Amalthea: Ok so….I watched the 1998 cartoon of Godzilla and this popped into my head when I was sleeping. Personally this seemed like a rather fun idea so I'm going to just see what the public thinks on this idea….KON, Hit it!

All she owns is the idea, her version of Female Harry, her version of what Godzilla is really mutated from and any other ideas that form during the story! Please read and review and Vote in her Poll! So now….ONTO THE STORY!

An: Ok just to head off Any questions about how the pairing will work, If any of you have read my good Friend SakuraDemonAlchemist's Raptor crossover story where Harry gets a raptor as a familiar which leads him into funding Jurassic park and his raptor gain a Human form due to the familiar bond. That's the basic inspiration for the pairing…Originally Nexus/Godzilla Jr. was going to be the protective big brother for Angel but I decided to throw that idea out the window when I read Raptor when Talon changes for the first time into a human. As for the name Nexus for Godzilla Jr., if you think about it…He becomes the "Nexus" of change as they start to battle and learn about the various Mutations that come into play during the show such as the Giant beehive episode or the "Shrewster" episode and proves to be a protector and guardian against and sometimes for the other mutations. Hence, her Name of Nexus for Godzilla Jr.

Ch.3

Angel stared in shock at her now human familiar as he grinned revealing he had slight fangs then asked "What's the matter, Angel? Cat or rather Dragon got your tongue?"

Angel finally found her words as she summed her feelings up in a single breathless "whoa..."

"Like what you see?"

Angel nodded as a light tinge of pink came over her cheeks before she asked "Have you shown the others your new "trick" yet?"

The mischievous grin on his face had Angel returning it as she said "Wanna give everyone a possible panic attack?"

Nexus smirked then said "Is uncle Anthony in the army? Let's have some fun with this but how should we do the reveal?"

Needless to to say the two quickly came up with a plan as they started laughing with pure mischief at the chaos they were about to cause...

Meanwhile...

Nick felt a shiver go down his spine at the same time Hicks and the rest of the group did causing him to say "I think we're about to be on the receiving end of one of Angel's pranks..."

Randy then said "Wait, Angel pulls pranks?"

"Rarely but if she does, usually it's a prank that can cause a bit of chaos or one of those one you store the blackmail of the prank victim for future leverage just in case..."

the group then looked at each other just as they heard Angel call out to them, they turned to see her perched on Nexus's Muzzle as the dragon swam over to the dock where she quickly hopped off and said "Nexus has a really cool new ability to you guys!"

That got everyone looking wary as Nick then asked "Ok before you guys show us, first is it dangerous in any way, shape or form for any one?"

Angel laughed and said "Nope, he already showed me it and it's a really handy ability but not dangerous at all."

Nick looked at the others as they all shrugged then looked at Angel in Nexus to see what the ability was, the sudden mischievous smirks on the bonded pairs face had them on edge as Nexus then dove under water cause some confusion before a sudden wave of water splashed them from Nexus suddenly jumping out of the water. The whole group found themselves soaked to the bone as Angel laughed like a Loon at their expressions as an unknown voice then came from behind the group, "I do believe we pranked them pretty good, my bonded..."

Nick and the others spun and stared in disbelieving shock at the mini nick behind them only with longer dark gray hair and fiery orange eyes looking at them with pure mischief and a small grin adorning his face which showed his small fangs, Mandel then blinked and said "Am I dreaming because...I think I see Nexus as a human right in front of me..."

Nick then said "if you're dreaming then we're somehow having the same dream because I see it too."

Angel just laughed as she walked past the adults and gave Nexus a hug before turning to the group and said "Not a dream, guys. Nexus just figured out how to pull off the transformation into a human so he can hide in plain sight."

The adults stared in shock and disbelief when Randy then spoke up and said "G-man, any more surprises we should be aware here?"

Nexus chuckled then said "Not that I know of yet...I'm still pretty young, remember? It could be I might start developing more abilities later on but I don't know much more then that."

Nick just sighed then smiled as he then told everyone to pack up the equipment and they would make their way back home and decide what to do from there, everyone agreed and turned to get everything done while Angel was quick to ask her Uncle if she could take Nexus to grab some ice cream before they left. Nick just snorted in amusement and said "As long as you two get back in an hour and half and no getting into any large amounts of mischief."

"Deal!"

The two teens then took off running as they laughed happily causing to shake his head while General Hicks just shook his head and said "I'm starting to think I should change careers because all this stuff with mutations starting make my brain hurt too much..."

Nick snorted and then said "But you'd miss all the action plus I was going to ask you if you wanted to be a possible liaison for the team among the world military groups and governments... but if you're not interested..."

Hicks just looked at him and snorted as he said "I'll talk to my superiors about it but only if they agree to it, fair enough?"

