"BeetleJuice BeetleJuice BeetleJuice"

"What could you possibly want."

Before he could even fully appear he was still specks of green smoke at this point he was assaulted there was no other word for it he was jumped. He knew exactly who was calling him the same mortal girl, who had managed to pass through the cracks who had managed to escape marrying him and, making him to be able to teleport between the mortal world and the netherworld most importantly making him a free man. He was a dangerous man not to be taken advantage by some goth 16 year old.

But, just sometimes he let his guard down with this one girl.

Playing with Beetlejuice was fun, from adventures to pranks to just being in his company. They always had fun with each other. But, every time they got to close Lydia would start avoiding him for a couple of days. She knew he was a con man and a trickster; always up to no good and just a filthy character. But she didn't care. For the first time in her life, she had someone who didn't think she was a freak. But, she couldn't love beetlejuice? Right. Of course not she would just avoid him till she was normal Wouldn't call him back or even reply back when he'd tap on her mirror. Her response was always the same something came up she got busy. Yada yada.

"Sorry, I got a busy with school and homework Beetl..."

She'd look at him with a quirk of a eyebrow and he'd take that response. What else was he supposed to say or do anyway. Ignoring how he felt a bit hurt and disappointed about being left in the dark just like nothing. Like a roach to rot. Or a zombie to rot. He wanted more than friendship from Lydia but he could be a patient man uh, ghost undead man.

"All wells babes what we doing today and careful with the B word trying to send me back to the land of the bored and undead sheesh."

Beetlejuice replied with mischief in his eyes and a smirk on his face he was floating in midair with his legs crossed Indian style. He loved how unusual she was he hadn't been lying when he said she was like him. She fit in with him just by being herself.

"I was thinking you could take me to the netherworld for awhile Beeeetleeees and we could mess with people in the waiting room and then maybe prank some kids around the neighboorhood."

She replied with a wicked grin. She wouldn't admit just how she felt about beetlejuice because as soon she would admit how she really felt it would ruin their magic together. Better to fake it then lose everything they had together. So what if she was sometimes cold. She'd always come back to Beetlejuice and he knew it. She was the moth to his flame. He was trouble but he was so much fun too.

"Of course babes, anything you want."

As always he thought he was turning into a pansy around her lately and with that he grabbed Lydia putting a hand on her waist pulling her close to him till they weren't even a inch apart.

"Hold on we're going to go have some fun."

And just like that with a shake of the earth and crackling laughter the poltergeist and the mortal disappeared into the ground.

Because at the end of day he'd do anything to keep her by his side. Beside who else could make her happy apart from the ghost with the most. No one else. Unbeknown to them both they felt the same for each other which would come to light one day. For you can't have someone so long around you without you catching some type of affection or love. BeetleJuice could love indeed.

Even tho Lydia had Adam and Barbara there was no one who understood her like BeetleJuice who knew the type of darkness she so craved the type of love she wanted. Her most darkest desires and thoughts he'd always know and understand something no undead or mortal could understand about her...
