At the school, Marinette took a deep breath and went to Adrien while keeping one of her hands in her pockets. "Hey, Adrien, can I ask you a favor?" she asked.

"Sure, what is it?" he replied.

Marinette took out a small bag containing catnip and showed it to Adrien. "Hold this for a moment."

The girl handed the guy the catnip and waited, wherein an awkward silence filled the halls as the duo waited for something to happen. "Does it make you feel weird?" Marinette suddenly questioned.

"Nope, not really," answered the guy with a shrug.

A seemingly relieved Marinette sighed, walked away and took out a notepad and pen as Adrien happily started playing with the catnip. "Result: Adrien didn't react to catnip, he's not Cat Noir," she wrote down.
