Recap: Zeref was snapped out of his musing by a soft, wispy sound coming from behind some trees that were beyond Harry's head. He turned to face the owner of the sound. Standing beside a tree was a figure that Zeref didn't recognize. "Who are you...?"

"I am Death," said the figure. Zeref's eyes widened in shock at this new revelation.

'This guy is Death?!' he thought to himself.

"Yes, I am. I understand that you are surprised, but you have nothing to fear," said Death in a soft, slightly monotone voice.

"I have nothing to... If that is the case then can you tell me what is going on right now?" Zeref asked. 'I would also like to know why he cursed me...'

Death walked closer, making Zeref's body tense up even more with each step. Just as Zeref was about to take a step back, Death stopped right beside Harry's head, laying a hand below the snake's eye.

"Time has stopped. That is why no one is responding, but thanks to your 'curse', you are able to move. Harry, my master, will also have that ability soon and will join us within the coming year," explained Death. "Also, I have noticed that you were worried about that 'curse'. There is nothing to fear from it. Death comes in time, but if time has stopped then death can never touch."a

Zeref understood everything Death told him, but one thing he said caught his attention more than anything else. "Why do you keep saying curse with such emphasis?" He couldn't see it, but he could feel that Death just grinned under his dark hood.

"You will know everything while we wait for Harry to awaken."

~Harry's memories: Summer before 5th year~

Present Harry sometimes wondered why he never just punched Dudley in the face. He would have felt such satisfaction in doing so, just like how Hermione felt when she punched Draco Malfoy. Instead of punching his cousin though, he pulled out his wand, which made Dudley's friends laugh at him. After all, to them, his wand was nothing more than a stick.

Shortly after pulling out his wand, the air around them got colder. Both past and present Harry knew what that meant, so past Harry was able to get his cousin moving; alas, Dudley ran right into the dementor. Harry had no choice but to use magic to save them, which later got him a letter stating that he had been expelled, but that was quickly fixed by Dumbledore, who was able to get him a trial. Said trial was a complete waste of time in present Harry's opinion. They weren't even listening to his past self at all. Fudge hated the idea that he had zero control of the dementors. He seemed to have forgotten that dark wizards were able to gain the dementors' loyalty before because they promised better feeding.

Not only that, but wasn't this trial illegal? Not just the trial, but also the hate in the paper? He was, after all, a minor. If they were allowed to do any of this, that should mean they see him as an adult, which also meant he should have been allowed to use magic.

Plus, he used magic in front of Dudley, who knew magic was real, and yet these idiots were making it sounds like he used magic in front of a muggle who knew nothing of it. Present Harry can't wait to get this memory over with, because he was sure that his brain cells were dying with just how stupid these people were.

~Fifth year~

Harry really hated Umbridge. She and Fudge had made his life miserable all year. Voldemort only made it slightly worse, but he rarely bothered Harry himself.

Present Harry thought to himself, 'Why didn't I just say something different? It's not like Voldemort would be the last Dark Lord or anything. Being in the time I am in now proves that.' It was possible that there even was a Dark Lord running around in another country at the same time as Voldemort, but since the English wizards don't like to think or acknowledge another being outside themselves, he didn't know if there was one running around or not.

Fudge had thought it to be a good idea to make them all weaker as well. Umbridge kept saying that there was no one out there that would want to hurt children. Harry should have pointed out the dementors from his third year, the basilisk in his second, and if he was able to use the excuse with his "family" then he should have been able to use here too. He should have brought up Sirius. He wouldn't mean it, but it would point out that there were wizards still out there that would be more than happy to murder them all. He should have said these things after hearing Umbridge's words, but no... He was a naive child back then. Do you know what else he could have said? He could, and should, have said that if they kept up this training, then the next generation of Aurors would be too weak to fight any future Dark Lord and their army. Aurors aren't immortal.

Present Harry realized that fifth year was his least favorite year.

After the year was close to being over, Harry had a vision that Sirius was in danger. So he and his friends had gone to rescue him, only to find out it was a trap. Sirius wasn't there at all; the only people there were the Death Eaters. Now Harry's friends will understand the dangers of being a target. It was sad, but they did, in fact, learn that Harry's fame got him into very bad situations.

They had to be saved because they weren't strong enough to take the Death Eaters down yet. The Order of the Phoenix came and helped in the fight, but they lost Sirius. It broke present Harry's heart all over again. He had seen this memory before, and it still bothered him.

After that, past Harry tried to use one of the unforgivable curses on Bellatrix, but he didn't succeed because he couldn't bring himself to hurt another person. He had to mean it, or at least that was what Bellatrix told him. Voldemort even tried to get him to fire the curse again, saying the woman deserved it. 'She deserves a good punch in the face, really,' thought present Harry. Why didn't he go with the muggle method sometimes? It would have made his life slightly easier. Maybe he should start learning.

