Chapter 10: Know Your Enemies!

Izuku looked at the mass of villains coming out of a deep dark warp like man with widened eyes. Her breath hitched upon realizing that she and her friends were in danger, she wasn't prepared for this at all.

"V-Villains...?" A small voice chattered beside Izuku, and she glanced down at the voice seeing it was Mineta speaking out. He was shaking in fear like crazy, and pointing down at the people filling up the central plaza. "What villains'd be dumb enough to sneak into a school full of heroes!?"

"Sensei, aren't there intruder sensors?!" Yaoyorozu shouted over while moving over to the front to get some answers, as some students started to murmur in panic.

"Are there only here or are they also at the main building..?", Todoroki spoke up while analyzing the situation. "It seems to be one of their quirks that's doing it. They're not as dumb as they making it seem, they picked a time where there would've been a few people here. There's an objective since this is a well coordinated plan."

"Thirteen! Begin the evacuation and try calling the school! These villains clearly did planned out on how to get around the sensors, so there's a chance some electric-type quirk that's interfering with them." Aizawa barked out then he turned towards Kaminari, "Kaminari, try using your quirk to signal for help!", he ordered.

Kaminari nodded and began to fiddle with his earphone to contact his school.

"S-sensei..." Izuku looked up at their teacher, her eyebrows furrowed with fear for her teacher. "As Eraser Head, your fighting style involves with erasure and a quick binding capture. A head on battle isn't..." She stopped feeling anxious for her teacher while the class all looked at him in worry.

"A good hero must always have more than one trick up in their sleeve." Aizawa looked back at her, his goggles covering his eyes. "Thirteen I'm counting on you!", Izuku started walking up towards him but then her upper arm was roughly tugged. She stumbled backwards and saw it was Katsuki tugging her.

"What do you think you're doing useless Deku!?"

She ripped her arm away from Katsuki, "SENSEI!!" Izuku shouted after Aizawa, and began to run, ignoring his insults. Katsuki then grabbed her from the back of her collar and violently pulled her back.

"Do you think your useless self will be able to help him?! Huh?!" He snapped back at her. Izuku bit her lip, and looked back down at the plaza with the other students, and watched as their teacher jumped down several flights of stairs and didn't hesitate to take down the many villains while on his way to the centre.

Izuku looked at the scene in awestruck, "... Incredible..." she whispered out under her breath as she watched a pro hero take down a group of villains without feeling exhaustion.

"This is no time for analysis, let's go!" Iida shouted while everyone began to run with Thirteen. Katsuki tugged on Izuku's arm, "Come on.", he growled. She looked at her teacher for a few more moments before nodding and running up towards the group together. The class was almost at the gate but then the black warp man from earlier appeared before them.

"I apologize, I won't allow that." The black mist formed in front of the door, blocking off their escape. "Greetings, We are the League of Villains. Forgive our audacity, but...today we've come here to U.A. Academy, in order to kill All Might, the 'Symbol of Peace '.", Izuku's eyes widened hearing about this man's goal with the villain's plan.

"We were under the impression that All Might would be here today...but...it seems his schedule was revised? Well...no matter.", He then expanded his black mist expanded swirled above them, growing larger in mass. Thirteen uncapped one of his fingers as he prepared to launch his quirk. He gasped when he saw the mist wrap around the students.

Izuku stepped back and felt a shiver again in her bones now, she clenched her fists as she looked up at the threat before the class. Then suddenly, felt Katsuki push her back hard, she stumbles back a few steps immediately looking towards him and saw that he launched himself into the air alongside Kirishima.

"Wait stop!" Izuku shouted loudly as she watched him and Kirishima attack the black mass together as a team.

"Not if we end you first! I bet you didn't expect this attack coming toward ya!!", both boys prepared to attack once again but then it seemed that their previous one was in vain.

"No, get back! Both of you!", Thirteen called out to the Katsuki and Kirishima as the black mist chuckled threateningly.

"That was close. Yes...students though you may be, you are the best of the best", he rapidly grew in size, and spread out his mist around the students. "Begone!"

Izuku cried out, as she covered her eyes from the harsh wind that the villain was causing. Slowly he warped at her classmates, including her, she then opened her eyes when the warp swirled open to the flood zone and Izuku felt herself falling. Her eyes widened as she screamed seeing that she falling towards the lake. She crashed in the water and immediately shook herself to concentrate on swimming up towards the shore.

'He teleported us! That must be his quirk!! They wanna kill All Might..? Just what the hell is going on..', Izuku gritted her teeth in frustration then gasped when she saw a fish like man swimming rapidly towards her.

"There you are!!", he yells as he opens up his shark jaw to attack, "It's nuthin' personal, kid, but...SAY GOODBYE!!". The fish man then swiftly swam towards her but then suddenly Izuku saw Asui stomped him with all her strength.

