Come Home for Christmas

"So won't you tell me you'll never more roam, Christmas and New Year's will find you home
There'll be no more sorrow no grief or pain, and I'll be happy, happy once again"
- 'Please Come Home For Christmas', Charles Brown

"You're looking pleased with yourself," said Sam, on finding his brother in the library.

"Just sorting out my last Christmas present," smiled Dean, putting the finishing touches to the wrapping.

"It's not even Christmas Eve yet! You're super organized this year, dude," nodded Sam, impressed.

"Well, unfortunately, the list has gotten rather sparse recently," said Dean sadly.

"Yeah," commiserated Sam. "Although..." He held up a card addressed to:

Sam and Dean
Secret bunker
Lebanon (the one in the Midwest, not the Middle East)

"That's gotta be Cas," laughed Dean.

Sam opened the card and nodded. "Says he's not coming," he sighed.

"No way," cried Dean. "He knows he's always got a place here."

Sam snorted. "After what you and Crowley tried to do to him after getting drunk last Christmas, I guess that's what he's afraid of."

"Text him," ordered Dean. "Tell him this year we don't have a tree."
