Kisses beneath the Tangerine Grove

The sun had peeked through the clouds and the sunlight rays kissed the vibrant orange color of her tangerines.

Nami smiles as Luffy squatted before her and puckered up his lips.

"What are you doing?" She says through giggles.

"I heard that if you kiss someone you get to feel fireworks go off inside of you. Isn't that cool!"

She falls on her back and begins to laugh at him.

Luffy grins as he and crawls above her.

"What's so funny?"

"We've kissed many times before you idiot, that's just something people say when they kiss for the first time! Did you feel anything at that time? You know when we first kissed?"

He looks up at the sun and then back down at her.

"Yeah I didn't like it, I felt as if I were about to explode from the inside." He makes a face that makes her laugh even more.

Luffy takes his hat off and places it over her face.

"Hey don't laugh at me! I'm trying to be honest here!" He blushes as she continues to laugh underneath his hat.

"Okay! Okay I'll stop laughing I promise! I promise." As she calms down Luffy removes his hat from her face and her eyes shine as the sun touches them.

She smiles at him and he looks away from her.

"What's that face for."

"Your adorable." She says.

He feels her sit up and when she doesn't move anymore nor talk he glances back down at her.

Her eyes were shut and her lips were puckered up.

Luffy smiles and places his hat on her head. She smiles through her puckered lips and he brings his face towards hers and lightly pecks her on the lips.

"Another." She says.

He does it again this time he lingers on her lips for a bit. His heart beat was already racing though he wasn't really feeling any fireworks inside of him yet.

As he parts away from her lips she quickly speaks again.

"Another."

He blushes as he meets her lips once again and this time he kisses her hard. After a few long seconds he began to feel that feeling again. His heart was hurting and feels as if he was about to explode from the inside. He kept kissing her but quickly stopped himself and tries to catch his breath.

"Well? Did you feel them?"

He blushes.

"No. I just felt like exploding again."

She laughs.

"Luffy that's another way you can feel when you're kissing someone. It's not only fireworks that you can feel on the inside. You can also feel as if your insides are going to burst, having butterflies inside you stomach, you can just feel happy although I think that feeling like your about to explode is a bit more intense."

He nods.

"And what do you feel."

She smiles.

"All the above."

Her smile widens a bit more.

"Including the fireworks."

He glares at her and tackles her to the grassy floor.

Luffy continued to press his lips against hers until he was able to feel the fireworks.

Unfortunately only the feeling of exploding was felt during that sunny afternoon.
