~ Miles, Memes, and Meta ~

Miles stared at his screen for a few long moments. He blinked. The image macro that Wendy Oldbag had posted to his Facebook wall stared back at him.

"3Edgey5me" read the caption.

Even if she meant that as a pun, obviously she has no idea of the correct usage of memes, Edgeworth thought to himself. Now... how do I go about correcting her, while also keeping my own memes dank?

After thinking it over for a while, he opened a new tab and fired up the Objection Maker website. He picked the avatar of himself to deliver the message, chuckling to himself as he typed That's not how this works. That's not how any of this works! into the dialogue box. He then clicked the Objection! button to finalize his creation and grabbed the hotlink for it.

However, when he re-opened the tab for his Facebook page, he found that the post he'd been about to reply to had already been buried in avalanche of other misused memes... some of which were from Oldbag, but also some from Larry, Gumshoe, Mike Meekins, the Blue Badger's official Facebook profile (which Miles was pretty sure was run by Gumshoe as well), and even Maya Fey.

Edgeworth slowly closed the lid of his laptop.

"I think that's enough internet for today."
