NO HAPPY ENDING

They never got their happy ending. Neither of them could be spared from the essential task of saving the world time after time after time…

Nope, no chance to stop and have a life. Kids. Lazy days beside the lake. Nights out with friends. A house, with a lawn to mow. Two cats and a golden retriever.

They never got any of that.

But they saved the world. Earth survives because of them. This overpopulated, polluted, mistreated and misunderstood planet still turns because of them.

Tyrants rule many countries. Nations build nuclear arsenals. Governments are more concerned with power than with people. Terrorism takes innocent lives. War drives refugees from their homelands. Children starve.

Makes you wonder, huh?

Jack and Sam may have saved us from aliens, but will we ever be safe from each other?
