Hi.
I'm not dead yet.
Even if I haven't been writin' shit lately.
Anyways.
I'll be doing Graylu week.
So here we go!
Graylu Week
Day one- Whispers
September 1st, 2016
Natsu's eye twitched in irritation as he watched Lucy giggle and gently shove Gray's shoulder. Happy smirked at him.
"Natsuuuu, why are you so annoyed? Do you liiii-"
"I don't. But this is getting on my nerves." Natsu cut him off, crossing his arms in front of his chest.
Wendy and Erza exchanged a glance. "Natsu, it's alright if you l-"
"Look at them! I swear, they're talking about me!" He pointed. "They keep looking at me out of the corner of their eyes, I don't like it!" He grumbled. "They're probably plotting payback for that prank I played on them." He huffed.
Wendy paled a little. "Well, it was a little... extreme... " She murmured.
Natsu turned his head to look at her. "Extreme? What do you mean?" He asked, a look of genuine confusion on his face.
Erza put down her sword, which she'd been cleaning. "Natsu, you superheated Lucy's bed to the point where she got a pretty bad burn when she sat down on it." She said.
Natsu snickered. "It wasn't that bad, and Wendy healed it anyways-"
"You set fire to Gray's windowsill, and I don't even know how you managed it, when it was originally just a prank on Lucy-"
"Gray's windowsill was on purpose."
"Ah, I see. Anyways-"
"You're just going to accept that?" Wendy asked, shocked. Erza ignored this and continued.
"You are not allowed to go over there to find out what they're saying. I can't imagine it's anything you want to hear-"
"Whaddya mean by that?" Natsu asked.
Happy grinned and leaned towards Natsu's ear, and whispered something. Natsu's face quickly changed into a look of disgust. He scowled and shook his head, before he glanced over his shoulder at the couple sitting a few tables away.
"If that's really what they're saying- HAH?! NO, SEE, LOOK, THEY DID IT AGAIN! THEY LOOKED AT ME!" He shouted.
Erza shrugged and went back to cleaning her sword, and Wendy watched them for a moment, before shaking her head. "They're not talking about you, Natsu, I promise." She assured him, and Natsu grumpily turned back to the table in defeat.

"Aw, he's not looking anymore." Gray whispered into Lucy's ear.
Lucy scoffed. "Oh, believe me, he'll turn around in three... two... one..."
Right on cue, Natsu glared over his shoulder, in what he probably thought was an inconspicious look.
Lucy giggled and Gray tried hard to keep a straight face.
"This is definitely the best punishment... him not knowing what we're talking about." Gray murmured.
Lucy's eyes flickered over to Natsu for barely a second, to see if he was still looking, and she planted a small kiss on Gray's forehead. "He can't stand not knowing." She replied.
"Watch this-" Gray lowered his hand, which he'd been using to hide his lips, and whispered not-so-quietly, "Natsu."
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!?"
Lucy couldn't help it. She laughed, and Gray pursed his lips together to keep from breaking down himself.
"Nothing, Natsu!"
"TELL ME!"
Lucy winked at Gray, and answered. "Okay then..."
Natsu seemed to calm down a little, and he nodded. "Finally."
Lucy bit her lip and grinned, then replied simply, "Maybe tomorrow."
