"Come on Louie, we could be doing something exciting!" Webby enthusiastically said to Louie, who was sitting on the couch.

He'd been there since eleven-thirty, and now it was almost three PM. Webbigail wanted him to do something that isn't sitting around watching television all day.

Louie was not even changing the channel, either. It's because he claimed the remote was too far away, when really he could lean to the left or right slightly and then the remote would be his hand.

"Nah, I'm good." Louie replied. "I prefer watching some TV."

"But a show you don't even like? Come on now!"

Louie made it look like he was thinking. "...Nah, no thanks."

"Agh, Louie!" Webby groaned in annoyance. "What will it take for you to get up and do something? Even a walk would be better than this!"

"Hmm," Louie started thinking. "How about a new remote?"

Webby looked at the remote and back at him. "What for? You already have one."

"I can't reach it."

"Louie, it's as simple as moving your body and grabbing it. It's not that hard."

"But it's so much work!" Louie complained.

Webby sighs and facepalmed. How did she fall for someone like him again? He's too lazy for his own good. For anybody's own good, as a matter of fact.

"It doesn't take that much work! It's little to no work at all! Is that even too much for you?"

"Yeah?"

"What do I have to do to get you up and do something?"

Louie just shrugged and turned his attention back to the television, which was on a commercial break.

"Oh, could you go get me some Doritos out of the fridge?"

"No, you can go get them yourself."

"Webby darling," He began. "Wouldn't you do anything for me?"

"Yes, but I'm not letting you be lazy all day long!"

"What's the big deal?"

"The big deal is that you can't be lazy all your life. You have to do something great and exciting, otherwise you're not doing anything."

"But I like being lazy."

"...Well I'm going to get you to hate being lazy somehow!"

"Nah."

Webby thought of something. She grabbed the remote, shut the TV off, and held her hand up high.

"Hey! Why did you do that?" Louie asked. He didn't think she'd do that.

"If you want to watch TV, you gotta get this from me!"

"Give it back!" Louie demanded.

Webby started running as Louie got up and chased her. They ran for a few minutes before they ended up in the kitchen.

The young duckling opened the fridge when she got to it. She grabbed the chips out of it.

"Your Doritos, my sweetheart." Webby said, handing him the chips.

"Oh thanks!" He said, quickly grabbing the bag with a huge grin on his face. His smile soon faded though. "Wait a second, I just got up and ran all the way over here just for chips and a remote, didn't I?"

Webby gave him the remote. "Yep, and I'm proud of you."

"I hate you." He said, taking the remote from her.

"I love you, too." She said, kissing him on the cheek.

Louie groaned like no tomorrow. He then walked back to the living room, with Webby following him seconds later.

"So what do you want to do now?"

"Uhh..." Louie started. "Watch more TV?"

Webby facepalmed. Looks like it would take a long, long while for her to make him stop being lazy. It would all be worth it in the end, though. For now, she might as well relax.

"Sure." Webby said, surrendering to his laziness for now. "What do you want to watch?"

"Whatever's on TV, I suppose." Louie answered.
