Alix sat at the square where she and Kim raced, looking at her hands in horror.

She had actually killed people.

She sat there, pondering her thoughts, and beginning to head home when she collided into something.

Looking up, it was a large blue box, with the words "POLICE PUBLIC CALL BOX" emblazoned on the top. On one of the doors, there was a sign that said "POLICE TELEPHONE FREE FOR THE USE OF PUBLIC. ADVICE & ASSISTANCE OBTAINABLE IMMEDIATELY. OFFICER & CARS RESPOND TO ALL CALLS. PULL TO OPEN"

Alix, realised, that was English.

So how in the world was she able to read it?

Shrugging, she did what the sign on the weird box said, and curled her fingers around the handle and pulled. To no avail. So she pushed instead. And the door swung inward, revealing a large room that should have not fit inside the tiny box.

"It's...bigger on the inside..." she breathed, looking around.

"Ah, I love hearing people say that!" she heard someone say next to her.

She swerved around, to see a man standing next to her.

He was wearing a tweed suit and a bow-tie, and had brown, floppy hair. He had a sort of childish smirk on his face, his eyes a shade of brown that looked like he was over 100 years old. But he looked only around his mid twenties.

"Who...are you?" She asked the man,

"I'm the Doctor." He replied, smiling.

"Doctor who?"

"Just the Doctor. Now, I'm curious to ask...but did you travel back in time?"

Alix gave a nod and said "If I collected enough energy, I could go back in time...I can't do it now because I was under the influence of something... six minutes back...I killed people like that!"

"Energy?"

"I had to touch people, and...they were..."

"Erased from time. As if they never existed."

Alix gave a nod.

"Well! That was a bit heavy, a bit sad, but moving on!" The Doctor said, running to the middle of the room and began to flick switches, spin cranks, pull levers and played with a keyboard.

"I never got your name. What is it?" He said in his mad rush.

"Alix. Alix Kubdel." She said, following him around, not touching anything.

"Well Alix, how would you like to travel with me across all of time and space?" He asked, grinning.

"Huh? How would you do that?" She asked, confused.

"This is the TARDIS! Time and Relative Dimensions In Space! It's a time Machine!" He yelped excitedly.

"Time machine? You...aren't human aren't you?" Alix asked.

"Nope! I'm from Gallifrey. That was a planet!" he replied. "So, all of time and space, where would you like to go first?"

"Dunno. Surprise me Monsieur Doctor!" she said happily.

So here's to the great adventures of a pink-haired skater girl and an alien that's the last of its species.
