"She heard the rumors and believes the worse of me and my intentions. I want to show her the sights when she is medically cleared to do so." Shrugging trying to look nonchalant, but Papyrus heard something. Something he hadn't heard before in his San's voice deciding to focus his attention on his older brother. Sans, who was usually a balance of supreme laziness and a playful calming presence even when we are on our own that is how he is for us. That is how he appears to the citizen within the barrier a show of positivity and hope? So, to see him entirely pulling his weight, rank, and position?

So, seeing him actually doing his duties and setting out an order and being the leader and force monster kind needs. But Papyrus will admit with some remorse, that he worked so often with the royal guard making sure the cadets are up to his standards. That he probably misses so much of the daily activity and actions that Sans usually do on a daily basis. It was unexpected, but something he shouldn't be shocking.

"So, you two are going to do another long battery of tests. For who knows how long?" Sans, for his part, knew he sounded petulant. But living several millennia without your soulmate had been hell on Sans, and it had made cold to female monsters propositioning him or trying to gain his attention in some way shape or form.

"Your majesty, I know your excited about this human. I know how much is hanging on this human being able to consent to all of this."

"It would be flagrantly dangerous if we allow anyone in there! When this human is in a more critical state, then any, who has been brought to the capital before, We can't let anyone see them right now at such time. For that, I am sorry." Doctor Crystal had a frown on her face. As emotionless as some monsters assume, she was if there something I understand is micro facial changes. Considering I used to be unable to change my expression. With my eyebrows being the few things that keyed other monsters in on my mood of the day.

"While we did do some blood work and found that she's actually low and a lot of the vitamin she needs to stay alive.

"Most of her vitals were unnaturally low; we must put her on a lot of careful surveillance. No visiting her for at least a week, I haven't seen a human nearly this badly hurt since those two humans fell together, the lovers."

Ahh, I remember them fondly, Sans thought to himself fondly in away. Heck, I still visit them often speak with them and learning from them. They have the most open and honest relationship that I had seen personally. They are a great way to learn about human relationships, at least at the time they fell. And I have pulled them out of the coma every once and a while to make sure that they are doing okay. They were engaged to one another. But the injuries they sustained where horrifying it took months. Nearly a year to able to discuss with them the situation and to really explain to them. What they could or couldn't do, and they were so grateful for the care and consideration that everything else was minor. They were thankful to be alive and together, for that matter. They were the sweetest couple we had seen, and it was odd to experience. When we saw the colors of their souls and realized their soul's trait, the woman was perseverance, and the man was bravery. I have seen their soul react to one another, not to the extent to the other scientist. I spend a lot of time ruling hearing the worries and concerns of the citizens. Speaking with others about expansion and ensuring the chain of progress/ commerce is a well-oiled machine. Something that made me upset I wasn't actively involved

Every human soul was different, but the main component of a human soul was always the same. As a human soul, the composition is a lot more complicated then what a monster soul comprised of. But a human soul is comprised of determination who they are and capable of being a human can live without their soul, but it's not really living. But a human soul is a sturdy thing just like humans themselves. They can be used, torn to shreds, and it will find the strength to fix itself. Unless the human is dead, then it can take damage only so much suffering, then it has gone forever. That's one of the things I can say. I have studied a lot well and studied any science that piques my interest; the world keeps changing, but the laws of physics, science, and math haven't. They are staunchly in place. For that, I am grateful, but I wish I didn't come at the cost of time, not moving forward at least the script of my life is unpredictable. But soul science and its magic were never my forte in a sense. That could say with full certainty everything and anything that a soul human or monster is capable of being. My most active pursuit was the science and magic from the quantum perspective. That's where my most dependable knowledge lies there.

"So other than that, we're probably going to run another diagnostic on her body. We couldn't find everything, so we're going to have to do a lot of overtime for this one boss. The human last year wasn't nearly as battered. But they also weren't walking around during a carnival and got attacked by Undyne. So, it's understandable.

"Well, there were lacerations, fractures, and broken cartilage in both her face and she had a cracked her skull." Alphys rattled off, she wasn't even looking at me.