"Midoriya-chan!", Asui then used her tongue to catch Izuku and used her quirk advantages to rapidly swim away. She saw there was a yacht ahead of her and brought Izuku on its deck landing her there softly.

Tsuyu then heard Mineta sigh, "For a frog, she's got...pretty nice boobs...huh...", he rubbed his head against Tsuyu's breast as she blushes from that contact. She then wrapped her tongue around his torso and harshly threw him on the deck next to Izuku, startling her.

Izuku then saw Asui climbing on the yacht, she smiled at her, "Thanks Asui-san...". Asui then climbed off the railing and stood next to Izuku, "Call me Tsuyu, but we seem to be in trouble here."

Izuku gritted her teeth anxiously, "They somehow know our schedule...! The simplest expansion is that they caused the media rush from the other day in order to rush in and get their intel. It's just like Todoroki said... they were waiting for this chance and they prepared for it well.", she looks and glared at the villains.

Mineta then waved his arms, "But wait! There's no way they could ever kill All Might!! He'll just thrash them once he gets here! Bam! Pow!", he punches the air pretended to be the number one hero.

"Mineta-chan... they must've figured out a way to kill him. Otherwise, why would they come here to just get beaten?", Izuku gasped and Mineta froze hearing Tsuyu's analysis. She continued explaining, "I wouldn't put it past then. That one guy promised to kill us too. Who says we can even hold out until All Might gets here? Even if he gets here, who says he won't be killed?"

Mineta's skin began to pale as he heard her explanation and he was shaking harshly in fear. He then ran to Izuku and hugged her in butt, "Eek!" she squealed while she heard him screaming her name and rubbing himself in her bosom.

Tsuyu then released her tongue and threw him back where she threw him before earning a grunt from the pain. Izuku gave her a thankful look before putting her hand in her mouth as that was her thinking pose.

"So they must've figured out way to kill All Might...probably...that must be it...doesn't make sense otherwise...", she began with her bad habit of muttering.

'But why kill him? Is it because everyone calls him the Symbol of Peace? Because he stands against villain...? Against evil...?', Izuku deeply thought trying to find the hidden motive behind this outrageous plan.

"No I mean..."

"You can be a hero!!"

"Right now I don't...", her eyes slowly widened in realization of what's actually happening.

"I don't hate it!!"

"I don't..."

"Come now, Young Izu!!"

"Congrats on passing!"

"Fear not! For I am here!!"

"I don't care why...!" Izuku shook her head and raised her head in determination. Her eyes held back her fear and shines in bravery instead. "If they... if there's a chance that they will beat All Might..! Then we have to fight to win!" She declared.

Tsuyu nodded in agreement while Mineta just stared with agape at Izuku. "How can we possibly fight you idiot!! These guys might even be tough enough to kill All Might!!! You contradict yourself Midoriya!!! Our only hope is to hide somewhere until the U.A. Heroes come to rescue us!!!" Screamed Mineta in panic.

"Mineta, those guys down there are clearly only suited for aquatic combat, right?" said Izuku.

"Stop ignoring my point!!" He screeched in frustration.

"My point is that the ringleaders must've appointed them in specific areas knowing USJ's different environments. Their intel must've only told them that much except for one thing. They warped Asu— um...um..", Izuku blushed and stuttered having to call her classmate's first name once again.

"Take your time.", Tsuyu reassures Izuku.

Izuku nodded, "Tsuyu-san...they warped you over to the flood zone!"

"What's your point already?!"

"What I'm saying is they don't know about our quirks!", Izuku explains.

Asui agreed with her theory, "If they'd known my frog powers, they would've dumped me in the fiery area.", she said.

"It's exactly because they don't know our quirks... their strategy is to scatter and outnumber us." Izuku looked over and saw more villains gathering around the yacht, growing more and more impatient from not making any moves towards the water.

"There's only one way we could win, we have to exploit the fact that they don't know our quirks! Look they are not even trying to climb even though they are impatient, that supports my theory!"

"I'll explain my quirk. I can jump really high and stick to walls. My tongue can stretch to a maximum of 20 meters. Also, I can spit up my stomach to clean in... and secret poisonous fluids...but it really only stings a little.", Tsuyu explained giving Izuku ideas in her head on what can she do in combination with her and Mineta. Meanwhile he blushed at the mention of the words secrete, clearly imagining inappropriate things at a bad time.

"I...I have two quirks, super strength and healing. But... immediately using my super strength quirk would break my bones. My healing helps immensely but it saps my energy or stamina...I have food ration pills but it's a limited amount. It's like both are a double edged sword type of quirks." Izuku explained.

Mineta pops out his hair and out came out his ball, he stuck it on the wall. "It's really sticky.", he starts tapping it with his hand, "If I'm feeling good, it'll stick there the whole day. A new one'll grow in the old one's place, but if I pop out too many, I'll start bleeding. They also don't stick on me."

