Logan's point of view:

We are sitting in our apartment. Carlos and I told the other two from our weekend. Now Carlos and James are having a discussion about Emily.

"Of course it's clear why she came to you. I dumped her. She wasn't my type," James says.

"She told me the story differently. She dumped you, amigo," Carlos replies.

"You dumped her first when Katie and I introduced her to you."

"What does that have to do with it?"

Before they can get even more involved in the discussion, Kendall says, "Whoever dumped who doesn't matter. Another thing is much more important. Are you planning to date her?"

Carlos writhes back and forth. "I don't know. She's cool, funny and pretty, but ... I don't know what I'm feeling."

"Well ... Whatever you decide to do, we'll stay friends," James says, patting him on the back. Kendall nods. "Right. So, we could-" He's interrupted by the door, which is opened at this moment. Camille storms in and she is angry. Pretty angry. Her eyes search the room and find me. "You!" She comes to me and slaps me. It hurts a lot. But before I can complain, she continues, "Are you completely crazy?!"

"Camille-"

She doesn't let me have a word and turns to Carlos, who quickly hides behind James and Kendall.

"Why didn't you stop him?!"

"I ... I wanted ... I tried ..." Carlos stutters, looking at me for help.

"Camille, he has nothing to do with it. He tried to stop me. But I persuaded him and-"

"I don't care!"

"Hey, can someone explain to us what's going on here?" Kendall intervenes, pointing to himself and James. Camille looks at me almost hatefully as she says, "He was with my dad."

"What?!" Kendall and James look shocked.

"Why didn't you tell us? We could have come with you," Kendall says reproachfully.

"Man, don't you remember what happened last time? Are you tired of life?" James agrees.

"At least you two understand the problem," Camille replies, still looking at me angrily. I roll my eyes. "Can we sort that out among ourselves?"

Without saying anything, she goes ahead to my and Kendall's room. I follow her and close the door.

"Why did you do that?"

"I did it for us. I told you that I will find a way."

"I thought you meant a way that wouldn't condemn you to death!"

"I don't understand your problem. Everything worked. He even tolerates me from now on. Didn't he tell you that?"

"He could have hurt you again!"

"He never wanted to hurt me. He-"

"But something could have happened anyway, you idiot."

"Oh, come on. You're angry only because you don't know what you would do without me."

"Shut up, Mitchell!" She wants to slap me again, but this time I'm able to hold her wrist. Then I pull her to me and kiss her. Passionate and dominant. After that, she's a little out of breath and I say, "Come on, yell at me. Slap me. I don't care. I only did that for you, for us. And you know what? I would do it again. Whether you like it or not."

She's silent and looks at me with a strange expression. Then she breaks away from me and goes to the door. But instead of opening it, she locks the door and turns back to me. She gives me a push, so that I fall on my bed.

"I'm still mad at you. But damn, you're so sexy when you're confident."

"And what do you want to do now? Punish me?"

"Maybe ..." she replies mischievously and sits down on my lap …

Carlos's point of view:

"They stopped yelling," Kendall says suddenly.

"Yeah, maybe she killed him," James says thoughtfully.

"Oh God. Then hide me!" I say anxiously. Nothing happens for several seconds.

"Maybe someone should check the situation," Kendall says slowly.

"Yes," James and I reply, giving Kendall a challenging look. He sighs. "Okay." He goes to his room and puts his ear to the door. At first, he just stands there motionless, then he grimaces and says, "Okay, I think it's time to get out of here."

"To get us an alibi?" James asks cautiously. I don't know if I should laugh about it or not. Kendall shakes his head. "No, we should just go."

"Why?"

He points to the door. James and I also position ourselves outside the door and listen. I can't hear anything until James suddenly says, "Eww ... you're right, Kendall. Let's go."

I nod. "Yeah, let's get away from here quickly."

"I hope they won't take my bed," Kendall mumbles as he goes out. James and I follow him, laughing.

Two weeks later:

We are sitting by the pool. Kendall talks to Jo, James flirts with the girls and Logan reads a book. Everything is as usual and yet something is different.

"Hey, Carlos." Emily comes to me and kisses me on the cheek. Yes, we are dating. I honestly don't know how it came to that, but I'm happy about it. Emily is fantastic. And what about Logan? Well, good question. My feelings for him are still there, but they are weaker now. Maybe one day they will be completely gone, but maybe not. I don't know what the future will bring. But right now, life is good.

Logan's point of view:

"Hey, honey."

I look up from my book and smile at Camille. "Hi." I kiss her and she sits down next to me.

"How was work?"

"Great," she replies. Then she lowers her voice. "My dad's gone overnight."

I raise my eyebrows. "Oh, really? Well, then I have to ask Mrs. Knight, if I-"

"I already asked her. She agrees. You can come over after dinner."

"Perfect," I say with a grin.

"But don't eat too much."

"Why not?"

"Because you need room for the dessert," she whispers in my ear, my grin widening. "It sounds like you've already planned everything."

"Well, what should I say? You're not the only one who reads special books." She winks at me. I blush. "How did you find out?"

"I found it in your drawer by accident."

"Yeah, by accident," I mumble. She grins. "Don't be offended. I assure you, later you will thank me for it."

"Tell me more."

She shakes her head. "No. It's a surprise. But you have to wait until evening."

"I don't think I can wait that long."

She laughs. "You can do it. And now I have to go. I have to prepare a few things for tonight." She kisses my cheek and walks away. I watch her, grinning. Then I look over at Carlos, who laughs with Emily about something. He's happy, that makes me happy too. Life is good.

The End
