So some time has passed. A lot of it in fact. Despite the lateness of it all, I do believe I should say that I hope everyone here has had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I certainly did and I'm glad for the new year and decade because after months of illness, depression, work and a general fatigue that stole me away for a long time, I'm finally getting back to writing. Unfortunately, it will be in a different direction as I'm putting this piece on permanent hiatus.

Now as to why I'm doing this, the sad truth is that I've been working on this story for years and I'm still on Reach even if the arc was nearing it's end. My life has sadly become too complicated and busy to focus on this and even if it hadn't, I've lost interest in the story to continue. It's become so convoluted and I was so young when I started it here that, its become a mess. A mess that I sadly can't put back together in a coherent manner to my more experienced mind now that its been years since I first began.

But that doesn't mean I'm giving up on it. I'll just be moving and reorganizing this, getting back to what made me want to write this fanfic in the first place. I'll also be moving it to Spacebattles because I've gotten more invested in there than on here lately. I'll still be under the same name as here so you'll be able to find me there along with another story I tried writing between blocks.

Point is that even if you don't hear from me in a long while, even if it looks like I'm gone, I'll still be working on this. And it will be because of all of you. Over these past few months, I've gotten a lot more watchers who came to read this and I've never forgotten my old fans who I've missed dearly. No matter what, you guys just inspire me to keep coming back, to do better. And I can't thank you all enough for being here for me. So when the time comes that I put my piece on Spacebattles, well I hope to see you there too.
