The hotline began ringing, and Blossom soon picked up the phone inside the house.

"Hello?" asked Blossom. "Yes, Mayor? There's a monster in the city? Okay, we'll be right there!" she put down the hotline and ran to Bubbles and Buttercup. "Alright, girls! We got a monster to fight!"

The girls then flew out of the windows in their house and began going to Townsville. However, the sun's rays get into their eyes. And soon, their eyes began burning and the girls began screaming as they fall down into the ground.

"AHHH! MY EYES! THEY BURN!" exclaimed Buttercup, who was rubbing her eyes.

"WHY DO MY EYES HURT SO MUCH?!" shouted Bubbles, who was crying because of the tears that were coming out due to the sun's rays.

"It's because of our huge eyes! Gosh, do they hurt!" exclaimed Blossom. "OOOOOOOOOWWWWWW!"

The girls continued to scream in agony as their eyes continued to burn.

Yeah…good way to start off a Powerpuff Girls fanfic.