Izuku and Tsuyu stared at him for a few moments, he stares back then suddenly he starts tearing up. "Like I said, we just wait to be rescued!! My quirk is terrible for fighting with multiple opponents." He screamed while crying really hard about the situation.

Izuku waved her arms in her air in attempt to relax Mineta, "N-no! Come on don't be like that it's a great quirk! We just have to figure in how to make use of it.", she said.

The three pondered to plan things out, divulging in each other's quirks, strengths and weaknesses. Izuku sensed the fear in her crawling up in her spine, she knew she had to keep her calm and help each other out. They had one shot, one chance of escape. They had to take it.

Suddenly, the ship rocked violently and was sliced in half. The group screamed as they held on to each other to not lose balance, the villains were starting to attack their surroundings due to lack of patience. The waterbending quirk was powerful, and Izuku knew they had to act quickly. Once they were in the water, it was game over for them.

"I'm getting bored over here, let's finish this thing.", the villain threatened cause Mineta to flinch harshly. He began to cry again and ran towards the edge of the ship. He rapidly popped off his hair and threw it towards the villains. "AAAAAAAAHH!!!", Mineta's face was full of snot and tears from fear.

Izuku put her finger in her mouth and shushed him, "Mineta-kun why did you panic!? The enemy might now your quirk now!!", she said in a hushed tone. She really needed all the quiet as she could think of a plan fast. Izuku looked towards her opponents and noticed how they were avoiding Mineta's pop off.

"That boat'll go under in less than a minute... once you're in the water, you're chum." The villain glints his sharp teeth to intimidate the teens, which it successfully scares Mineta.

"WAAAAH!! He's right!!", Mineta stumbles back in terror.

Tsuyu pauses and puts her finger on her mouth while looking at Mineta quizzically, "Mineta-chan, did you really come to U.A. to become a hero?", she asked.

"SHADDUP!!! YOU'RE THE CRAZY ONE FOR NOT BEING SCARED!! WE WERE JUST MIDDLE SCHOOL KIDS A FEW MONTHS AGO!! I NEVER THOUGHT WE'D BE IN A LIFE AND DEATH SITUATION SO SOON!!! AND AT SCHOOL!!", he cried out complaining about his current circumstances.

Izuku stepped forward towards the deck ignoring Mineta's cries, " "The moment when the enemy thinks they've won represents your best chance...", All Might once said that during his documentary.", said Izuku. She clenched her fists which made Mineta flinch in terror once again.

Izuku trembled in anticipation knowing what she had to do, "This...this is the only way we can win!!", she then gripped the edge of the railing. Her free hand shaking with the fear she was holding back. She is terrified but she had to act calm and determined. Just like All Might and Kaachan!

"AHHHHH!!!!" She screamed and jumped up onto the rail. Act like Kacchan, she told herself, stare them down, make them focus on her. "DIE!!!" She leapt up and over and rapidly ate two soldier pills, boosting up her energy. She then quickly focused her energy. 'I can't sacrifice my arm or this is game over!', she thought while the enemies laughed at her actions.

Aizawa's first lesson helped Izuku imagine about the egg, using it to make sure it does not break. Her hand's veins began to glow red as she prepared her attack. Izuku flicked her fingers, " DELAWARE SMASH!! ", the force cause her pointer finger and thumb to explode in impact while it caused a huge vortex at the lake which made the villains go down with it.

She winced as she kept on imagining the egg not exploding while her hand glows low green hue. "Dammit...Tsuyu-chan! Mineta-kun!", she cursed at the amount of pain she felt while her bones were mending back to normal. Slow healing would use less stamina as she needed as much as she could store in her body.

"Ribbit!" Tsuyu grabbed Mineta and jumped when she heard Izuku's cue as she's falling rapidly towards the lake. She released her lengthy tongue and caught her before it was too late. Mineta looked at Izuku's condition with widened eyes and admired her courageous actions, 'She was also afraid like I was!... if she can attack then so can I!!'.

"UWAHHHH!!", he growled as he rapidly released a bunch of his pop off balls towards the everlasting vortex. Mineta kept throwing more and more until he felt a head splitting pain. He bled as he saw the villains glued up together due to his quirk. He cried in pain but he wanted to keep his front just like Izuku did.

"Looks like we just beat our first challenge. Good job you two." Tsuyu praised the two upon seeing their injuries.

They landed back in the water, the three of them swam together to the shallows.

"I took a good dump this morning so they should be stuck all day today.", Mineta informs to the girls, Tsuyu nodded while Izuku muttered about the small possibilities if her plan failed.

"Midoriya-chan, that's not cute. Stop it."

