"Izetta?" Asked Finé. She was laying in bed with her wife, in much the same position that they had been in almost ten years ago now, albeit in a much different location.

"Yes Finé?" Izetta replied. Just making eye contact between her and Finé was enough to make Izetta smile, her heart overflowing with joy.

"Have I ever told you that you're like the sun to me?" Fine replied, pulling Izetta closer.

"No, what do you mean?" Izetta said, a puzzled look coming onto her face.

"You're like the sun to me because you radiate warmth, and love, and you give me life..."

Izetta giggled slightly at Finé's answer, "I've given you live in more ways then one. After all, we do have a daughter, don't we?"

"Yes... Yes we do... But like the sun you give me one thing more almost all others, save love" Finé said. "You give me hope. Just like the rising sun heralds a new day, seeing you in the morning everyday fills me with hope. Hope for us, hope for our daughter, hope for Eylstadt and its future. And that's but one of the infinite reasons why I love you, Izetta Von Eylstadt"

Izetta blushed. "I-I... Finé, what did I ever do to deserve you?" She said.

Finé simply laughed, "you don't need to do anything to deserve me, my love" she said, "you simply need to exist, and I will love you unconditionally, just as you do for me"

Izetta smiled, and pulled Finé in closer, "Ortfiné Fredricka Von Eylstadt, I swear to the goddess, you are the most beautiful woman I have ever laid eyes on, and I will never stop loving you. You the sun to me too, my love, so let's never stop shining!" And with that, she kissed Finé as deeply as she had on their wedding day.

And with that, they took a leave of their consciousness, falling into the terrible and wonderful abyss that is known as sleep.
