The Wanderer.

Considered to be one of if not the strongest free agent on the planet. He belongs to no faction and took no side with any of them either. It was not until around nine years ago that he became well known on the global stage at all. Of course just because he was called one of the strongest free agents that did not make him one of the strongest on the planet. He was strong for a human that was not part of the Hero Faction but they did not take an interest in him. Probably because he had taken the steps to ensure that they can not do anything to him or those close to him as a result.

Though just managing to find him was a task in and of itself especially if he did not want you to find him. His title was not just for show though apparently, he had another one when he was younger that reflect what would eventually become his signature ability.

Wandering.

Where he could make anything and anyone seemingly wanders at his command allow him to do all sort of things and do things akin to fast travel feature in various video games and other sources of fiction.

Though he was currently looking around what appeared to be a battlefield where a very one sided fight took place.

"So this the result of that person you allow to handle the job I was supposed to deal with," he said to the guard.

"It seemed like a good idea at the time as they had a vast strong holy sword with them. Not only that it was a very well known one as well" the guard replied.

"Just because the sword is well known does not mean the user is. They switch users all the time you know" The Wanderer said sighing.

"I know however that is not the reason we called you out here even after the job was finished by them," they said.

The Wanderer then took a step back they were quickly assaulted with a feeling they had only experienced once both.

*Starting Flashback*

It was top a pile of rubble that once dojo within a certain ward that was leveled during their fight.

"Looks like you managed to get stronger and stronger just as well. Though your handling could use some work though" his foe said as stood there a hand sticking right through their chest.

Both were batter, beaten, and bruised like neither one of them had even been before. Probably would be going forward that often either at least for one of them.

"Looks like you killed me for the second time, huh. Well, there will not be a third time" the figure said slumped forward after the Wanderer removed their hand from their chest.

*Ending Flashback*

'This does not feel like them at all but I never did find out what happens after the first time so I just have to keep preparing to prevent even needing to kill them a third time' the Wanderer thought.

What they were feeling while weaken was the same as that day they would never forget.

"Did you learn where the one that took care of the issue here was going?" he asked

"Not exactly as they were to be given one of our unused manors yet we are being told which one they were given" the guard replied.

Just then they would be getting a call and noticed they should have gotten it a long time ago but probably never did because various reasons most probably having something to do with their ability but that was supposed to be very raw now.

Learning what the missed call was about caused him to look as if he had seen a ghost or something. This quickly causes them to finish up what they were hearing at this former battleground site was originally used for. Then rest back to where the caller was since it was going to take awhile not because the Wanderer could make to them in one go.

They had to go roundabout ways as when you have as many enemies as the Wanderer and did not belong to any side. Never going straight to somewhere was a good way to throw them as well something else they was worried about. Before continuing along the trail where the person whose call the missed was located