"We had to sedate her and put her down for at least a few hours when we were trying to examine her; she was still awake."

"While we were discussing her, we could see the slit in her eyes, and her eyes were spinning in her sockets. She needs to rest, and I am banning any visitors until she is out of critical condition." Doctor crystal putting her foot down, making it clear that she wouldn't hear any rebuttal arguing on the possibility of unauthorized visiting of her patient.

"And I will be telling the guards that I assume are already stationed outside her door, "doctor crystal looking at Rosalie quickly who nodded that would be relayed to the squad tasked with protecting her at all times about that aspect,

"not even you, your excellence can see her right now, your majesties." Crystal said with a bow. "If you saw her body right now? Well, the human is in a critical state, and I won't mince words; you'd panic at the state of her. Since I know you formed a fast friendship between the prince and the human.

"We did some preliminary blood work, the routine battery of tests. Nothing we wouldn't have done for the other humans and found that she's in a lot worse shape than we first assumed. As well as other abnormalities that are better for Doctor Alphys to explain about her soul. So, we're going to testing for everything we can and make sure she is as healthy as she should be." Sans who had been pupil-less was cold, harsh knuckling the chair seem to be splintered under his fist. Most of the monsters present neither his aunt or his little brother has seen Sans so distressed. Never to this extreme, making hundreds of questions arise in their minds on why that would that be the case.

"She needs to be under observation. She needs a lot of vitamins and liquids so she can recover from the extend of her injuries. She has some untreated injuries from the initial fall from the peak of Ebbot that while treated by Toriel Dreemurr. At the same time, her magic is serviceable for minor injuries, it isn't enough to actually heal someone with the extent the human has She didn't lose blood, but her body just can't keep up with repairing the damage. Undyne really did a lot of damage considering the prior injuries she already had. From the report we are still receiving from the Snowdin Festival earlier, she was among those that were injured apparently, she was flung down to Evergreen City." Calibri gasped, putting her hand in front of her mouth her eyes.

"And she was able to find the strength and determination to keep walking with the internal injuries she sustained from such a fall. Seeing that we might have a difficult time dealing with but have faith in us. The magic required to maintain and heal her will consume a lot of her metabolism and natural reoccurring vitamins that she needs to stay alive. Her body was working overtime to try to heal herself. So were going to need a lot of IVS for procedures in question.

"So other than that, we're probably going to run another diagnostic on her."

"We couldn't find everything that we could visibly see wrong. So, we're going to have to do a lot of overtime for this one, your majesty."

"I'm sorry for taking so long to give you an idea about wrong with this human. I know how close we are to figure her out, and we try our hardest to keep the human in the guest room to the standard of any of the hospital rooms we have. Hopefully, in the next week or so, we can be sure she can be aware and around. But for now, we are going to keep her in a medically induced coma until then."

"We think we might need to perform rhinoplasty just to make sure. The cartilage in her nose was shattered as if it was glass. We need her to breathe clear; as do mapping, we do have imaging of what her face used to look like."

"Though based on security imaging, she appeared on several cameras her face in full view in most of them? We have a good chance at reconstructing her face back to precisely the way it was before the semi-truck of blunt force that is Undyne fist to the face." Doctor Crystal, in a rare act, seems to show her distaste. She was normal unemotional or clinically detached, considering she was just as invested as the royal staff and royal family in the barrier's destruction. Considering her father and mother both served as veterans in the war, and she had to mantle being a parent to her sisters and nieces and nephews. So many rocks monsters s and steel monsters were devastated by the war. Considering how childish Tsunderplane and Kudecar can be, she's still their parent these days. So, seeing someone acting so petty... Must've struck a nerve.

"The fact she was coherent enough to wake up while we were examining her is a testament to her souls' strength."

"Please keep in mind that once you're done running diagnostic on the human. Can you make sure her measurements are taken and given to Bitsy? Make sure Slade is nowhere near that task and is still at the Snowdin lab for the foreseeable future. This human need clothing and I know bitsy would love the work she hasn't had any females to work with within the palace walls since Calibri went to live in an oasis. She would like the work; it will get her creative juices flowing. That woman in my guest room can't wear a hospital gown for her entire stay here." Sans said his mind was whirling about and stressed at everything that was brought to his attention. He was wondering how Frisk could sustain such injuries and still be able to stand on her own two legs.

