Author's Note- Just so you know, I have to put a trigger warning on this. If you get panic attacks, you may not want to read this. The OC has a panic attack and it could possibly send you into one. It almost did to me while I was writing it. You've been informed. Enjoy!

Haven felt the unpleasant tightening in her chest once she and the Winchesters returned to the bunker. She tried to control the rising panic attack. The boys worried about her enough as it was. She'd hidden her anxiety for years and she wasn't about to let them know now.

"I'm going to my room," she told them and hurried down the hall. She made it to her room and curled up in a ball in the middle of her bed. Tears ran down her face as she started to hyperventilate. Her body started to shake and she knew it was going to be a bad one. She shook and sobbed and hyperventilated even as her door was thrown open and Sam rushed in.

"Haven!" He pulled her onto his lap and wrapped his arms around her. "Shhh. You're fine."

She was extremely embarrassed that Sam had caught her during a panic attack, but his presence was making it a bit better. "S-sorry," she managed to say. A large hand held her head against his chest.

"Don't be sorry. Just breathe. You're okay," he said softly. He kept saying sweet things and before long, Haven's breathing was back to normal.

"Thank you, Sam," she said. She tried to climb off his lap but he held her tightly.

"Why didn't you tell me?" he asked quietly. Haven looked away.

"Because it's embarrassing. I'm a hunter. I'm supposed to be strong," she said quietly. "You and Dean worry about me enough as it is. I didn't want to add to it." Sam made her look at him.

"I will always worry about you because I care about you." He kissed her softly. "Actually, I love you," he whispered. Tears filled her eyes again.

"Really?"

"Yes, really," he replied with a soft chuckle.

"I love you, too, Sam." She buries her face in Sam's neck.

"Whenever you have a panic attack, just call me. I'll help you."

"Okay."