'Fudge just walked in at a great time. Yes, you fudge cake, Voldemort is standing right there. Where is your public apology to me? Oh I don't get one? Well, at least you are no longer minister.'

~Summer before 6th year~

Past Harry was glad that he didn't have to deal with his aunt, uncle, and cousin for very long that summer. Dumbledore picked him up, needing his help with something. That something turned out to be convincing Slughorn to become a member of the Hogwarts's staff again. Harry wondered if he was going to be the new DADA professor. He would be better than their last one; although, who wouldn't be better?

Mrs. Weasley gave everyone a hard time when it came to getting their school supplies. Present Harry understood why, but she can't keep them indoors forever. Speaking of getting their school things, past Harry spotted Draco being sneaky. He, along with his friends, followed him into the dark said of the alley. Just for that, past Harry assumed that Draco was a Death Eater. Okay, so he was right in the end, but still, he had no proof except that his father was Death Eater.

~6th year~

So, Harry was warned before it happened, but for some reason, he didn't think it would happen. Slughorn had collected him along with a few others. He started his little Slug Club while on the train to Hogwarts, and just from those few hours, Harry knew he was going to avoid these gatherings as much as possible.

It turned out that Slughorn was not the new DADA teacher, but instead, he was the new potions teacher, making Snape the DADA professor - much to Harry's dismay (and luck, because he was still in potions). That meant he still had a chance of being an aurora. Present Harry now knew that was impossible, since they don't exist anymore, but he is happy with being guild. It was also a lot more fun!

Not a whole lot happened that year, just a bunch of little things. Like tricking your friend into thinking you gave him the luck potion before a Quidditch game, making him do really well. Another was that the giant spider, Aragog, died and Harry was with Hagrid under the influence of a luck potion.

Another thing that had potions involved was the love potion that found its way into Ron. Poor guy was almost poisoned with how much he was getting. Harry learned that it was the same love potion that brought Voldemort into this world. Why wasn't this thing banned? Present Harry was sure that this potion can help people do bad things to another person. Things that are illegal. After all, if someone is under a love potion, and the brewer slept with them, that is still forcing oneself onto the victim.

Dumbledore said it was due to the love potion that Voldemort was insane and held no love, but Harry knew it could also be due to the inbreeding. Muggles had figured it out. If someone were inbreeding with their close relative - as the Gaunts had done - they will not just be physically deformed, but also mentally unstable. One fresh, new blood wasn't going to wash out all that inbreeding and insanity. Voldemort was doomed to be evil from the start, love potion or not.

While present Harry was thinking about Voldemort, he learned that the guy was planning on splitting his soul and making 7 Horcruxes.* That was insane all on its own. Even other dark wizards said not to do it, but of course, Voldemort didn't listen.

Near the end of the year, Dumbledore got Harry again to help him get one of these Horcruxes. Dumbledore himself told Harry that no matter what, Harry was to force the potion down his old throat. Harry hated it, but he did what he was ordered to do. They got the locket, and Harry was going to get his headmaster some water, but zombies - that wizards called Inferi - popped out of the water and tried to kill him. It was thanks to Dumbledore that Harry lived that day.

The two returned to Hogwarts, only to be attacked by Death Eaters. Past Harry was right about Draco, but not completely. Draco didn't want to be evil, but he didn't have a choice. Snape killed Dumbledore, and at the time present Harry didn't understand why, but later he did.

The Death Eaters, along with Snape, left Hogwarts shortly afterward, and everyone held a funeral for their old headmaster with the song of a phoenix crying for his wizard.

The real kicker for all of this was that the locket Harry and Dumbledore risked their lives for was a fake.

Just one more handful of memories, and then we move onto training. If any of you have a Master of Death spell/ritual idea, please let me know. I only have one more idea and it is a ritual. You will see what it is when the dragons attack during GMG.

*(I'm using the movie for this. They said Voldy wanted to split his soul 7 times. That is important for this story. You'll understand why near the end of this fic if you haven't figured it out yet.)

Harry: Thank Merlin that these flashbacks are almost done.

Enj/Dark: That's my line. -_-

Voldy: Why not don't write the memory and say he knows it already?

Enj/Dark: Because there is a joke I want to put in there. It has something to do with your overconfidence.

Voldy: I am NOT overconfident!

Zeref: Um... you just proved her right by doing that... ^^'

Voldy: Doing what...?

Enj/Dark: *snaps fingers*

Voldy: *turns into a chemical that never burns out*

Enj/Dark: Natsu, please set that on fire. :)

Natsu: Sure thing! XD *sets Voldy on fire*

Zeref: It's your turn, Harry.

Harry: Please review! ;)
