Mike steps out of the van and starts making notes, "Using the number two filter, you'll see the blood ward is weak and next to useless. A strong blood ward would be purple this one in a sickly shade of yellow shows there is no love between the blood related or even worse there is no blood relation to the magical child that's supposed to be protected by the ward. Moving on to the six filter shows there are no other protection wards, but there is a mangled anti transportation ward. So what I want to see for wards are Flame Freezer, Intent alarm, definitely a stronger transportation repelling ward and then top it off with magic concealment ward based on the Magical that lives here."

Mike then moves in closer to the home, "The home itself seems to be sagging a little to the southeast corner. The front of the house is dated yet in good condition as we head around the side there seems to be some water damage." Pulls the siding down, "The builder laid siding flush against thegypsum board, which has allowed the mold to grow here. So we will need to remove all the siding to see how bad the mold problem is. Here in the backyard they continue to have excellent landscaping as it is not against the house and slopes away creating excellent drainage."

The view slides up to the top right corner then across to the left,"The roof, is now sagging, means we probably have some issues with the support beams. The window are all a bit warped, from the settling of the foundation. As we step inside, the kitchen is a little dated, the floor moves as the joists below may have heavy termite damage. There's a cupboard door with locks, maybe entrance to a cellar, door has some damage and the hinges need to be replaced. Holey! There's blood here, he exclaimed as he saw what looked to be fresh trail of blood coming out from under the door. We need to back out and call the constables."

Waterside Inn, Maidenhead: Dursley's are at brunch with CEO of Grunnings Mr Jennings, "Well Vernon I see big things for you. In fact I noticed your Home had a few problems when we were there last time. Not to worry, I talked to the guy that does the Home Repair on the Telly, their going to do the Preliminaries today. Then start demo and the rebuild next week."

Vernon turned green at the realization that Potter was still locked in the cupboard.

Next day, Mike was out on the sidewalk with Number Four Privet Drive framed behind him, "Law Enforcement, and Emergency Services have left the house and it will be released to us tomorrow. We were informed that the owner of the house asked that it be destroyed and turned into a small green retreat park."
