Hi, I am back! Are you guys ready for this chapter? We are getting some backstories and an unexpected fight.
Chapter 52
Riana gasped before coughing out water. She wanted to gag because the sea of blood's water isn't as salty as the concentrated sodium taste of the sea back home in the real world. This one tasted like iron and copper since the contents from the liquid is similar to a person's own blood.
'I really hope that my body is okay,' she thought to herself, scared if the blood water will destroy her internally before she could stand up.
Speaking of which...
"Where am I?" she asked out loud.
"Whatever happened," Bryan came up behind her. "I'm just glad that we're not on the ship. It was like something out of Pirates of the Caribbean with the kraken attack! Of course, I screamed."
"When have you ever not," Reptile grumbled, shaking water off of his body. Riana noticed that all of them were here, just wet from the sea of blood.
"What just happened?" asked Riana, looking around before feeling the float beneath them rumbled. It wasn't a raft or a float at all...
It was a sea monster that resembled a snapping turtle.
"We were in battle before this creature destroyed the ship," Kotal explained. He had Kiawe cradled in his arms and on his shoulder was Kurt. He was safe but wet as well. "It's uncertain about Skarlet's fate since she almost had the rest of you on deck."
"Can she control the sea? Since you know, it's made of blood?" asked Bryan who was playing with his gadget.
"There's a chance she might," Kotal nodded. "So we must stay vigilant while we are on board this leviathan. It's good to know that it had worked, Riana. I believed that it knows where to go."
Riana figured that the contents Kotal told her to drop into the sea was supposed to summon a leviathan. She didn't expect the creature to be similar to a turtle that might as well be an island with its sheer size.
Gently prying Kurt off the Osh-Tekk's shoulder, she gave him a chin rub before letting him crawl over her. She prayed that they will reach Nash and the others in time before Shao Kahn or anyone gets to them first.
It's bad enough that Skarlet's attack has thrown Erron overboard.
"I don't think I've ever seen a turtle this big before," said Riana, who began to move towards the creature's soft neck. She petted it softly to feel the texture and the squishy patterns of the gnarled scales.
A rumbling sound was emitted from the creature's throat.
"So, do you know where are we suppose to go, Bryan?" K'oatal enquired while cradling his son, who was enamoured with the whole surroundings. Bryan tapped his device but sighed.
"Well, we are far from our destination," he reported. "I'm not sure if anyone is after us or is Nash going to be at where I think he'll be. Like us, he and his team will be on the move."
Then it was decided that the creature should take them to shore as soon as possible before another ambush at sea will occur.
Riana kept stroking the turtle's neck, whispering something to it. It's not like the creature can understand her but it's just a small habit of hers when she's around most animals. Reptile has seen that and it was something he was fond of from her.
Bryan checked his gadget and sighed. "I don't know if Nash, Kris and Azril are even at the Tarkatan camp anymore. Because now that we got ambushed and Erron is somewhere else, I figured we better chart course to someplace off the map."
Reptile was starting to see the sense behind Bryan's theory. "I will admit that I agree with him. If anything, Shao Kahn or Shang Tsung will change direction once they knew that their first plan of attack have failed."
Everyone noted what Reptile had said. Since the Zaterran himself had been in service to both the tyrant and the sorcerer, it was certain that he knew the insides of how they worked. Riana smiled, seeing how pumped up and determine the Zaterran was when he explained his knowledge on Shao Kahn and Shang Tsung.
"It would be a relief to be away from the Tarkatan camp," sighed Kotal. "They are not the most reasonable people to talk to. I doubt if they would change sides in this matter since their loyalty lies with Shao Kahn. Then again, they are very primitive and their methods are barbaric."
Now, Bryan doesn't know what's the history of Tarkatans but he figured that they are the lowest of the low class of people in Outworld. But what if Nash has made peace with the Tarkatans and they might be willing to go against Shao Kahn?
"But what if my brother does convince the Tarkatans to join him the the fight?" Riana questioned, absentmindedly petting Kurt. "If they are sick of Shao Kahn's rule, maybe they want to live freely in their own land?"
There was silence except for the soft paddles of the turtle leviathan that ferried them.
"That," K'oatal sighed. "Is yet to be seen ever since I was captured by Shang Tsung years ago when I returned to Outworld from my realm walk. Shao Kahn had already desecrated the Osh-Tekks including my family while I was away, making me the lone survivor. Before I knew it, he left me with Shang Tsung in his flesh pits to be part of his experiments."
He closed his sense, everyone on the leviathan could sense his pain. Even his own infant son began to snuggle into his father's embrace.
"Then what happened?"
"I can't remember the last time I saw the sun," Kotal continued. "In darkness, I became weak and had to bear the amount of torture. All hope was lost until I found another Osh-Tekk survivor in the flesh pits. She was..."
"The light to your darkness," Reptile answered, which earned him a slow nod.
"Yes, I promised her that we will escape together and during that time, she was already pregnant with my child."
Everyone looked down at Kiawe, who was now trying to crawl over to anyone of them.