Much less able to find the strength to open her eyes after taking a straight punch from Undyne to the face.

I know Undyne, I understand how Undyne can be after several hundreds of resets, especially the last dozen we lived through, and I honestly don't know why I ever allowed her to be a part of the guard. When her veracity and anger toward humans can border on an undying hatred, Undyne hitting any of us with full strength was something she would do? It wasn't something she actively did, and she knows her own power, and she could dust someone if she's not careful. The only people strong enough to take her one on one is Asgore and my brother. and even then, there have been close calls when she was training with Papyrus.

"Understood, Milord."

"Understood your highness."

"Any all information on her health is vital to me and get me that information as quickly as possible. Doctor Crystal, you are dismissed back to your duties; thank you for coming over at short notice." Sans looked at the good doctor nodding his skull he was glad that Doctor Crystal was the workhorse she is and is taking this situation seriously.

"No trouble at all, your majesty. I will collect more samples to have the lab analyze thoroughly."

"You wanted to speak to me directly?" Alphys was slightly wavered voice; she was nervous stressed out.

"You're an expert on souls correct? That's what one of your doctorates is correct? The sciences of its use and experimentation." I ask earnestly mindful of the people sitting with us.

"Of course, I am. It's one of the reasons you hired me! My expertise on souls was tantamount on that degree that and Calibri vouching on my expertise on the matter! You know I more than anyone can talk about science and the matters of the souls."

"That's exactly what I wanted here, Alphys, so, please. I would like to talk about the phenomenon of soulmates and the ramifications of soul-bonding, possibly affecting the barrier coming down or if that could affect it in a negative capacity."

"Why would you need to know about something like … no." The realization dawned on Alphys' face as clear as day. But the confusion on Papyrus' face was apparent. He didn't know what was going because he was known to lack the interest in souls and soulmates and the intricate magic of love. He puts most of his focus.

"Yes, this something I need to discuss with you because, in this subject, I am out of my depth." Sans's cheekbones were blushing visibly, wishing he didn't discuss this so candidly. That I didn't have to tell my once good friend, my little brother, and my aunt about this but now that Alphys's here. I don't have much choice about the whole thing now do I. This was important, and not finding out could have severe consequences.

"Honestly, if you and the human are..."

"Frisk. Her name is Frisk." Sans spoke up a hardened look on his face.

"If you and Frisk are soulmates, that would be a benefit, not a hindrance to breaking the barrier."

"I know you might have reservations about this. We all remember the catalyst for the war was the soul-bonding of that monster and human. But you are as educated as I am about magic love, and souls. You have as many degrees in science I do, your highness soul. I don't have to go too deep on the amount of power there is with love and compassion. Keep in mind we have had time to study souls live and in-person for centuries. They are fascinating in their interactions with each other and towards the possibilities of your bond…"

"Alphys, please go on about the task at hand. We can talk about the minutia and finer details of the soul studies you have conducted. As well, You have conducted at a later date, I'll have Rosalie pencil you at your earliest convenience." Nodding knowingly pointing to Rosalie, who had been taking notes and had Sans's daily schedule out.

"Your majesty has availability on Wednesday and Friday next week. I have to also now have to squeeze in visiting Frisk as well to his agenda." Rosalie said with a smile, knowing her employer better than anyone. Sans had a slight blue blush rising out of her face.

"The thing about the barrier is while we need seven strong souls. That isn't something that's up for debate; the information that we have gathered and the runes with the barrier said as much as well. Under the scrutiny of many of the scientists, the issue is there has to be harmony. If the souls are forcibly taken, like, for example, the humans were killed? And the souls are all that remained? The humans' souls that we would possess can and would rebel at the way they are being used. The fact, they're not being allowed to move on and being held on this plane of existence without a body to return to the human soul will always long for the rest being that orchestrated their murder for their benefit would go free. We had run more scenarios of the subject from journals kept during the war. When some of the top brass forcibly took and used a human to nearly be killed by the said soul for their trouble. A human soul is finicky at the best of times. But their souls are similar to ours that they can take up a lot of human's beings." Alphys said for once her stutter was nearly gone.

