Chapter one

One month, 10 days, 16 hours and 12 minutes.

That's how long she has been back on her world.

It's also how long ago her friends were killed, maybe give or take a few days, she had been spending most of her time unconscious.

Anything to get away from it all.

Anything to get away from him.

How could she have not seen this coming? But how could she have ever seen it coming?

"Caitlin?"

She looked up at the form of the man she loved, or rather used to love.

That man was gone, if he was ever truly there.

"You need to eat Caitlin."

She looked into his eyes, or rather the mask of her captor.

The voice was chilling, and it took almost all of her willpower to not shiver in fear at the sound of it, he sounded like a demon. He is a demon she reminded herself.

"I'm not hungry" she found herself saying, her voice somewhat hoarse from lack of use shook slightly as she spoke.

Tsking the demon made his way closer to her, kneeling down to her level, holding a bowl filled with what Caitlin realised must've been soup.

"You'll either eat yourself… Or I'll feed you."

Caitlin hesitated for a moment, searching his eyes to see if he would go through on his threat, but only darkness stared back.

With shaking hands she reached out and grabbed the bowl, slowly placing it on top of her crossed legs.

He continued to watch her, waiting.

Finally she bought the first steaming spoonful to her mouth. It wasn't too hot, but hot enough she could feel it run down her throat to her stomach. Or maybe that had something to do with her lack of eating and drinking.

After a few more spoonfuls, and finally deciding that she was clearly going to finish the bowl. The man stood letting out a sigh.

"As you know Caitlin my goal has been to conquer all the earth's I possibly can. Well there has been slight… Delays to that, however the problem will soon be soughted in the meantime I'm moving you."

She looked up, eyeing him warily. "Why?"

She could almost hear the smirk on his face, "Well did you want to stay here?"

No, no she didn't, she wanted to leave, leave this place, leave him, she wanted to go back home back to them. But she knew that could never happen again.

And even if she left this place it only be the same, because of him.

"Don't look so sad Cait, I'm doing all of this for you, you'll see, besides the next place you'll feel right at home I promise."

Caitlin had learned long ago not to trust any of his promises.
