"Ace, Sabo, Luffy! Get out here I have something important to tell you!" Garp stood in front of the bandit's house expectantly.

The three boys slowly poked their heads out curiously. Garp grinned seeing them and quickly grabbed the two oldest by their shirts and slung Luffy over his shoulder.

"Alright caught the three! Now it's time to go!"

The three boys struggled in the old man's grip. Ace snarled looking pissed. "Oi! What the hell do you think you're doing old man? Where the hell you taking us?" Ace was pissed. Sabo was annoyed. Luffy was confused.

Garp laughed loudly. "I'm taking you three to become great marines! We're going to marine headquarters and you three are going to train to be great marines! It came to me that leaving you with bandits wasn't working! So what better way to make you into marines than making you live with marines?!"

The three brothers struggled instantly. Luffy glared at the older man. "No way! I'm not becoming a stinking marine! I'm gonna be king of the pirates!" The other two nodded their agreement.

Garp scuffed loudly. "See this is why you boys need to be around marines! All you've ever known is pirates and bandits! It's time I take your lives into my own hands!"

The three could see the ship coming closer and struggled harder. Sabo glared at the old man. "I plan on being free! I won't be taken to another cage! Let us go now old man!"

Garp rolled his eyes at the boy. "Don't over exaggerate boy! I'm not taking you to any kind of cage! I promise you three will soon learn to love the marine way!"

All three boys looked at the old man skeptically thinking the same thing. 'I highly doubt that old man.'

Garp set the boys down in the middle of the ship. "Take off men! We're heading back to marineford!" The ship was sailing away from Dawn Island within minutes.

Ace, Sabo, and Luffy stood staring out their home. Luffy frowned looking to his two older brothers. "Ne Ace, Sabo what are we going to do now?"

Sabo sighed shaking his head. "All we can try to do is run away when we land on the next island. If we get to this marineford place there will be no escaping ever, we'll have to give up being pirates."

Ace glared out at the sea clenching his fists. "I won't become a marine! No matter what happens I refuse to be a marine!"

Luffy and Sabo both grinned agreeing with their oldest brother. They wouldn't let their grandpa force them into something they didn't want!

Garp looked over the three boys before sighing. "Ace! Sabo follow me, I need to speak with the both of you about something important."

Both boys looked at each other before nodding hesitantly. They followed their gramps into a bed room of sorts. Garp sighed heavily sitting in a chair looking at the two boys.

"I know you both are young but I have to tell you the reason for all of this. There is a reason I dragged you brats out here and plan on taking you to marineford." Both boys looked on edge and curious.

Garp looked at them seriously knowing they had to know. "Luffy's farther is Dragon leader of the revolutionaries, also known as the world worst criminal."

Ace's eyes darkened and Sabo looked in shock. Ace glared at the old man. "Hurry up and get to the point already old man!"

Garp glared but nodded. "Fine the reason I want you three to become marines is to protect Luffy. If the marines know Dragon has a son they'll stop at nothing to get him! If he's a marine then the marines won't feel the need to watch him, he's wanted more than a son of Roger or a runaway noble."

Both brothers had grim looks on their faces. Sabo sighed. "I see what you're getting at but there has to be some other way! We can't take Luffy's dream away from him!"

Garp looked at the boys sadly. "I know Luffy will be upset for a while but he'll get over it, you all will. The marines aren't as bad as you think, you'll be able to have fun as well."

Ace looked down with clenched fists. "If we join the marines you swear Luffy will be safe." Garp nodded at the boy.

Ace raised his head looking calm and nodded. "Alright then we'll figure something out with Luffy but we'll be joining the marines!"

Sabo looked at his brother in shock and wanted to object but they both knew they had to do this to protect Luffy. As they were now they weren't strong enough to protect their brother, but they would get stronger and then leave the marines.

Ace walked out of the room with Sabo close behind him. "Ace are you sure this is what we should do?"

The raven looked back at his brother and nodded determined. "We have to protect Luffy no matter what! His father is big and if anyone were to find out the marines would kill him in a second even if he was a marine, so we'll use this time to become strong, stronger than any marine."

