Plot: The mutant son of King Piccolo survives his fight with Goku because of his namekian regeneration (actually plausible), and arrives when Goku kills King Piccolo while hiding in the shadows, in disbelief that Goku killed his father, he waits until the Z fighters leave King Piccolo's body which has a fragment of life in it and goes up to the body and instinctively absorbs his body, gaining the features of King Piccolo (pretty much becoming King Piccolo with Tambourines skin colour and wearing Tambourines black pants with King Piccolo's dark blue top as-well as becoming part Super Namek not a full one, like a quarter because of his diluted genetics) as-well as awakening some of the Nameless Namekian's memories of his childhood and ship location in Yunzabit Heights. With his newfound power (about a power level of 5000-10000) he travels in space eventually coming into contact with Turles and his Tree of Might(he eats the fruit to combat Turles as he does have enough power), Lord Slug (whom he absorbs and becomes a full Super Namek) and in AGE 765(Frieza's deathdate) after Tambourine becomes the guardian of a planet(your choice,could be higher gravity) by expelling his hatred(like in Naruto) and accepting it and becoming stronger, Cooler invades to take it over. While fighting Cooler on his ship, Cooler takes the planet that Tambourine is defending to the grave with him by expending the last of his energy to make a Supernova and Tambourine immediately kills him and as he is on the ship(oxygen) he survives, deeply drenched in guilt he remembers about Earth's dragonballs and their wish granting capabilities (Dendes dragon=2 wishes) and goes to get his planet and people back to the land of the living.
Pretty much like this but dark green skin and no symbol of the demon. ( Ignore everybody else in the picture) He evolved out of wings.

According to the wiki King Piccolo was 8'2, while his son Piccolo junior is 7'4 and from those heights i would have to say that he is originally 6'5 but comes up to a solid 8ft tall after the fusion technique.
Pretty much everything we see King Piccolo and Lord Slug do is what he can do in terms of techniques including laser eyes, the Great Namek form, Evil Cannon(mouth beam), Magic materialization,arm lengthening and the Explosive Demon Wave(could re-name after he becomes a guardian).