"So she-"
"Yes," the Osh-Tekk answered quietly. "She died when bringing Kiawe into the world. I wasn't sure how to handle the situation but one thing for sure: I will make sure my son is safe and loved."
Suddenly, the leviathan bellowed what sounded like fear.
Everyone on board the turtle was ready for the upcoming attack but what they don't know was that up head was a maelstrom.
...
Nash's P.O.V
It was decided that me, Kristina, Azril, Ermac, Erron and Visenya will have to leave the Tarkatan camp.
As sad as it might be because we have built up an alliance with them, hanging around too long at the camp will make us an easy target and the Tarkatans might be dead because of us. Then again, I can't help but shudder at the thought of encountering D'Vorah or the Kollector again.
"Something eating you, Nash?" Kristina had walked beside me. She looked pretty pumped despite the dire situation that we might be followed or someone is already reporting us to Shao Kahn.
"Just thinking about what's going to happen," I whispered. "Riana and Bryan are out there somewhere and a war's coming. If we don't defeat Shao Kahn or Shang Tsung, we might be trapped in this world forever."
Kristina nodded and punched my shoulder a little too hard. "I know the feeling too. I don't know if our families are even looking for us, knowing we might be gone for days, weeks, even months. But let's not think about that now. We gotta find our friends and end Shao Kahn's tyranny once in for all!"
I smiled. I needed that talk and it's a lot coming from Kristina. I don't want to think of myself as a stalker but throughout the years, Kristina sure hasn't changed in size. Oh, there was one thing on my mind:
"Say Kris, do you think if we have time we should spar?"
Kristina arched a brow. "Why? You and Bryan are usually afraid of competing with me."
"Just want to see if I'm strong after everything I went through," I told her. "Then again, maybe my move sets in this world is my hammer and strength."
"Which will increase if you're horny."
"Kristina!"
Then, we all heard a low roar from Visenya. She was puffing out smoke from her nostrils, not sure why she suddenly did that. Ermac levitated himself to her eye level.
"What's going on?"
Ermac's glowing green wides became narrowed. "Kintaro. He's here with his army."
I was gripping my hammer tightly until my fists were white. Azril already had two daggers in one hand while the other held sharpened up pencils. Seriously, he can really gouge someone with the stationaries!
"I thought he's with Sheeva!" Kristina growled before popping the joints in her fingers. "Why the hell would he be on Shao Kahn's side?!"
"Looks like we're about to find out, Sugar," Erron grumbled, cocking his guns.
Just we expected, Kintaro had his army of Shokans. Unlike Sheeva and her armoured troops, Kintaro's reminded me of those barbarians plus their big cat appearance. Makes them even more intimidating.
Before the army could approach us, a blast of flames from Visenya had stopped them but most of them pushed on. This time, another battle was about to begin!
The place that we're in is barren where I don't see anyone except us and this new army of Shokans coming straight for us. I began to battle on one of the Shokans that resembled a white tiger. Unlike Sheeva and her army, these guys relied not just on their arms but teeth as well.
Did I also mention that they can breathe fire?!
I was not only fighting to push them back, I was also trying not to get burnt in the process. I remember playing the game that Kintaro's flames left Kabal to be permanently scarred. And I am not going to let that happen to me.
"Why are you fighting us?!" Kristina demanded as she delivered a blow to a leopard Shokan's face. Erron was blowing their brains out with his Colt guns while Ermac had used his telekinesis ability to contort their bodies into disturbing until they looked like characters from a Tim Burton movie.
What's even more creepy is that his eyes were glowing green for a second before he unleashed some of his souls to possessed the tiger-like Shokans who turned against their brothers in arms.
Remind me not to piss Ermac at all!
"Damn, Ghostie," Erron Black whistled. "Who knew you could do that! You better not be inside of me!"
"We have many tricks up our sleeves, Black," Ermac countered with a small smirk.
Kristina had charged towards Kintaro, ready to sock him in the jaw and maybe knee him in the crotch. But his upper pair of arms had grabbed her before she could land her punch.
"Why? WHY?!" Kintaro roared before his lower pair of arms threw Kristina over his head. "Shao Kahn promised us that we will prosper under his rule! Sheeva made us feel incompetent and divided us from the highborn and lowborn."
It was hard to process his reason but he has to see that Shao Kahn is just using him.
No matter, a fight is a fight at this point!
The fight is just like the one with Sheeva except this time I think we gave them some serious damage.
So far, I think I cracked opened three of the tiger Shokan's heads where it was bloodied and it looked like a deflated basketball. From everything in this world, I am desensitised by the blood and gore around me.
I could only fight more of the Shokans, sounds of roaring and screaming were ringing in my ears.
Before I could swing my hammer at an oncoming enemy, I felt two hands from the ground grabbing my legs and dragging me down!
...
"AHHHH!" I screamed to what I believed to be an endless abyss. I closed my eyes, bracing for the impact that will soon meet my fate.
Is this it?
Am I going to die at this point?