She was comfortable when she didn't have a talk about things, she is actually knowledgeable about. When Alphys is an area she is comfortable in, she is just more to talk to when she is usually a nervous wreck. When she was hired, that stutter was there at all, but sometime in the last thousand years, it was something that developed as well as the lack of self-esteem even those, she seems incredibly successful compared to most of the prior of the resets before this. Seeing her talking about something that is her element to talk about things she knows and understands. Her stutter was imperceptible. If the group in question didn't know that it was there it would be near negligible, she allowed herself to go in-depth ramble; there was no one willing to dissuade her.

"But unlike the composition of our souls that are rather weak and easily broken when put to the strain of battle, heartache, they have so much determination that their souls will continue to keep the fight for survival even after the death of the human body. Its why the method you came up with was so genius. Create a status for each human and slowly gather enough people to break the barrier. The human soul can be pulled from their bodies, used, and given back. And based on observations, humans' souls while finicky have been proven to be that if it's discussed with the humans that you will be experimenting with? The soul and that you will not damage the soul or them, the souls themselves are more compliant and willing to allow others." She said with a nod speaking about this with more certainty and surety of the facts she has seen. Taking a breath and looking at her inadvertent audience, she soldiered on and let herself explain the task set ahead of all involved.

"The way the barrier was designed, it was created for there to be no escape with outside help. Even taking the prophecy as hokey at it is it seems to have a nugget of wisdom within it. The barrier it needs the power of seven souls to be broken that is a continuous variable in all of this but based on studying of the runes etched within the barrier? Thiers more to than just that stipulation keeping us in now. That's why the attacks happen. The barrier was etched with their blood to ensure it would last and kill the population. Creating manifestations with their magic and their blood both enhances and creating new runes as it saw fit. The blood they used was just as volatile and strong and reinforce and enhanced by the magic used to cast the barrier. It's a big complication that throws a wrench into the established plan for our escape. Making things much more strenuous and difficult than I or even my predecessor expected."

"It took time to take those runes out or at least overriding the severity of what they can do to us. it took testing and blood willingly given from one of our human patients, to override that rune, and even then we still get attacks and citizens get hurt or at time die from it." Her voice held detachment. Her mind was focus on imparting everything taking note of from Doctor Crystal, who allowed herself to be able to talk with clinical detachment. Taking a breath and continuing.

"But with the amount of time and resources, we have realized one central thing about the barrier. At the same time, we need seven human souls to break the barrier theirs more stipulations then just than that. There was one problem we have now with age and time, the magic on the barrier has become more potent. It is stronger now than when it was the first cast, so just the human souls aren't enough. There has to be harmony. All monsters have to be in a single voice as it were. Free of prejudice, free of anger, but focused on one goal freedom." most of this, while new information in some aspects it was mostly for Papyrus benefit. This something Alphys had theorized on early on when researching the barrier. That affects that have had on the population, including the time dilation within the barrier."

"We had discussed before that the magic the wizard used was unlike any kind of magic we had seen perform. The barrier, as we know, it has become more persnickety and complicated; then, it first seemed at first glance. While most monsters understand and see humans as just another species that live on the planet with us. Especially the younger ones that don't know about the exact amount of tragedy we all underwent during the war. So, they can see humans without that cloud of mistrust."

"Most of the monsters within the barrier can see the aboveground television broadcasts and television channels, they can see the way humans live and what their lives are like. For that aspect, I thank Grillby for somehow connecting us to their broadcast signals through the Wi-Fi on the mountain. They, the general monster population has an idea of the daily life and the popular culture of the surface at this point. And that makes it easier to distance yourself from past anger at not being able to feel the sun on your face."

"So, I say this from the perspective of everything I have learned from studying both human and monster soul. You have a soul bond with the last human. You know the power of love is power on to itself. And it might be enough to overpower the complication that is increasing the power of the and strengthening of the barrier."