Sabo nodded agreeing with the raven. Luffy noticed the two and quickly made his way over to them grinning. "So what did gramps want?"

Ace looked the younger raven in the eyes seriously. "Luffy me and Sabo have decided to try and give the marine thing a try, you should too. We're not saying to give up your dream just to give this new thing a try."

Sabo nodded placing a hand on the frowning boys shoulder. "You should always try everything once! Let's try becoming marines and then when their guards down and we get trained up will leave the marine behind taking everyone by surprise."

Luffy grinned widely at the blonde and cheered throwing his fist in the air. "Alright! Let's become marines!"

-(Break)-

The three boys looked at marineford in absolute shock. The place was huge bigger than anything they've even seen before. People were walking around, doing odd jobs, and some were training.

Garp came up behind the three grinning proudly. "Boys this is marineford! This place is your new home!"

The three followed Garp into the base. Marines didn't even spare them a glance as they walked by.

Luffy frowned at the people. "Ugh guys! Marines are so boring! They're not as fun and cool as pirates." Luffy was whining at his brother.

Sabo and Ace couldn't help but snicker when some marines shot the younger boy a glare. Ace smirked looking back to Luffy. "Looks like we'll have to liven the place up for'em."

The three followed Garp through a hole in the wall looking around. Luffy's eyes landed on an old man with a seagull hat. His eyes sparkled and he lurched forward excited. "So cool! Old man your hat's so cool!"

Sengoku looked down at the energetic brat in front of him and chuckled. "Well thank you brat, now tell me who you three are?"

Ace stepped forward taking the lead as the oldest. "I'm Portgas D Ace, these two are my brothers Outlook D Sabo and Monkey D Luffy it's nice to meet you."

Sengoku stared at the three boys in complete shock. 'How the hell did Garp get three D brats? This is almost unheard of this could be big for the marines having these three brats no matter their origins.'

Garp stood proudly to the side. "I plan on putting them under Aokiji's supervision and maybe even Barsalino those two should be able to train the boys into good fine marines!"

Sengoku nodded his agreement. "I want the boys trained as soon as possible! Their D brats so they should be able to handle some harsh training, with those three in the marines they will be a force to be reckoned with."

Garp nodded before leading the boys out of the room. He walked down a hall and stopped at a door. "This here is going to be your boy's room for the rest of your stay here, you'll be sharing a room."

Ace took the lead again walking in. There were three beds in the room, a closet, and a bathroom off to the side. Sabo went to one of the beds and began pushing it up against the other bed.

Ace and Luffy went to the last bed and started pushing it out of the room. Garp watched the boys confused. Ace noticed the look and decided to explain. "We always sleep together, plus as far as I'm concerned we're in enemy territory from now on."

Garp frowned at the lack of trust but he understand what Ace was getting at. Luffy grinned looking at the bed. "Shihihi! We actually get to sleep on beds! So cool!"

The other two couldn't help but agree with their brother. Ace having never slept in a bed before could keep the grin off his face.

Garp chuckled turning away from the door. "Why don't you brat get settled in, I have a few things to do I'll come get you when it's time to eat." They nodded and all jumped on the bed.

Garp closed the door behind him making his way back to Sengoku's office. When he got there Barsalino and Aokiji were both sitting on the couch waiting.

They looked up when Garp walked in. Aokiji sighed. "So why did you two call us here? What's this all about?"

Sengoku laced his finger in front of his face looking serious. "Garp has brought three special brats here, all three of them are D's." At this the two admiral looked shocked with eyes wide.

Sengoku nodded knowing how rare it was to have three D's in one place all being kids. "I know, so I've decided to put the brats in both of your care. You two will be the ones training the brats starting tomorrow. I want them as strong as an admiral by the time their fifteen."

Barsalino smiled interested. "Hm interesting. Why isn't admiral Akainu here for this as well?"

Both men tensed up. Garp glared at the wall. "The brats aren't very trusting and they talk about being pirates a lot. I know Akainu would try and hurt or even kill them for it so he's being kept in the dark. Now are you two up for the task?"

