One day, Rudolph and Zoey were laying in front of the warm fire when Rudolph noticed something about his new bride.

Zoey's abdomen was round.

"Uh, Zoey?" he asked.

She looked at him. "Yes?"

He pointed at her oddly shaped stomach. When she noticed it, her eyes popped out of their sockets.

"Am I..." she said.

"Probably." Rudolph answered for her.

"Oh, my god." Zoey said excitedly.

"Let's get you a test." Rudolph said. He, too, was hoping it was true.

Zoey went into their room and closed the door.

Rudolph's heart was pounding.

Please be a positive. Please be a positive, he thought.

Five long minutes later, Zoey returned with the biggest smile.

"It's a plus!" she said happily.

"Yes! YES! YES! I'M GONNA BE A FATHER!" he shouted, running outside.

"Hey, everyone!" he yelled. "I'm going to be a dad!"

The moment he said this, the whole crowd went completely crazy. They ran to the house, congratulating the soon-to-be parents.

...

Nine Months later, at 8:00 AM, Zoey woke up Rudolph.

"Honey, it's time." she whispered in his ear.

"Oh. My. God." he said, wide-eyed.

...

When the doctor came, Rudolph had to go into the other room. Leonard, Slyly, and Stormella also came there.

Rudolph repeatedly paced around the room nervously, hoping that Zoey wouldn't have a miscarriage.

"Is ya okay, Red?" Slyly asked. "You've been doing that for 15 minutes now."

"Don't worry, buddy," Leonard said, "everyone feels like this."

"Everything will be okay." Stormella assured him.

Just then, they heard Zoey say, "Everyone, come in."

When they entered, the doctor was gone, and something was laying in front of Zoey.

Rudolph came over to his wife. She was smiling.

He looked down, and something looked back up at him.

Laying their was the most beautiful baby doe. She had Zoey's fur, her parents' eyes, and then Rudolph noticed her red nose.

He smiled.

"Come to papa." he said softly.

The baby doe got up, staggering, and very slowly walked over to her father and rubbed her head against his leg.

When she looked up at Rudolph, her nose glowed.

Rudolph smiled more widely.

"What should we name her?" Zoey asked Rudolph.

Rudolph thought long and hard.

"How about Joy?" he said finally.

"I love it." she said with a warm smile.

Stormella cried happily.

Slyly sniffed.

"Uh, Slyly," Leonard said, "are you crying again?"

"Huh?" Slyly sobbed, "No, I just have a cold." He cried into his tail.

Leonard walked over to Rudolph. "Does this mean I'm an uncle?"

Rudolph grinned. "Yes. Yes it does."

Leonard smiled as he sat down in front of Joy, who snuggled into his stomach.

"Aw, shucks." Leonard said.

Joy then went back to her mother, and her father sat down next to the both of them.

"Now we're a family." Rudolph said to his wife.

"Yes we are." Zoey said, kissing her husband.

And the new family sat in front of the fire, finally in one big piece.