"But be patient my liege I know how important it is when you find your soulmate. But we need to be through there is an irregularity of Frisk's soul I haven't seen these kinds of stats? Since I recorded your soul's stats when I started on as the royal scientist. So, I need to be sure that it's not due to her having high or having something leech of her soul. That was something one of the other humans had, and we were able to cure. But those are mostly theory and conjecture on my behalf. I will do everything in my power to speed this along." Taking a long breath rolling her shoulders and anyone watching that there was a tone shift from analytical, too anxious.

"Now I must be off I need to my lord. I know there is a lot to discuss. Still, I need to make the team for those I know will have to take over my responsibilities." The strength Alphys held in her voice was gone as she realized she had to select her temporary replacement.

"When I'm done assisting with Frisk recovering and analyzing her soul health and ensuring there's nothing wrong. I know my punishment will be served once I'm not needed here, am I correct? "Alphys atypical stutter was back at full force With a slight shake of her body now.

"Yes, you and Doctor Crystal will be getting a temporary demotion for your part in allowing someone who was under consideration for the position sees the laboratory without prior authorization from me. both of you are getting temporarily reassigned elsewhere for a month after Frisk is medically cleared of all her injuries." Sans said cold, there was more warmth in awake, then tone Sans gave Alphys his anger towards her actions clear to all in the room, and the reason was clear as day. And the reason well understood. If you had not been careless, my soulmate would be uninjured and healthy at my side. Was the clear thought that hung in the air and understood by all in attendance.

"You are dismissed." Alphys bowed and watch out of the room. Sans knew he was pupil less again. He was angry; he was barely holding the anger back at the moment. Just the way at the lack of taking a state secret as seriously as it should be.

"Well, funny bone, you have become a king harsh but a fair one. The real question is this lady love a soulmate nephew where you ever going tell me or your brother the good news." Calibri was well informed probably more so then Sans is some aspects.

Working for and within the science division and worked for Alphys predecessors G***** and Barbra Anne, a cactus monster I hired after the good doctor fell into the core… Alphys worked under her for millennia if asked about G*****? Alphys gets upset or looks even more upset, questioning feeling something is wrong. Calibri, I refused to ever bring him up to her. She may not remember her husband. Still, nothing is worse than not realize you lost the lost love of your life and will never be reunited with them in any timeline since they don't exist.

Calibri and Papyrus had shit-eating grins and stars in their eyes. I knew them was no way that I would wiggle my way out of discussing my love life with them. Sitting by Frisk bedside would have to wait; I was at least allowed to see her. Even if my soul squeezes at the thought of seeing her hooked to machines and covered in bandages.

Final note: Man, I'm not even going to dive deep on how hard it's been to find the chapters. Most of it got lost when I went into intensely of my senior year of college. Meaning I would drop everything to research my papers, and now I'm in the middle of quarantine. I just found this chapter, and now I want to work on my ongoing fics and finish up the shorter fics. I got a few that have been dying to work on since the beginning of the year. Oh yeah. Before anyone asks. Yes, I know a loophole! Aren't I as smart as a whip? According to the game, even after the souls are used to break the barrier, they took off. Not crack, not fade out. They dipped out the barrier. So, I realized something super simple. Does a person have to be dead to use their soul? When you're in a coma or sleeping, its believed your soul takes off to dream world.

I am going, to be honest with the few people who take the time to read this. I know you guys are the most dedicated and care about the story at least enough to read this. I'm going on hiatus with this story. No one is really reading it( you guys the most ardent subscribers I love you with my whole heart) or caring about whether it progresses or not? So, I'm just going to stop for a long while. If I'm back in 6 months, I'll actually be shocked. That is why this chapter is so big, and Alphys went on such a big tangent original. It was a discussion for farther down the line, but it felt more natural to add it on to the story to tide people for when I come back. For right now, I'll focus on finishing up the two unfinished fics connected to this one. The worst part is I didn't lose my passion for this fic. As I speak, I got three chapters in the back that I have been editing for the last weeks. But the lack of comments made me realize no one cares. I should put my energy where the feedback is more consistent and present. I can't make myself upset over what I can't control. I'm not going to ask for anything. Just wash your hands, take care of yourself, and stay safe
