"Gray-chan what are you doing out here you'll catch a cold" Serafall scolded her son who was outside and as per usual naked and staring up at the moon. More specifically the big bird embedded onto it.

"Don't wana" Gray replied grumpily.

"You should be more great fun I let you stay up past your bedtime so that we could go see the special showing of Magic girl 3. Insert pun here" Serafall said with a pout.

"I never wanted to see any stupid magic girl. You just dragged me along" Gray replied grumpily.

"Wahhhh. My baby doesn't love his magical Mama" she said as she started to cry. Gray wasn't listening and was just staring up at the moon.

"Ara ara. Is Gray-chan trying to spot his papa" Serafall said teasingly as she sat down next to him.

"Why'd you keep saying that" Gray said, getting more and more annoyed.

"Because silly, your papa lives in the moon" she giggled and then threw his pants on his head.

"Get dressed and maybe we can go to So-tans school tomorrow, you might just be starting soon" She said happily skipping away.

"*sigh* Sure my dad's on the moon" he said while getting dressed.

"If you are up there dad, help me to deal with mum" Gray groaned. Suddenly it seemed as though the moon glowed brighter for a moment and Gray suddenly fell to his knees and began to scream while holding onto his right arm.

"Gray what's wrong?" Serafall shouted in a panic as she ran towards her son, seeing him hold his arm she tried touching it but was forced to pull away as she felt a chill like she had never felt before. Her doing so did however rip off Gray's sleeve to show black markings had begun to form on his arm. Eventually the pain subsides and Gray fell unconscious.

"Gray" Serafall shouted in panic as she looked at the markings and couldn't hide the dread. He had unlocked his father's power.