Aokiji sighed nodding. "Alright, I'll help train the little brats, I know those three could be great assets for the marines when they get older."

Barsalino kept up his weird smile and nodded. "Hm it seems interesting enough, I wouldn't mind training three D brats. Plus I would rather them as allies instead of enemies."

Sengoku nodded. "Good then you both will start their training tomorrow, the youngest boy also has a devil fruit so he'll need to be trained in that."

Aokiji stood up from the couch making his way out of the room. "I'll take care of the youngest for now. Barsalino you start with training the two oldest brats."

The man nodded following the admiral out of the room. Garp turned to Sengoku grinning. "Well that went well!" Sengoku shook his head at the man.

-(Break)-

Ace sighed staring at the ceiling. Sabo looked over at him. "What's bothering you Ace?"

The raven looked over his youngest brother to the blonde. "I'm worried, we're surrounded by enemies here. The three of us are giving up our freedom but we have no other choice. We have to protect Luffy as his older brothers it's our job to keep him safe. We need to become the strongest marines, so strong we never have to worry about losing Lu again!"

Sabo smiled nodding. He looked at his younger brother fondly. "Your right Ace, right now the only thing we can believe in is each other we're all we have but hasn't it always been like that?"

Luffy turned cuddling into Ace's side. Ace smiled lightly wrapped his arms around the younger boy. Sabo got closer and also wrapped his arms around the younger boy.

Luffy opened his eyes when he felt both his brothers fall asleep. He grinned brightly. "Shihihi! I'll protect Ace and Sabo too!" He snuggled closer to his two brothers loving their warmth surrounding him.

-(Break)-

Garp slammed the door open to the boys room. "Wake up boys!" Ace, Sabo, and Luffy shot awake eyes wide and ready to fight.

They looked around before their eyes landed on Garp grinning at the door. Ace glared his teeth turning into shark teeth. "What the hell old man! Why'd you do that bastard?"

Garp laughed loudly. Sabo sighed pinching the bridge of his nose. "Why are you here shitty gramps?"

The old man chuckled. "It's time to eat, I'm taking you three to the cafeteria to get food, then you're going to meet your new trainers!"

Ace and Sabo both glared becoming serious. They were going to be meeting the enemy. Luffy smiled widely happy about the food. "Yay food! Hurry up lets go eat I'm starving!"

Sabo sighed again before making his way out of the room. "Come on let's go eat and meet these new people."

Garp laughed again making his way to the front and leading the boys through the base. When they got to the cafeteria the three boys rushed to the buffet like food.

Garp followed them and they piled it up high on their plates grabbing almost three plates each. All the marines stared at the group with comically wide eyes at the amount of food the kids could eat.

The boys went at their food like rabid animals. Growling at anyone who got to close. They even tried stealing food from each other. The marines quickly started turning green watching the four eat.

When the four were done eating their stomach were full and they all looked content. Garp stood up catching the boy's attention. "Well boys let's go meet your new trainers."

All three boys got a little more serious and nodded standing up. They followed the old man out of the cafeteria and down the hall ways. Sabo recognized they were heading back to the same office they had been in before.

The group stopped in front of the door. Ace and Sabo held their breath waiting anxiously wondering what these two people would be like. They knew they had to be strong for their gramps to allow them to train them.

Garp grinned before throwing the door open. "Sengoku! I brought the brats here to meet the other brats!"

The three men in the room looked up when the door was thrown open. Ace instantly eyed the man with a sleeping mask on his face. Sabo watched the Italian looking man closely.

Luffy grinned at Sengoku running over to him. "Ne Seagull head can you poo?"

Ace and Sabo looked over to the boy exasperated. Ace dashed over and hit Luffy over the head harshly. Luffy whined holding his bumped head. "Ow Ace why'd you hit me?"

Ace glared at the boy. "Because idiot you don't ask people questions like that!"

Sabo nodded rubbing his forehead. "We've been over this Lu you know you're not supposed to ask people things like that it's not proper." Luffy pouted crossing his arms.

The two older brothers sighed shaking their heads. They all three turned their attention to the two new additions. The group stared at each other sizing the new people up.
