This was a LOTR x HP crossover I abandoned very quickly. I'm uploading what I have anyway.
Summary:
Anna Potter intervenes on the Astronomy Tower and accidentally sends everybody on the tower to a new world — one where the goblins are more murderous than usual, where the elves are immortal, pompous, and easy to annoy, and where the dragons are much, much bigger. Fem!Harry.

Anna Arrives
o
A simmering feeling of dread settled itself deep within Anna as she got off her broom and helped Dumbledore do the same. As she expected, there was no body in sight on top the Astronomy Tower, and yet the Dark Mark hung against the eerie darkness of the sky. Distant footsteps sounded behind the door. Someone was to burst through any second now, and Anna moved to the side, to remain hidden.
It was expected. All the plans were coming to their ends now, but Anna would allow only one to succeed: hers. Malfoy's would fail, and so would Dumbledore's.
Perhaps it was Legilimency, or maybe she was just that easy to read, but Dumbledore seemed to understand what she was doing, for he gave his wand a flick — the smallest of flicks, barely perceptible; but Dumbledore wasn't up to his usual standards. His spells were usually faint and difficult to catch, but Anna deflected his Full Body-Bind Curse quite easily, immediately sending a Disarming Charm back. Was Dumbledore simply too weak, or had he not expected her to defy him this way, now of all times? It didn't matter, Anna thought as she caught Dumbledore's wand.
Oddly enough, the wand felt just as right in her hand as her own wand did. She looked back to Dumbledore with an apologetic look she didn't really mean, and he had an expression of a sort of dismay, as though his favorite Quidditch team had just lost a game by a single goal, as though his final and last plan had gone completely wrong.
Draco Malfoy burst through the door at that moment.
"Expelliarmus!"
Nothing happened. Malfoy looked around on the ground, as though hoping Dumbledore had accidentally tossed his wand aside already, and then, before he could do anything, he was disarmed by Anna as well.
"Potter!" he cried, looking just as devastated that his plan, too, had not played out correctly. "What are you —"
"Don't speak," Anna hissed. "You'll tell me the plan, the whole plan, here, right now." Malfoy opened his mouth to speak, but Anna cut him off. "If you don't speak, you're useless. I'll give you a quick way down to the ground, Malfoy, I swear to fucking Merlin I'll do it."
"I don't have to tell you anything, Potter!" Malfoy hissed, but there was a hint of fear in his voice.
Anna stared at him for a moment, then shrugged. "Have it your way. Goodbye, Malfoy. God knows I've been waiting to do this, and you've finally given me a good reason."
And with a silent Levicorpus, Malfoy was lifted by his feet off the air and quickly guided to the edge of the Astronomy Tower. As she predicted, he screamed and begged to be let down.
"Anna," Dumbledore rasped. "Please, set him —"
"No! You don't think I knew this night was coming?" She turned from Dumbledore to Malfoy again. "I just don't have the full details… but if Malfoy doesn't wish to talk, so be it. Sectum —"
"A Vanishing Cabinet!" Malfoy cried; quite literally too, as tears began streaming down his forehead. "There's a twin, Borgin and Burkes — I let them in through the cabinets! Let me down!"
Anna casually tossed him back to the hard floor. "How many Death Eaters?"
"T-ten."
"Who's fighting down there?"
Malfoy shook his head desperately. "I don't know. Aurors, some of Dumbledore's group, some of your group — I didn't take the time to look."
"My people?" Anna nearly killed him right then and there. "Imperio!"
"Anna…" Dumbledore half-groaned, half-whispered.
"Shut up!" Anna snapped. "You're done with the decision making for tonight, Dumbledore. I trusted you. You told me you'd quit with the secrets and — and — just look!" Anna turned back to Malfoy and pushed more of her will into him before tossing him his wand. "You're to pretend everything is going as planned. When the Death Eaters come up, tell them you were just about to explain to Dumbledore how you pulled this all off. Go into detail. When I strike, you're to help me. Understand?"
"Yes," Malfoy said.
Anna was ready to put on her cloak and hop on a broom, but just then, Death Eaters swarmed in. Anna recognized every single one of them. Alecto Carrow and her brother, Amycus Carrow; Fenrir Greyback, his teeth already bared as he leered Anna's body up and down; Yaxley, Gibbon, Rowle, and Selwyn, all Death Eaters Anna didn't know much about; and, her fury flaring up at the sight of him, Dolohov, the man who nearly killed Hermione; and finally, Bellatrix Lestrange, the woman who killed Sirius.
"Well, well, well," Bellatrix said. "If this isn't two for one, I don't know what is. Dumbledore… and Potter… The Dark Lord will be most pleased after tonight."
Anna scowled. "Because he'll get to finally replace his most incompetent Death Eaters?"
Bellatrix's lips twisted maliciously. "There's that famous Potter snark I've heard so much about. I didn't get to hear it last time, you see. You were too busy —"
"Shut up," snarled Anna. Her rage was bubbling up, ready to spill over the top... getting her closer and closer to start cursing…
"Anna…" whispered Dumbledore. "Jump off, Summon a broom… go… flee…"
But Anna stood her ground, despite being completely outnumbered, she knew that they knew only Voldemort was allowed to kill her.
She dropped her holly wand.
The Death Eaters stared at her blankly for a moment. She clutched Dumbledore's wand in her other hand, which was covered by her cloak.
"I'm outnumbered and outskilled by any one of you," said Anna. "Well, except Malfoy."
"Slide it over," Bellatrix said cautiously. "Kick the wand over, Potter!"
She kicked it toward Dumbledore's direction.
Bellatrix made a shrieking sound. "Pick it up, Dumbledore, I dare you! Think you're being funny, Potter?!"
"I wonder," Anna said, "which one of you might have the weakest will?"
She directed the question mentally toward Malfoy, who immediately answered, "Crabbe and Goyle."
Bellatrix twisted around to say something to him, as did most of the others, and Anna took her shot. She let the cloak fall, aimed Dumbledore's wand toward both Crabbe and Goyle ("Imperio, Imperio") at the same time she commanded Malfoy to curse Fenrir Greyback.
It was perhaps the quickest battle Anna had taken part in.
In the span of two seconds, Malfoy Stunned Greyback, Crabbe and Goyle both Stunned the Carrow twins, and Anna decapitated Selwyn. In the next two, Bellatrix Stunned Malfoy, Crabbe Stunned Gibbon before Yaxley Stunned him and Goyle, and Anna was forced to defend herself against curses from both Rowle and Dolohov.
Then Dumbledore picked up her wand and Rowle was picked up from the ground as though an invisible hook had hooked him in the back of his robes and lifted him upward with such a force that he dropped his wand.
Bellatrix and Dolohov then turned on Anna and Dumbledore, and Anna knew Dumbledore was in no shape to fight. Throwing the strongest shield she could produce in front of her, she leapt toward Dumbledore and attempted to Apparate.
But she had forgotten she couldn't do it in Hogwarts, so she collided right with Dumbledore, knocking the old man to the ground.
A Snitch rolled out of one of his pockets.
It was as she snatched it, entirely out of habit, that she saw the flash of green in front of her. Bellatrix — Dolohov — one of them had cast the Killing Curse. Out of panic, she lifted the Snitch in front of her and hoped it would take the impact like the gold statue had in the Ministry Atrium a year ago.
She saw white.