"Sorry… nervous habit." She admitted. "I just can't believe we made it out there as easily as we did."

"Now's not the time to be thinking back, Midoriya-chan. We should be thinking ahead and finding a way out of here." Tsuyu pointed out. "Also you're both wounded." She pointed to her hand, the fingers she used swollen up.

"Yeah, but I'm okay. It's healing up slowly." Izuku opens up her first aid compartment and took out a splint to use it on her finger. She then used medical tape to wrap her thumb to ease up the swelling and pain.

Mineta made noises and squirmed looking at Izuku being a nurse in his eyes, he giggled imagining her being his nurse. She then noticed that Mineta's head was still bleeding and swam her way towards him. "Mineta-kun? Does head still hurt? I can help you!", she brushed her hands at his head as he blushes and even more inappropriate thoughts popped in his head.

"Sure! You can help me Midoriya-chan~!", he giggled as he leaned towards her chest. Izuku jumped and squealed from being touched by him.

Tsuyu swiftly drowns him for doing inappropriate things once again "Mineta-chan." Tsuyu shoved him harder as he struggles to cool him off. "Not now."

"Midoriya-chan, what should we do now?", she croaks.

"...I think for not we need to call for help, we can't linger here. We need to get to the main entrance…" she looked over at the fountain. "If it's possible, we should follow the shoreline and make it for the exit, avoiding the plaza at the same time."

Tsuyu looked ahead worriedly at her homeroom teacher, "Aizawa-sensei gathered the bulk of the villains in the square. There's too many of them, he knew it. He's trying hard to protect us.."

Izuku glances at Aizawa and watched him continually hit, punch, and kick anyone who gets near him. She saw sweat drops forming on his forehead indicating he's rapidly growing more exhausted as time passes by. She swam closer towards where he is while calculating a new plan on how to ease things for everyone.

Mineta glances at Izuku, "Eh..? Don't tell me you're that dumb to do what I think you're going to do Midoriya-chan!" Mineta commented. "Don't even think about going off and helping. Leave them to Aizawa-sensei, don't you see he's fine."

Izuku shook her head at the comment, " I'm sorry… but I can't. I can't help thinking even though he's lasted this long, he's exhausted. All the sign is there, he's sweating and panting. I have to go and help ease the load..", she was worried that villains might see his on going condition and take advantage of it. Izuku has to help him quick!

"No way! It's too dangerous!"

"I'm not saying we should get in his way… like I said, he's trying to protect us, but.. If we could just find an opening where we can take down some villains and lighten his load. That would be better wouldn't it?"

Izuku narrowed her emerald eyes on the fountain and then nodded her head to the others. "Let's just sneak our way down to the square. If it does looks too dangerous we'll just stick to the original plan and keep going. I just hope everyone else is okay."

"Twenty-three seconds...", Tomura ran towards Aizawa preparing an attack with his own hand. Aizawa swatted the current villain attacking him to focus on him, "So you're the main boss?", he unleashed his scarf and threw one end towards Shigaraki.

Shigaraki grabs it to avoid any attacks from it, "Twenty-four seconds. Twenty seconds.", he continues running towards Aizawa. The underground hero takes advantage and yanks his scarf pulling his opponent towards him and quickly threw a blow in his abdomen with his elbow.

Shigaraki then grabbed his elbow and he held it. "It was hard to tell since you was moving quickly but there were moments where you hair would fall in front of your eyes." Aizawa cursed at his dry eyes and need to blink. He then released his quirk momentarily causing his hair to fall exactly how Shigaraki described to him.

"Every time you finish a given move. And your max goes shorter and shorter.", Shigaraki then reveals his quirk to the teacher. "Don't over do it, Eraserhead!", His sleeve on his elbow began to disintegrate including his skin revealing the pink of Aizawa's muscle. He gasped from the amount of pain it was causing and quickly used his other arm to punch his attacker in his face.

Aizawa jumped away from Shigaraki to then be swarmed by villains once again. He dodged their attacks and used his quirk once again. He was only left with one arm and was getting even more exhausted due to the pain he was having.

"Your quirk isn't actually suitable for long term battles, huh?", Aizawa's breath hitched when the villain realized his weakness. "Yet you jumped into this fight to save the kids...so cool, so cool...by the way hero, I'm not the boss here." His eyes widened when he felt a sinister presence right behind him.

It was a giant strange creature, it was extremely tall with bulky jet black muscles. It's pure strength was immeasurable, it grabbed Aizawa like he was a powerless doll and began to crush his bones on his injured elbow. Even when Aizawa tried to erase his quirk he kept crushing it like twigs. The awful sounds and screeching coming from his mouth as he crushed Aizawa underfoot and hand made the students who was watching from afar shudder in fear for their teacher.

"Meet the Anti-Symbol of Peace. The Bio/Engineered, Nomu."