Nick agreed then him and the other members of the team including Monique then pitched in to help with the cleanup and study the dead mutated squid carcasses now washed up on the beach...

one week later, in Costa Rica...

Nick and the H.E.A.T team had been called in by the local government about reports and sightings of an abnormally large mutated worm causing intense havoc in the remote countryside, Angel stuck close to her uncle's side as Randy proceeded to tease Mandel about the various native species within the jungle. Angel then spoke up and said "Uncle Mandel, You'll be fine. I can use my ability of Beast-speak to get the animals to leave us alone and maybe even aid us if we need it, plus Nexus is waiting off shore as backup just in case we need him."

Elsie then snorted and then said teasingly "You mean so he could protect you and Nick if something happens?"

To everyone's amusement, Angel blushed and then marched ahead with her nose up in the air only to trip over a branch in her path, Nick laughed then helped her up as they continued further into the jungle towards the area of the last known reported sightings of the mutated worm. Just as they reached the small farm mentioned in the last reported sightings, the owner and all farm personnel were packing the last of their belongs into the parked vehicles and the owner was quick to warn them to get out of the area before the worm came for them as well. The ground then began to shake violently causing the owner to freak and jump into the closet vehicle before the entire fleet took off at high speeds while the creature H.E.A.T was sent to study and deal with by Hicks and his contacts within the Costa Rica military and government, then showed his ugly mug. Angel shivered at the sight of the worm when her uncle gave the command to run, the entire team then took off to avoid the worm as they were eventually driven to the edge of a waterfall and cornered by the worm. Angel then yelled for Nexus as the worm reared up only to get tackled hard by the dragon as he fought the creature to keep his family safe, no one expected the Costa Rica army to suddenly show up and attack both mutants with standard military weapons. Angel bit down to keep from screaming in pain as her uncle tried to stop the attack only for the general to ignore her uncle and the letter containing the team's orders, and used a bio-weapon to attack the mutants. The last thing angel saw was her Uncle screaming in fearful anger as the ground rushed up to meet her and then nothing as she passed out.

At the same time...

Nick snarled as he made sure Elsie had his niece safely secured before turning and PUNCHING the foreign general squarely in the face, the man stumble backwards before Nick grabbed the man by the shirt and snarled angrily "What the Hell is Wrong with you?! I tried to show and tell you we were sent by both the American and Costa rica governments, that you were interfering with our jobs and now because you attacked my Niece's Soul-bonded Familiar, my niece is now unconscious due to her bond with Nexus! Now you better tell me what the **** was in the Bio-weapon or god help me, I can and will report you for insubordination and interference!"

3 hours later...

Angel groaned as she sat up and looked around in confusion only for Randy to call out that she was awake and her uncle to come running into the small sleeping area with a look of pure relief, he was quick to embrace with a tight hug before filling her in on what had happened while she had been passed out. Angel listened in shocked horror before she then made a simple request that had Nick smirking and asking Randy to make sure it was caught on film so they could have a good laugh later, Randy snickered and agreed as he quickly ran to get the camera set up while Angel quickly went to take a shower...

one hour long rant/dressing down later...

The arrogant general that had nearly cost Angel and Nexus their lives, was now trembling and shaking from the chair he sat in as Angel took a deep breath to help herself calm down as she then smiled sweetly at the general who recoiled and said "well I feel better now, so general, what are you going to do next time if something like this happens in the future?"

"Listen to my superiors and not jump the gun on the situation believing I know best..."

"good man and I hope you remember this lesson..."

2 days later...

Anthony placed the report down as he just howled in laughter at reading at how Angel had taken the foreign general to task and noticed as simple floppy disk with the label "14 year old sticks it to the idiot general", his laughter was quickly renewed and twice as hard as he knew the man and this particular army man was NOT well liked among the general international military community that dealt with local and international politics. Hicks couldn't resist as he sent the video to a few close friends who also knew the man and about magic, he then called Nick and asked to talk to Angel quickly. Nick then asked "is this about that video we made sure you got?"

the amused cackle was all Nick needed before passing the Phone and Anthony then said to Angel "Kid, tell your Uncle to take a day off to spend with you and Nexus while he's in human form and take you that musical you've been wanting to see. The tickets are on me for that video I got, that jerk has had that coming for a while now and that performance desreves a reward!"

Angel just laughed and thanked him as she passed the phone back to her uncle and went to go tell Nexus the good news...

Angel and Nexus must deal with her Uncle's old collage mate and deal with his ultieor motvies before it's too late, then her uncle and H.E.A.T's next mission takes them to a tropical Resort threatened by an active Volcano, Mutated Plants and... a hive of Giant Honey bees?