I...I cannot imagine my end to be like this!
Kristina...Bryan...Azril...Riana...I'm sorry...
Just as I thought I would hit the ground, I was stopped by an unknown force. My breathing was hitched, I guessed from my fall. When I opened my eyes, I swear I was about to scream but nothing came out. All I saw were corpses, some already rotter while others are just skeletal husks. I feel the heat around me, like I am in an oven.
I've been dragged down into the Netherrealm.
"You were quite the screamer, boy," a deep voice chuckled darkly. "I was wondering when you were going to lose your voice but then, you would have been splattered by the ground before that could happen. Shame that the one I wanted wasn't dragged down but you will have to do. You have the physical stamina for this."
I coughed, the scent of smoke was burning inside me. Is this how a smoker feels before he has lung cancer?
The figure approached me, on what I would assumed to be a type of ram you would find in Hell. He was the one who has served Shao Kahn but what the tyrant didn't know that this guy was pulling the strings so he could control the realms for himself. He's well-known by everyone for framing Sub Zero for killing Scorpion's family.
"Quan Chi," I managed to coughed out. There's that chuckle again.
"I don't need to know you," he began dismounting his ride. "The informations from the meeting was enough to let me know what sort of warrior are you. I would say that you'd be an excellent asset to me but-"
"I will never join you!" I yelled. But I was rammed in the gut by Quan Chi's ram, making me cough up blood.
"I haven't even finished yet," he tutted. "Well, I see you have a little spark in you. No matter, come at me."
I'm beginning to suspect that there's something off if he is releasing me and allowing me to make the first move so easily. This demon...there's something about how he's handling this but I don't know what.
"Ah, not coming at me?" he taunted. "Very well! I shall convince you with them softening you up."
With a snap from his fingers, three figures emerged. My jaw was about to hit the floor when I saw who were the three that emerged from the darkness and flames of Hell:
Jade, Kitana and Sindel.
And the three of them were naked!
"W-what have you done to them!" I pointed out, noticing their eyes glowing amber as if they are nothing but zombies. They approached me with those bountiful breasts bouncing slightly with each step, hips swaying and their lips curved with cruel yet seductive smiles. I have to tell myself that they are acting like zombies.
Hot...beautiful...zombies...
"Just one of my spells," Quan Chi shrugged and gently wrapped his arm around Sindel's slender waist. "The poor emperor was so displeased by his own wife's little rebellion, I had to use one of my methods to make sure she obeys whatever I command. This applies to her beloved daughter and general."
Quan Chi...you sick bastard...
I was about to attack him but the whip from Sindel's hair has prevented me. Both Jade and Kitana leaned their voluptuous bodies close, I could feel the throbbing pain in me as well as the ache below my pants.
I can't do this...
Not after what happened in the past!
"This ungrateful whelp is still resisting," Sindel hissed. "My dear daughter, shall we give him the royal treatment to submit?"
"Yes, mother~"
My breathing was becoming heavy while my eyes were about to be fogged up with lust. Shaking my head and thrashing violently under Sindel's hair bondage, I managed to free myself by yanking on the old queen's locks before it decided to coil around me again.
"Forgive me, ladies," I panted. "But I'm not going to submit!"
With that, I had to fight these women who were my mentor, her mother and the woman who I once loved but betrayed due to my lusftful conquest.
"If you excuse me," Quan Chi called out from the side. "I will return shortly as I have some things to attend to. I will let these ladies entertain you until you are satiated. Or what is left of you."
I don't have time to go after him when I have to deal with these ladies. Kitana, despite nude was already wielding her deadly fans, the same with Jade and her bojutso staff. They were standing so close to each other, my lust wanted to see them make out or at least touch each other.
Oh no...
Quan Chi, you son of a bitch! He decided to use my weakness and turn it to enemies worst than Kintaro and his army or even the fight with D'Vorah and the Kollector. My nightmares are coming true:
I am breaking their trust one more time.
Realising that not only Quan Chi had dragged me down, my hammer was with me this whole time! Gripping it, I could feel the power in my hands but I wouldn't dare to look up into any of the Edenians' eyes.
I will experience pain and guilt again.
But, I don't have a choice in this. They are trapped here just like me and I have to find a way out of here.
"ARGH!"
I fought these ladies with my pain and guilt that surged inside of me. It doesn't matter that I swung the hammer that could bludgeon their heads or even aim at their nether regions. I need to survive in this hell.
No matter what I did, these ladies are always back on their feet, licking their own blood off their fingers in a very...alluring manner...
I am going to have a bad time...
It's a beautiful day outside,
birds are singing,
flowers are blooming...
In times like these,
Kids like Nash...
SHOULD BE FIGHTING IN HELL!
I don't like what they have done to Kotal in MK11. So how do I fix him here? Make him a daddy!
And I bet Ermac can transfer his mind into other being's body and control them. Do you want to have Ermac inside of you?
Quan Chi sure is sick to use Nash's weakness of hot women in their birthday suits to fight him.
I still have the Kristina smut to work on...
