Taiga was wondering about her son, Buroto, who just had his first day of high school. She just received a text that said, "I'm on my way home," so she assumed he wouldn't take too long to get home.
She went onto her couch and thought to herself, "He better have had a good first day…I remember going to school for the first time ever. I hope his day was nothing like mine…"
The orange haired girl, ran toward school. Taiga was ready, and she finally was getting to experience the wonders of high school. She honestly acted like she didn't care about school, but deep down she was the most excited girl in the world, and hoped to make friends.
Little did Taiga know that because of her violent behavior she wasn't going to be having much friends.
Taiga walked into the building. Her short size and cute looks drew attention, but…she gained the name palm top tiger when a boy whistled at her and said, "Look at the new cutie!"
She turned with a glare so evil it could make an army run in fear, her fists clenched. The boy stepped back in surprise.
"What did you just say?!"
"I…um…I….I'm sorry, I didn't-"
Taiga lunged at him, with a vicious yell.
Taiga was suspended from school. Let's just say that that boy was sent to the nurse's office in the end.
On the way home everyone would back away from her, and whisper things like, "There's that violent new girl," "Stay away! It's the monster," and "She doesn't even seem human…did you see that look she had? She must be a demon…"
Taiga walked home, into the apartment that she was abandoned in. She let out a deep breath and sat down on bed. Now she was going to have everyone avoid her. She hit her bed hard with her hand and yelled angrily as she flopped backwards onto bed.
"…Do you all think I'm a monster…? Is there really something wrong with me…?"
'I just don't want to be alone anymore…'
Taiga shook her head, not pondering on the memory any longer. Buroto opened the door and stepped into the house.
Taiga turned to him, and said to the blue haired boy, "Welcome home. How was your first day?"
The boy walked over and look into his mom's eyes, which were identical to his own, and smiled.
"It was good. I made a few friends. I'll have to bring them over and introduce them to you and Dad sometime."
Taiga smiled at the thought of him having friends unlike her first day.
"Yeah, bring them over at some point. You don't have to wait for a time when Ryuuji is home, it's fine, I'll tell him if I think they're good enough for you," Taiga said, a glint of fire in her eyes.
Buroto laughed and patted Taiga's head while saying, "No need for any violence mom."
Taiga blushed slightly, and Buroto hugged her. Then, Ryuuji walked through the door and said, "I was let out early!" Taiga stood up, trying to hold back her widening smile.
'I don't care if I'm a monster…as long as these two love me, I don't need anyone else.'
