The following story happened in possum springs once.

"Everything sucks forever" Mae said in her room, alone.

She didn't think anyone heard her.

She decided to take action for once.

She went up to the top of the roof and then yelled at the top of her lungs "EVERYTHING SUCKS FOREVER!"

Everyone heard her that time.

Gregg yelled from the opposite side of town "I AGREE! BUT AT LEAST I SUCK THAT THING-A-MABOOZLE!"

Angus yelled from street next-door "WHY DID YOU JUST NOT SAY THE WORD?!"

Gregg yelled once more,More Triumph in his voice "BECAUSE THERE ARE STILL KIDS IN THIS TOWN AND I DON'T WANT THEM TO HEAR A BAD WORD!"

Mae screamed with a sense of joy "GOOD MOVE! YOU DON'T WANT TO RUIN THEIR INNOCENE"

Bea soon chimed in at her house. "HEY! CAN YOU KEEP IT DOWN I'M TRYING TO HEAR MY OWN THOUGHTS! IT'S NOT EASY YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR'E YELLING!"

"SORRY!" yelled Mae, showing many signs of care.

"SO ARE YOU TOO GAY OR SOMETHING?" asked Angus in the form of a yell.

Bea yelled back "NO! I'M STRAIGHT ALTHOUGH I'M PRETTY SURE MAE'S BI! PLUS,YOUR'E THE 2 GAY FRIENDS IN OUR GROUP!"

Gregg whispered, just to confuse them "i know. he just wanted to check."

Mae yelled in a confused tone "WHAT WAS THAT?"

"I SAID I KNOW!" yelled the yellow fox in geek clothes. "HE JUST WANTED TO CHECK!"

"WHY ARE WE YELLING?" asked Germ in the forest,who had obviously heard the conversation.

Lori M joined in too from the train track "I DON'T KNOW!"

Now it was Selmers turn to add to the conversation and she did from Mae's porch yelling "WELL SINCE WER'E ALL LISTENING WOULD YOU LIKE TO HEAR THIS POEM I MADE? IT'S CALLED THE YELLING ANIMALS!"

Mae's Aunt Molly, who she called Mall Cop yelled in too this very loud conversation "IS IT ABOUT US YELLING BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE PRETTY CREEPY. IT WOULDN'T BE AGAINST THE LAWS OF THIS TOWN BUT IT WOULD BE CREEPY."

Selmers answered the mall cop in the form of screaming. The response was "NO,IT'S JUST A POEM I MADE YESTERDAY ABOUT RANDOM ANIMALS SCREAMING!"

The Jaintor,who was fixing a roof at the time said this: "WELL GO AHEAD THEN! WER'E ALL LISTENING!"

Mae nodded her head "YOU COME HERE EVERYDAY TO SAY ONE ANYWAYS SO THIS IS NOTHING NEW!"

Selmers finally stated the poem "THE YELLING ANIMALS ARGUE A LOT, SOME GO INTO THE WOODS AND OTHERS DO NOT, BUT I DECRE THERE IS A REASON, FOR THEIR ODD JUDGMENT OF TREASON."

Mae's Mother yelled "THAT WAS A BEAUTIFUL POEM!"

Mae's Father agreed "YEAH,I'VE HAVEN'T HEARD ONE AS GOOD AS THAT IN AGES."

Mae continued to yell "HEY JAPAN CAN YOU HEAR ME"

Parappa, from the japanese version did hear her and said "はい！私はあなたの女の子を聞くことができます！"

Mae was surprised "I DID NOT ACTUALLY EXPECT TO HEAR A RESPONSE!"

Bea was annoyed "YOU STILL HAVEN'T STOPPED YELLING YET!"

Mae finally gave in "I'M SORRY I'LL STOP YELLING BUT BEFORE I DO SO I HAVE ONE QUESTION FOR JACKIE!"

Jackie was in near the sign near the entrance possum springs. "WHAT IS IT?" she yelled "I'M A VERY SERIOUS WOMAN SO THIS BETTER NOT BE 'WHAT ARE THOSE'"

Mae changed her mind "NEVERMIND THEN! BEFORE I GO THOUGH I JUST HAVE A FEW THINGS TO SAY! GIVE IT UP FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL TOWN CALLED POSSUM SPRINGS! LET US HOPE AND LET IT HURT SO IT MEANS SOMETHING! LET US GO OUT AND ENJOY THE TIME WE HAVE IN THIS TOWN BEFORE IT FADES TO NOTHING!"

"YEAH!" Possum Springs said in unison, and they finally returned to their daily lives.
