I do not own Gilmore Girls.

But if I did this totally would have happened.

"You bring this girl home without any warning at all and Honor tells us you're calling her your girlfriend, we have to take that seriously Logan." Shira said with a scoff.

"I don't understand."

"They're psychotic, what more is there to understand?"

"Why don't they think I'm good enough?"

"You are good enough! You're perfect, you're exactly what they've ever wanted for me, a girl of "good breeding", you make me a better person, but they don't care. They don't want me to be happy about anything that doesn't involve them. If they had arranged us being together they would have been over the moon about it. Or maybe they just hate to see me happy in general, I don't care, I'm with you and if they can't accept that, tough." He said, getting years of frustration off his chest. Rory stood shocked, as did Logan's mother, grandfather, sister and soon to be brother in law who had followed the unsuspecting couple.

As if on cue the door opened.

"I gotta get outta here." Logan said putting his head in his hands.

"Logan..." Mitchem Huntzberger trailed off, seeing his son looking distressed, the girl next to him close to tears and the rest of him family looking shocked.

"Well Mitchem, you won't be dissatisfied with this business merger I assume. Hayden Manufacturing is happy to back HPG... Rory?" Came the voice of one Christopher Hayden.

Rory gasped and whispered, "Dad," so that only Logan could hear. Suddenly, Logan was smirking and Rory was throwing her arms around her father.

"I didn't know you were going to be here!" Exclaimed Christopher as he embraced his daughter.

"Yeah, I'm actually here with Logan!" She exclaimed, delighted to see her dad.

"Logan, good to see you again!" Christopher said.

"You too Mr. Hayden."

"Oh, Christopher is fine."

"I'm sorry, excuse me, do you two know each other?" Mitchem questioned looking between Rory and Chris.

"Only for twenty years!" Rory responded. They definitely didn't know about Christopher. This was gonna be fun.

Turning towards the stunned and confused Huntzbergers Rory smiled.

"Oh, didn't you know? Christopher is my father."

The elder Huntzbergers' eyes grew wide with a mix of horror and awe.

"Oh well, good to catch up with you dad, Logan and I were just leaving. I'll call you tomorrow to talk about the reason for our impromptu leave. Love you! Bye Honor, Josh it was nice to meet you!" Rory said, not paying any mind to the elders as she grabbed her boyfriends hand and left the building.

"That's was fun." She said, turning towards a shell shocked Logan.
